Harkins Theatres Park West 14

Nice and clean with social distancing protocols being enforced. Service was excellent as always.

Great experience !! Very excited the theaters are now open . Harkins my favorite . BEST popcorn. All were wearing masks. Plexiglass at concession counter and inside ticket taker person. No longer refilling popcorn bags or the cups, but bring your refillable cup and they will give you the medium size drink that fits perfectly inside your refillable for same price of $2.00. we used our popcorn credits and upgraded to the large for $1.00. no longer have the butter dispensers or the flavored popcorn salts at the condiment counter . But you can purchase your favorite seasoning for $2.00 . Just like California has been doing for several years (). Seats blocked off every 2 and every other row. No early shows, earliest was 2:45. I was just excited to be back in the theater!! Bathrooms very clean also, didnt want to use but its a long ride home !

I called 5 minutes before the guest services desk closed and spoke to Amber. All I needed was a bag of popcorn and though she didn’t know it she really helped me out. I was getting it for a friend who just lost a family member and we made a care package of her favorite things. Amber having it there and waiting when I got there really saved me the time I needed to get it to her. It is the little things that make people come back and her willingness to help was very appreciated.

I am extremely disappointed in Harkins today! We went to a movie at the Park West location in Phoenix. The set up for social distancing was on point but when we bought our snacks we were not informed there were no refills on the Xtra large popcorn! We understand with Covid19 most people arent doing refills and things like that but then you need to make sure your employees are telling people this or you need to drop your prices a bit! Or maybe when someone orders the extra large popcorn offer them the take home bag, which is the same price, because there are no refills!! And when speaking to the manager about it all she did was apologize, no explanation or effort to make it right!!

Very good Harkins, definitely better than metros harkins. Place is always clean, inside and out. Bathrooms also always clean. Like coming here in the mornings because its not crowded at all. Plus its after the movie you can go across and enjoy a meal at Grimaldis.

Great theater. Friendly staff, food is a bit expensive, paid 6 dollars for churros but I guess that is kind of standard for movie theaters. Staff wore masks. Highly recommend for a movie theater during covid

Had the theater to just my group. Watched a throwback movie...Hokas Pokas. It was great to see it on the big screen. We all had a great time.

Nice theatre. Clean. Practicing Social Distancing. Chose our seats.

Great experience, good food, and great prices. Staff is great and very helpful!

Always a good place to go family friendly good customer service and very clean as well

I love going to see a good movie its nice here very clean

My nickname is Slim. I watched The Queen and Slim. It was supposed to be 3 others in the movie but I only saw 2. Got Great Seats. Could have fooled around but I was a good boy. Popcorn was good. They had that flavored salt stuff. Protip #135 get an extra water cup so you can pour the salt in it and refresh the flavor when you want without going back out to lobby.

This is our go to movie theatre for the past few years. Parking isn’t too bad, and there are a few places to eat within walking distance. The place is clean, the bathroom is always clean, the food area is clean, and the employees are pleasant.

Too expensive! But ok!

Nice and brand new. Situated in an up and coming brand new shopping area close to the 101 right off of Northern Avenue. Ticketing and seat selection online was easy.

Great theater! Clean, big bright screens flanked by tooth-rattling several-thousand-watt surround sound systems. The seats are designated (thank God .... why did it take until this far into the 21st century to start this??) but they dont recline. Just your typical arena-style theater seating. Great popcorn, too!

Loved their new menu selection!! They now offer a hamburger special which included, fries and a drink and also a chicken sandwich deal with fries and a drink. The hamburger deal is 13 and the chicken deal is 11. Kinda pricey but super convenient. Popcorn was amazing along with the excellent customer service..

This location is our preferred location due to its location. Weve had our share of Employees with attitudes there, but its to be expected nowadays (sad but true!). Overall this location is decent. They do a pretty good job at keeping it clean. The lines for concession arent very long which is a big plus! The amount of theaters is good, the ticket windows are almost always ready and waiting for you.

We always enjoy Park West! The theater is clean, the staff is friendly, helpful, courteous, kind, and cheerful all the time. The location is easy to drive to and the local restaurants make for an easy night out with friends or a date night. Harkins Park West is a quality theater experience!

Like any other Harkins I review. Just gonna say this one is a good one to go to. Looks clean on a daily bases, no problems with workers or manager. An every problem Ive had so far was handled. Not that crowded either, so thats good to know.

One of my favorite Movie Theaters. Reserved seating, plenty of parking, nice restaurants close by and easy access from the the Freeway.

The service is great! Just make sure you get a good parking spot if you dont want to walk. Dont eat too much popcorn!

Last week the theater was absolutely freezing. Hoping not the same today, hope the A/C is turned off. Employees did have attitudes last week. Hope this has been corrected.

This theatre is always clean, from my experience, and the staff is nice. It has the typical cloth chairs that are semi-reclinable with assigned seating which I really like because you dont have to worry about someone taking your spot. Overall a good area.

Theatre is well maintained and the staff is really friendly. Also parking is better and easier here. Just a great location!!

Nice clean facility. Back parking. Friendly employees. Clean bathrooms. Check for bed bugs before I sit down...never found any. Been here numerous times to make a conclusion about this theater. Also many shopping & restaurants nearby. UPDATE: 10/1/2019- still up to par! Love you guys! Cheerio!

I have good memories of coming here and watching movies with my friends.

Wow. Praise God. Just saw the movie Overcomer. Everyone needs to see this movie. The Kendrick Brothers and the Crew did it again. Also thank you to Megan and Aaron for the Welcoming smiles and great service as the front line servers.Hope you all enjoy a Jesus-Filled Life. Revelation 3:20

The remodeled theatres are nice. But its a hassle having to pre-purchase seats. Then they charge extra for the convenience of purchasing online. So it was nice to be able to go to the Park West location and just walk in and pick a seat. ONLY NOW, they make you get an assigned seat, but its still the old seating. They dont get it, assigned seating sucks......

Saw the secret life of pets 2. Got help carrying our trays of food from the food people. So helpful since I had 2 young kids. So appreciative. Super clean and food was great. Totally enjoyed it.

Me and my family rated the theater 5 stars because its not pack and the workers work fast

I have always enjoyed watching movies here, but this was the first time you had to choose your seats when buying tickets. My preference is to choose where I sit once I enter the theater. Would likely choose a different theater to watch movies in the future. Hope this isnt the new standard in movie going.

I went out for a girls night with some friends and once the movie started and we were in are chairs we noticed a smell coming from our chairs, the smell smelt like human pee so we decided to move seats and we could still smell the pee. So we left the movie to ask for a manger and they told us no manger was available. The movie theater has always been great but this time it was a waste of our time and money, I highly recommend going to another theater until they can figure out the pee smell.

My hubs was in an accident a few months ago, this was our first movie since, and unfortunately he wad in to much pain and were had to leave in the middle of the show, managers were amazing though. As soon as I told then what was going on they didnt hesitate to make sure were were taken care of! Well definitely be back!!!

Michael Myers Harkins is mostly known for great theaters and this is no exception. Unfortunately they havent adopted the leather recliners at this time. if youve ever been to Harkins norterra this has exactly the same layout. The theater is well-kept and I have only had good experiences with the staff.

Nice theater although the concession stand prices are high but you already knew that if you go to the movies.

Beautiful theatre but 1 ticket taker when 12 people standing in line and I saw a female mgr in box office scoping out the line but not assisting

Love this beautiful Theater!

If you dont want to pick your seats in advance this is the place to go but go a little early so you can get the seats that you want also they are a very accommodating when you need to buy extra tickets for other people and you can leave them at the customer service desk concierge the person will assist you write the persons name on the ticket so they can pick it up when they get here I highly recommend this theater!

Parking is limited and not close to the door. Once inside great theater. Love the butter and popcorn seasoning available to all!!

We love this theatre and the location is great all the shopping makes it pleasant for all your need to go put and enjoy family and fun!!!!

I have one of the most beautiful experiences there one day if I win the lottery my dream is to work on Harkins during the day is for something to do I really love it there

Great people. They are so nice !

Liked this place! theaters so clean.. friendly and courteous staff. its o e way to spend a weekend. Thanks Zamora Family!

Good popcorn and soft pretzel. Service great. Very clean!

Highly recommended. At this location on 31 Aug 2018, I experienced an issue of concern. After the movie I brought it to management. The female manager on duty (sorry didnt get her name) listened to me with care and compassion. She went above and beyond to correct the situation. I feel cared for and will always place Harkins Theaters first when I want to see a movie. Thank you.

I like that they have selected seating..dont like that the buttons to the seats are inside the armrest so if you lean or press your leg too much against it- your chair just starts going up and down and all the way back and then upright and back.. I have wide legs and a big butt so it was like a ride at the fair for the first 20 min. Whoever designed that wasnt thinking about anyone over 200lbs.

Great place to watch a movie but I went to see Maleficent at 10:00pm an the theatre was to cold for me and my daughter...

Great theater, comfortable seats! Love the 1.50 dollar sodas every visit when you purchase a Harkins loyalty cup.

I love scary movies!! Harkins is awesome. But one star on the snacks. Way too expensive

Like the ability to pick seats. Though the total of $15.50 to get in plus $6.00 for a kids combo means the special trips with my granddaughter will be few and far between. I chose not to get a treat!

Meh. $11 Adult tickets. Kinda dirty. Cloth seats are coated with sweat and soda. They wont do anything to stop people from talking or lights from cell phones during a movie. Very expensive snacks. All the typical things wrong with movie theaters nowadays. I had a $10 gift card, but it was over a year old, so they wouldnt honor it. Never buy gift cards for this place.

Went to see the Metallica movie on its one day only showing. Found a decent parking spot and got in on time. Popcorn and drink in hand, everything went well.

The theater is next to a few good spots for a great date night and some times ask if you get a discount if you show movie stub. Parking is in the back and sides so drive all the way up dont park next to store fronts.

Comfortable seating, not crowded, less expensive than other theaters.

I love it.this place yesterday see the movie frozen 2 oh my god is really beautiful movie

Comfortable, didnt have to wait long. Sound was just right. Clean theater

Harkins is the best movie theater,Cause they have more to offer then AMC and they are a lot more reasonable in there prices.

The area is really cool because it has a lot of nice outdoor stores within walking distance. The theater is clean, and staff is nice. It lost a star because it could use a remodel inside.

Its always a pleasure coming here. Has a lot of great little stores around to eat and shop at if youre waiting for your movie. They keep it clean and everyone who works there has always been nice. Ive been coming to this location since it first opened and have enjoyed coming back.

Nice good atmosphere and the theaters are clean and well maintained. Love the popcorn as well.

Nice place. Seats are old school but hey they cant all be amc

Great place because its never crowded or sold out. There is always seats available

It was good. Enjoyed the movie, clean place. But most of all, I wanna thank the honest people that work there, specially to the gentle man that found my phone...I was able to get back my phone. Thank u so much....

Nice theater, no reclining seats.

Classic Harkins; professional staff, clean theaters, easy access to parking

Excellent costumer service and surprisingly never to crowded for such a small theater . I would say that its perfect for a family outing

Nice clean theater. Friendly employees

The popcorn was horrible...no variety of salt flavors to cover the awful taste. Maybe, if they made fresh popcorn, wound have given 3 or 4 stars. Also the agreement that they have at Westgate during the weekends if you pay $10 for parking you have to buy something to validate parking and its usually crowded so why would I fight through traffic just to park and on top of that I have to pay 10 and on top of that I have to buy something its too much to ask for somebody just want to park it go to a movie and relax and go home. Ill never go again unless someone else is paying...

Been going to this theater ever since I was a wee lad..always well taken care of, clean, and friendly!

Went to theater 1.5 hours early to see John wick. Was told there was not going to be a line. So I did not wait in and before I knew it there was a line. Nice of management to give me the wrong info. Im a loyal customer but now I might start going to AMC

Lots of screens and state of the art theaters. Very efficient concession stand. Very large parking lot but not big enough when a big movie comes in and it gets packed to the gills.

Staff was awesome to work with and even got us the right tickets when we fat fingered the wrong showing. My only problem with coming to this specific location is it hasnt been updated like its sister locations. This was the best place to avoid the Endgame crowds though

Our local Harkins, great place for a film and always nice. Of course I have my rules. Only matinee, avoid films at hyst came out and only up to 2 PM on weekends. This gives you short lines and a quiet theater.

I watched Avengers Endgame with my son. Auditorium 8, seats G1 & G2. It was great because i was with my son. I Love you my baby!

Comfortable seats, clean, great service

Saw Frozen 2. Pretty decent seating

Place was constantly kept clean, great people. Very enjoyable.

Really amazing movie theater. The atmosphere is incredible and the staff is always really friendly and attentive.

Really enjoyed it. So much cheaper than my local AMC. Clean inside and friendly. There are accessible toilets for those who need them, and reasonably priced food.

I love going tonthis location. The staff is always friendly

Me and my husband we love movies, and popcorn are the best...

Great comfortable seats. Very handicapped friendly. The movie was fantastic. Our food was very good (cheeseburger and mini corndogs) we will do this again.

The best movie theatre!

The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming here, and outside the entrance was very clean. All the staff here greeted me with a smile and I felt welcomed. The theater was clean and smelled nice. The staff always made sure that I was comfortable. I enjoyed my time here, and I would come back here again.

Great seats, and normally clean environment, but I must say: DO NOT EAT THE POPCORN. It tastes great and all, but unless you want to be running to the bathroom hours later, then stay away. Other than that, its a great theater. Sound is evenly balanced without being too loud, and seats are super comfy.

We had a good movie experience. Clean and staff friendly.

Very good. Clean with a great food selection

Great place to watch movies... parking in good location....

Service was great, but prices are getting to high to go enjoy a movie and popcorn

Been going to Harkins Theater for about 40 years now. Best place to see a movie in town. Friendly staff.

The remodel theater is really good and the seats were comfortable

Excellent place to watch a movie and relax with the family

This would be 5 stars if theyd update their seat(s) seating.

VERY CLEAN !!!! I Dr my credit card on floor and was grossed out at the thought of searching for it on a dirty floor, but it was clean-not even kernal of popcorn. I was very impressed. The seats are plush rockers and extremely comfortable

This theater is always clean and nice. Never had a complaint about it. I do prefer the theaters with assigned seating.

This is our go to movie theater. Never a long line or an overcrowded theater. Polite attentive staff, as well.

Watched a very good movie. The theater is a real nice place for families to go and watch movies.

Great place to go watch a movie, and do a little shopping throughout the outside shops, good pizza, burgers, n farmers market on weekends

Not good. Charged us $6.00 service charge for pre paid tickets. Also my husband went on line for rewards card renewal and when we went to get popcorn it did not exist.Last time we were there pre selected seatsAllowed people to select 2 seats with one on each side. They paid for 2 seats and used 4.
