I was looking for golf apparel and this place has alot! Name brands, signature brands, golf stuff all over the place. Check it out

They are open CV19 safe. Tried out new drivers. Salesman spent a good hour with me trying out different combinations of shaft and driver heads. Have bought my last two sets of clubs from them.

Great place to shop!! The fellow at the check out counter was a hoot!! What a great sense of humor!!

Golf Galaxy was okay. They put me with a kid that had just started two days before. Although he didnt know what he was doing he still was friendly. However in the middle of him helping me they sent him home and he said someone else would come help me. I was kidding clubs in their simulator and trying to get a better understanding of the type of clubs I should buy. However nobody came to help me. One guy came and talked to me for a minute but left promptly. I still bought clubs because they were on sale but the service wasnt that great.

I picked up my order curbside. Service was quick and friendly! The store is clean and has many options for various golf items. Will definitely be frequenting more often!

That was the worst shopping experience Ive ever had,not one person helped me at all and ive been there 2x and the same thing happened. I would not recommend this store to anyone

Im between 1 and 2 stars here. I came in looking for a new iron/blade set. I asked a few questions and if I could hit the MB I had in my hand. I also asked to be measured to be sure my lie angle was correct. The salesman gave me a different brand to hit instead. He then reset the machine and walked away. Maybe my choice of Mizuno 18s was a low sale for the guy?. I instead went across the street to the PGA Superstore and they ended up getting my money and loyalty.

Ordered clubs through corporate site, awful service. Will never buy any product again from Golf Galaxy. Very unprofessional!

Walked into the store on 5/13/19 at 2:30pm. I was greeted by an associate. However, after walking around and even asking another associate for help I was dismissed and blown off. I was inquiring about buying my son golf clubs. The associate was none too eager to help me and he brushed off to stand around with some other folks. I figured maybe it was a store walk with upper level management and that’s why he had scurried away?I then went to the club fitting area to speak to a technician and there was not one available. Not because they were helping other customers… It’s because there wasn’t one there.I then walked around the store on the way out and noticed that there were 6-8 associates and only one floor associate was helping a customer, and so was the cashier.Let’s just say that I do not anticipate going back to golf galaxy anytime soon or in the future to spend my money with them. I was very taken back by the lack of customer service.

My experience is consistent with others. Walked in around 5:40PM. There looked to be 3 folks working and I was the only customer in the store. I must have been invisible as no one acknowledged I was there.I am scorecard member and was looking to purchase 3 TaylorMade Wedges. I found what I was looking for and will compare price on-line.I left and walked right past the checkout counter and the person there said was reading. They missed a $450.00 sale.

Walked in looking for new clubs not one person greeted me. Looked around and left. Place SUCKS

What a joke

Horrible customer service! Do yourself a huge favor and shop at Vans or PGA tour store. The guys at Galaxy are a bunch of snobs who act like you are putting them out if you want or need help. You can walk in and be completely ignored. All of my business goes to their competition now.

The salesman Steve Mason was great. He works part time, but is very knowledgeable about golf clubs and accessories.

The manager was more than helpful. Answered all my questions even comp me a sleeve of golf balls to Try out. His knowledge was very helpful the store was very well stocked. With more than enough sale items to choose from. Will be back to purchase more golf balls real soon.

If you want your club heads to fly off your shaft, come to golf galaxy. They wanted me to pay to get them all re-shafted after they did not do it correctly. Mike thinks he knows everything, he might know some stuff but not on the topic of golf clubs. The PGA Superstore down the street will accommodate you to the fullest as I have learned.

NOW THAT ITS GOLF GALAXY THE PLACE SUCKS! I would spend about 2 hundred a month on average. Now i give my business to vans golf shops.

Place is absolute trash. Very overpriced and the employees are useless.

Good store! Friendly, knowledge staff, with great selection. Lessons available here, a good past experience with GolfTec. PGA Superstore just has more of the line I like, Mizuno!

I like there clothes.

The Glendale location always has a few great deals and used options. Friendly and helpful staff.

Over priced clubs, over priced club fitting, over priced club repair. New Golf Galaxy management guys are arrogant. They pretty much fired all the good people that worked there and replaced them with corporate globalist goons. PGA Tour Superstore is right around the corner.

I have had very nice employees helping me during my visits there.

Love it. Got a great deal on Nike Womens golf shoes!
