There really isnt much to do for a toddler. The slide was closed. We went for toddler time and will probably not return. As far as Covid goes. Masks are required but some of the areas dont seem to be able to be properly sanitized like the foam cubes. There was hair and a mask in one of the pits. I really dont think we will return.
Had a blast. Tried the climbing wall. Went down the slide. Wow. Amazing
We were super excited to know that they were finally open. We came to meet up to talk a bit about work and since we had kids with us it was great to come and have them play while we talk. All of the workers were so kind and helpful Tasha was great kept asking us how we were doing they were very sanitized. I am going to book my sisters birthday party here this month they have such great protocols and I know we will be safe
Four stars of FUN but the board is WORKING properly I feel like that is the best part after finishing a race with a group of friends to see the stats up on the board. Hopefully they get this fixed
Fun spot for the kids. Many different activities including Dodgeball, zip line and trampolines, of course. For the most part, it’s a great place to wear down the kid’s energy, just not a ton of places for the adults to sit. It’s a bit hidden but the signs will bring you right to the door. The staff is super friendly and everyone was happy to help.
Staff very friendly, I love how everyone staying safe wearing mask. Staff is constantly cleaning wiping everything down. Cant ask for a better staff and place for my grandkids to fun. Thank you
I paid $47 for my 12 yr old and 7 yr old boys with socks for 90 minutes. It was our first time since March. THEY ASKED TO STAY LONGER!!!!
My kiddo had a blast here. It’s very clean and maintained, and the night we went, they turned off the lights and everyone wore neon shirts. It was super cool. I must say, it made me realized how out of shape and old I am. I was sore for a week. We’ll definitely go back though.
Had a great time with my grandson. Staff was very friendly.
Took my son here for a fun time. He was doing the zip line and was having fun (had to help him up because he was a little short). When they rotated employees to switch places a guy said sorry u cant help lift him. My son is 6 years old so he could go on the big kids side. Claiming its against safety guidelines and the other guy shouldve known better. Ruined it for my kid. If they dont train their employees whats the point of hiring them??
The staff are super friendlyThey take the best percussions to fight this pendemic.
If you just want a get away and want to bring the kids home tired, this is your spot! Sky Zone is always lively and full of fun. I would recommend this place to any family because it is safe, fun and parents also have Soft, comfy spots to sit.
Fun for all ages but remember your age and dont hurt yourself like my Brother did. Broke his foot trying to run up that wall thing.
We come here often, Its a really cool spot for the kids to Jump Around! But this time we went, It was for a birthday party! The birthday party is for a two hour time slot, The first hour. That kids get to jump, the second hour, the kids are in the party room eating cake and Pizza and opening presents. The kids do not get to jump the second hour at all! Kind of disappointing, The kids Werent finished jumping.
Fun and active place for kids of all ages. Its great that the music volume is lower than previous visits. More chairs and/or couches are needed.
It was a fun experience and the service was amazing. My only complaint is that I got my 40$ hoodie stolen and I take full responsibility for me misplacing it. Thank you.
First time here in the Arizona location, purchased my tickets from Groupon way better deal, only think I do not like is that you cannot bring outside drinks they make it so you have to purchase there’s also they price does not cover the socks you have to pick, special socks of which I see nothing special about them just another way to get more money.
The kids love it! Need more comfortable chairs for parents and more food options. Then we can spend more money
Had tons of fun over here the staff was very friendly .. it did have a couple of places coned off due to needing repair but it was few and far between . Totally worth the money and an over all great time .
A place for the whole family to have fun. I enjoyed jumping on the trampolines. So much fun! Felt like a kid again jumping with the grandkids and my son!
I only give this place 1 star because we only made it through the front door and signed a waiver just to be told my child couldnt jump because he cant jump normal. I wouldve had to assist my child due to him being special needs. Special needs kids want to have fun too. Such a shame I had to take him away from the fun because he is different. I hope they make changes in the future where it involves all kids to have fun, not just normal kids.
It’s always a good experience here! Sometimes it’s super packed, and that’s understandable. The staff is usually pretty cool, but the food prices are high and it’s not that great. My son seems to really love it here, so as long as he’s happy I’m happy.
Best trampoline park that we have been to. There is a supervisor in each area to make sure kids dont get hurt and play fair!
I do not suggest bringing any kids under the age of seven to this place. Toddlers are specifically secluded to one small section that has minimal activities and are not allowed interact with their older siblings or older kids in the entire rest of the building. Definitely not worth the price and for inconvenience or hassle. I highly suggest going somewhere else

Had my daughters bday party here, not too expensive and a great place to take the kids to blow of some energy on the weekend for cheap!
The trampoline park was good, but expensive for one time use. It was clean, safe, and good variety of activities. Not enough of the basics though when crowded. At the beginning of the lunch hour, they sold pretzels with cheese, then found out were out of cheese. They graciously offered other things, but how did they not know? Expensive consessions, very basic. Picky that you have to use their socks, not another trampoline parks. Sign states it is a gun free zone, but absolutely no security personell :-( Staffed looked 100% like high school students, and very inconsistent with rules.
The concept and and activities were fun. My teenagers enjoyed themselves. The staff at the front were very helpful. The ones working the activities mostly seemed very over being there.
The staff is friendly, abundant, and the kids love sky zone. I like that the facility is clean and I feel safe having the kids run and play even if they are out of sight. (They can each be doing their own activity well getting exercise.I am only giving a 3 star rating however due to having issues every time I come. I have 3 elite memberships and the 6 times I have come each time their system seems to have lost my account, overcharges, undercharges, and time errors. The last time I came one kids sticker said 230-430, one said 415-615, one said 430-730... They were printed at the same time. One of the 3 elite memberships was charged improperly. When I got food 1 was charged for nachos I never received (didnt feel like fighting it) I am happy to say the charged me correctly to jump with the kids (1/2 off with elite membership) which was the first time since I have been coming.Overall I would recommend coming, but pay in cash, do not get a membership, and double check price before paying.
It is a nice place, kids really liked it. Beware though, they only allow their own grippy socks. Apparently the ones from other places arent good enough
Great spot for the family!
My kids had a lot of fun together and apart. They didnt complain once about being board.
Parking was a nightmare and very crowded. The kids had a great time though! You do need more people working the concession stand though. One person is not enough!
Kids absolutely loved it
Its a daycare with trampolines. Was my first time and last. It was okay until a group of kids or the regulars as they are known by the employees, started enforcing their own rules to my children and myself. Long story short, expect a bunch of disrespectful kids who just get dropped off by guardians who obviously dont want to raise them, sad. So if you dislike your children Skyzone employees are more than glad to take care of the little trouble maker.
I’ve been coming here for a while, typically on Saturday since I work during the week and a few time recently they seem to bombard you about memberships. Why? I get asked at the register and by someone walking around the grounds? If I said no at the rest why would I say yes when I’m trying to enjoy time with my kids? Not only that but your memberships are about 4x’s your competitions prices for nearly the same thing if I sign up anywhere it’s with them because it’s a better price per month, and some of them don’t have memberships. I do have to say I have checked out some of the other “parks” and they don’t bombard you about memberships and it’s nice to not have to keep saying no and feel like I’m in a used car dealerships with desperate sales people trying to get a deal while I’m trying to have fun with my family, I am rethinking coming here if this trend continues and I’ve already steered friends and family from coming here because I know that they will say no and they won’t be as nice about it as I am. Your membership question should start and stop at the register when you get checked in end of story. I don’t get hassled about a target card while I’m shopping the entire time I’m there only when I’m where? You guessed it at the register when I’m paying for my stuff. You guys should take notes from other companies on creating a fun, no pressure environment, you used to be but now not so much. If this is happening on other nights I feel bad for you other guests.
Amazing place to keep your kids busy!
What a fun, new activity to bring the kids to burn off that extra energy! Great birthday party packages too!
This place is a Beta testing location and so they have had their ups and downs with policy, rules, etc. They could probably be a little more consistent, but that is all part of working out the kinks. They WAY make up for it in the customer service they provide. The staff there is GENUINELY concerned about the kids, and in my opinion, that makes ALL the difference in the world. This is different from how it was 6 months to a year ago, so whomever is responsible for this new staff and their attitudes needs a raise! The elite plus membership is the best thing since sliced bread!! My son is 9 and the staff calls him by name (its printed on the sticker), keeps an eye on him, and when he gets out of line, they are kind and considerate while correcting his behavior. The staff is SUPER helpful and even though the managers seem overwhelmed and pulled in many directions, they ALWAYS manage to go out of their way to make sure you are happy. I have had a couple of issues with various things and each and EVERY time, they make me feel like I am the only customer in the building and bend over backwards to make things right! Even when a problem couldnt be solved immediately, they made sure to follow up and call me with the solution! I used to hate it when my kid wanted to go jump because it seemed to be a lot of hassle to pay $20 for an hour of trampoline time...special socks, special shirt, having to watch closely because the staff was never paying attention, overpriced snacks, waivers every other time, waiting in line for an hour. This place has fixed that!! The price is NOW amazingly affordable, the staff is attentive and competent, the wait is NEVER more than 5 minutes even when they are packed and their new system is seamless! Now, its my FIRST suggestion...which make everyone happy!! Thanks for all the improvements SkyZone staff! You have made this place a safe happy place where Ashbrook and his friends ALWAYS want to be!
Very good place to go for a birthday party if your looking to have a lot of fun. Lots of different things to do and great staff. I just suggest using a little bit more saftey requirments to make sure nobody gets hurt.
If youve been to urban air you will be disappointed. Too many employees reprimanding kids for every little thing. Clean and fun but worth the extra drive and $ to head to UA Goodyear.
Great way to wear out the kids with exercise and they get to be around other children and learn social skills. The smiles laughs and sleep after were all amazing!
Fun place to bring the kids or young ones. Food is somewhat pricey but worth it if your child decides they want to come here to celebrate their or birthday or any occasion
Always a FUN time at Sky Zone!
I took 3 kids (3, 11 and 15 yrs old). They limited the toddler area to this small play section to the right a foam pit (didnt even have a lot of foam cubes) and another foam put eiteith mini trampolines and allow the older kids who have 95% still come to the toddler section. My son wanted to go over to the other side but couldnt and all the big kids were coming to his area and he was waiting forever to jump. This is a horrible spot for toddlers I was so frustrated with sky zone for the changes they made. I requested a refund for the toddler and the manager did refund. However the older kids had fun. I would never return with my family again sky zone accommodate all ages not just the older kids. Back to jump street we go.
The place was very clean however the service was not that great. The concession employee came off very lazy and wasnt helpful with any of the questions I had. Some of the trampoline monitors were inattentive at the attraction that they were at which led to people not following the rules. Overall I had a good time but the service could use some work.
Great place. Tons to do. Great value. Loved it and recommend it.
No one wearing mask wow
The facility is really fun - lots of stuff to do. Reason this is 3 stars is because the service, both concession and the trampoline monitors, were a little slow or inattentive. Also, the locker situation was sketchy - we opened a seemingly unoccupied one, and a bunch of peoples stuff were in there.
Had an issue wt this place a random person was controlling one of the play areas he made the kids and I feel uncomfortable and not safe when we let staff know they really didnt do anything about it so we left this place. To be a kids park they really dont care about there safety. Please be careful
Very nice, clean, relatively safe and very loud. Lol. A little pricey, try to find coupons or Groupon. Food is expensive, not a good selection. They keep adding cool stuff. I like the parents lounge - a quiet place to sit and read (nap?) while the kids play. Ask for coupons for your next visit when you check in.
Fun family entertainment
Just let me recommend one thing at the outset: come READY to jump and zip and bounce, etc. This means that everyone has used the restroom beforehand, and no one is HUNGRY or too full. I especially stress not being hungry, because there is a very tempting snack bar on the premises, but it is chronically understaffed... Dont be like me, who encouraged the kids to bring their allowance and get a snack if they got hot or thirsty while jumping... Then watched in growing dismay as, one after the other from about 30 minutes in, they spent 15+ minutes of their precious time, standing in line for a single, prepackaged ice cream... The line didnt even look that long! But it sure was slow. Anyhow, if you like my advice, let everyone know that the snack bar is off limits until jump time is over. There are drinking fountains, or you can bring your own water bottles. Or a grown up who is not paying to jump could stand in line and get their treats... Just anything but letting the jumpers waste their precious time.Aside from that, the place is pretty clean and spacious. There is a lot of seating for non-jumpers. There are free shoe racks and also paying shoe lockers (no shoes allowed on trampolines.) You must sign a waiver at the kiosks BEFORE you purchase your time.In summary, the sequence is like this: everyone arrives fed, but not stuffed. Walk in the door and go straight to the kiosk and fill in safety forms. Then stand in line and purchase time--one hour is minimum. Remove shoes and put on obligatory orange socks (did I not mention the socks? $2 each pair and they are required--not your own socks). Make sure everyone has used bathroom and knows where to find water. By then your time has probably arrived. Have fun with the kids, or recording from the walkways, and make sure you keep them from the snack bar, even if the line looks short. I hope you have a good time!
This place isnt bad havent been in over a year and not really liking the new changes there isnt really an area for the 4yr n under to play like it used to be.. they now have an area but all it has is foam blocks and a large air mat on the other side. Then only place they can actually jump on a trampoline is the larger foam pit but half the time the little ones get pushed out by older kids... need to do some rethinking on that part for sure.
Amazingly fun
I like this place because their staff is usually really nice to my son who has autism, except maybe one or two people there. He doesnt like going here because there are lots of safety rules but I understand its because they dont want anyone getting hurt. Their monthly passes are worth the price too.
This trampoline play park is a great place to bring your children either alone or for a party. Plenty of fun for hours and for cheap!
Horrible experience. We had an issue with our shoes and I ended up talking to a staff member and I didnt like the way she handled the problem she was no help what so ever, and left home barefoot.
Very cool place! I don’t have kids so I’d never been to one of these. I attended my niece’s birthday and the experience was very good. The concession stand guy was great, the young workers there were all pretty pleasant but what really made it special was SHAQ!!! SHAQ was the party host(or whatever you call it) and he made a good party Great. All the kids had such a wonderful time with him and he is such a great asset to this whole organization. If possible- I would highly recommend you have this guy train ALL of your other locations because he is very special and everyone can learn something from him. He single handed hosted a party of about 20 kids and another 12ish adults. He is really good and very fun for the kids. The experience with SHAQ made us very excited to come back for future parties and definitely refer all of our friends. He deserves a bonus!
For what it is its farely good. The workers can be a little mean but most of them are cool that just want to have fun.
Fun place to let the kids blow off energy
My family went for the first time and had a BLAST! Great for bigger kids (7+) and active kids at heart. The prices were very reasonable, we took advantage of the MLK promo, $20 for 3hrs. I was surprised that even the Ninja Warrior course and other activities were included. Will be back soon!
Kind of expensive for what you get with the birthday package. Not near enough JumpTime and the pizza is overpriced. Although we did have a wonderful host, I probably will not do another birthday party here
Great place for the kids to jump their heart out! They loved it!!
Took my daughter here only to be restricted to one tiny tiny tiny area..we thought it was going to be bigger and what a HUGE disappointment for a toddler that has so much energy and wants to jump on a regular trampoline. I do not recommend anyone coming here.
Came for a birthday party to have them say my 4 year old was too small to jump any wear elses execpt for this lillte part with a foam pit with a handful of foam but few kids his same hight and size weight were aloud to jump wherever they liked as a customer and consumer I will not waste my money her to see my son with a sad face....
Its a bit of a drive out...but it was worth it.To beat the crowd, I would reccomend coming earlier on in the morning.Once there, you go to the screens to fill out your waivers and then you can purchase your tickets. Oh, and you will also be required to purchase their special socks so you dont slip and faceplant on the trampolines.I loved the lively music there and the trampolines were super bouncy, and I definitely felt like I got a great workout in bouncing around.
Good fun for the kids. There are options for Adult fun but this is mostly for kids to get out and do something. They dont have much food outside of snacks. So plan accordingly.
We had an amazing time. Glow night is even better.
This place is awesome for the bigger kids. My 13yr old loves to play dodge ball. And my 9yr old loves all the new added obstacle courses!
Great place to have fun with friends and family, though I wished the music could be changed to lived up more
Emily was amazing!! She helped me book a party and was so wonderful to talk to!
Great place to let the kids get all that energy out
My granddaughter loved it...very helpful and pleasant staff!
Lots to do and the birthday party experience was great for my granddaughter
This is my first visit to an establishment like this. The indoor trampoline parks have never been high on my list to take my kids to, mostly because thinking about jumping on a trampoline makes mt knees hurt. Well I can tell you that I am glad I went, my son (6 y/o) had a blast! A whole 2 hours with not even a Im bored or when are we leaving My son was totally occupied the entire time! The only reason I took a star off was that I was there for a birthday party and wanted to buy some extra hours for the birthday kid and his friends. They were supposed to get a discounted rate but when we tried to purchase more we were told we had to pay full price for the extra hour due to the birthday check already being closed. We asked out host (we were still in the birthday room) about this and she went to try and make it right (wasnt her fault) and 30 minutes later with no resolution and the kids anxious to get jumping, I just paid the full price. It honestly just sounds like a stupid policy that should be absolutely simple to fix is a POS system, but none of the staff are authorized to do so. They should reconsider this and place a bit of trust in their staff to make decisions like this. The whole situation could have been avoided.
HORRIBLE for toddlers even after boasting attractions on their website like “toddler time” and “toddler areas” please save yourself the time and MONEY for what a waste this was so disappointed in this location and the management system here. After purchasing toddler time and being told we could use EVERYTHING until 11am, after walking on the first court with my almost 2&3 year old we were told immediately we had to go to the toddler zone only, then after clearing it up with one employee almost immediately after that another employee comes to kick us off the courts. Then we go to the toddler area with a broken gate that they want open now because of its condition, but want to keep toddlers in this area anyway, um did anyone in management think this through? NEVER been so dissatisfied. After addressing my concerns with the manager you’d think they’d offer a refund or at least partial or passes for next tine since we didn’t even get to stay the entire hour we paid for or use the entire facility, but no just said sorry he’d check with the team to make sure they know the rules. Well thanks but I won’t be back to find out if the manager can more properly instruct his team on what the rules and regulations for he facility is.
My kids love this place... a little hard to find the building
I have no words. It was just amazing hanging out with my friends their
My kids LOVE this place,my only complaint was the first time we went GPS takes you somewhere a few blocks away other then that I like the place. Lots of seating for parents to watch kiddos while they jump also a big plus .
They staff rocks and are very attentive to the children making sure they all have fun!
Everything was off limits. My little girl is 3 and very capable. We came at opening and it was empty and they just made her jump in two areas. We couldnt even help her with this basketball because one bouncer per trampoline. Her dad was picking her up to shoot a basket.. anyway we wont return.
Good fun for the kids. There are options for Adult fun but this is mostly for kids to get out and do something.
I enjoy letting the little one burn off some energy here from time to time. Its a good time. Wish the seating was a bit more comfortable.Removed a star... they have a class which I use the word loosely because the kids running seem like they have no plan. Which cost 100 bucks and they dont even have the concession stand open for kids or adults to gets drinks etc. This is more of a glorified play time.
