This was my first Thanksgiving in a restaurant, and the food was absolutely delicious. Jen was our server, and she was so kind and attentive. It was all-around a great experience and I would definitely do it again at Scenic Hills Country Club!

What a nice hidden gem at the golf course! The wings were quite tasty, make sure to ask for extra crispy with the buffalo sauce. It was taco Tuesday and I did get a beef . It was so so but the special fish n chips were the star of the show. Crispy with a nice crunch and plentiful fish inside the crunchy layer of deliciousness. Make sure to give it try. Public is welcome

Loved the layout and scenery of the course but the grass wasn’t in great shape. A lot of the tee boxes were very sandy. But the staff was nice

I had my wedding here on August 8th, and Jesse and the staff were amazing! Everything went so smoothly, and they were great at making us feel safe with masks and gloves for the staff. Jesse was so kind and continually reached out to me throughout the planning process to make sure I had everything I needed! I definitely recommend Scenic Hill.

I reserved this Venue for a baby shower and worked with Jesse on planning the event and I just want to say he Exceeded my expectations with his professionalism and was so courteous and caring throughout...I highly recommend this venue and him for future Events

We held an event in the ballroom and really enjoyed the service, the ease of setup, and the overall accommodations. The food served was worth every penny and also worth a 5 star rating. Will definately consider holding other events there in the future when the need arrives.

Great golfing course. Challenging, but a lot of fun.

Great place to golf, visit, have drinks and visit and feel at home. I even work out there at Refit. They are looking into building a beautiful pool for its members. I cant wait!

A joke of an establishment. In the middle of a pandemic to the likes the world hasnt seen seen in a century, and they would rather service-members go to prison to show up for a wedding than be understanding of unprecedented times.

Worst golf course in Pensacola! Course Marshall is very rude tells you to hurry up with no one behind likes to harass you if you are younger then 30 very weird!

Played it on vacation this past summer. It was raining when we were on our way then it quit as we were pulling in had the course to ourselves.It was perfect and great service. Planning a trip with 8 of us for the end of January. Definitely will include this one on our list

Have been to a few events held at the country club, always had a great time . Great people at the Senic hills country club. Highly recommend this place .

The always fresh produce, Great bakery,and My favorite cake *Death by chocolate* is always available. The associates in the deli are always smiling and friendly all the way to checking out with my favorite cashiers.

I played there on 9/6/19.The course was very good.Looked pretty good on arrival.Practice putting green was somewhat crabgrassy, but the green was pretty good.No practice bunker.Driving range was good with natural turf, not mats, but it was very sandy.Fairways were good.Rough was thick.Greens were very good & pretty fast.Staff was nice.Cart girl was nice & good looking. :-)

I like the layout. Love the challenging greens. Would like to see the rough a little higher but well worth playing. I will be back.

Friendly staff and a very nice golf course. The pro shop is well stocked with quality products. The greens are outstanding. Its a good place to play golf at a reasonable price.

During a half-occupied Sunday brunch, our food took 55 minutes from ticket time to table delivery.When the food arrived, it was what I expected.What I didn’t expect was the service. The waitress, Juwels, was communicative and polite. The manager came over and explained the situation and apologized.Upon asking for the check, the waitress brought me a $0 balance and said that the manager wanted to see us back there again. This was a kind gesture that will certainly bring me back.

I am the president of a networking group called THOR - Tuesday Hour of Reciprocity. We are a weekly business networking group that has been active for almost 3 years. We have tried 3 restaurants for our weekly meetings. Scenic Hills Country Club is the third. For the past year, we have been coming up to Scenic Hills once a month because we had to move out of our other venue. We have enjoyed coming up to Scenic Hills because of the view, the great customer service as well as the outstanding food and the prices. LOVE IT!! We have loved it so much as of Jan 8th, 2019, we have decided to make Scenic Hills Country Club our meeting location every week. I really want to thank the staff and the owners for their great hospitality that they have offered to our members of THOR. We are happy to be relocating to their venue for 2019. Thank you so much and we look forward to seeing you every week.

My lunch was delicious, especially the Sweet Potato Fries. The sevice was great and the server very pleasant. I always enjoy going to the Club day or night.

Great course. Greens were sanded a couple weeks ago, but even then it was still in great shape. Staff was super nice as was the food.

The course is great, although the “pro“ that was trying to keep pace before a tournament started wasn’t trying to move the group two groups ahead of us and was instead telling us to go back and play a couple of holes instead so that we didn’t lose the last couple of holes, even though we were well under a four hour pace of play that they set. He was just wanting to talk to us because he was too afraid to tell the group that was playing slow to actually pick it up. And when I called the club house they tried to say that he was talking to all three groups when he was literally sitting in front of us talking to us and he just was too scared. If they know they have a tournament going on at 11:30 AM they should know when to stop giving out tee times. I guess it’s just a matter of knowing how to do your job.

Recently spent week in Pensacola visiting from Houston. Found Scenic Hills to play golf.Staff was extremely helpful finding me tee times, answering any questions, and noticed they were as pleasant to everyone as they were me. Thanks to Jacob,Jayd and Rick the pro for a great golf week. Course is in good shape,staff second to none whether it be in the pro shop or bar and kitchen.

Excellent. We were a large group and we got our food on a timely manner. The food was very yummy

We visited Scenic Hills as part of an event. The buffet food was outstanding! The room seemed very awkward the way it was set up, the staff had to travel all the way across the room through very tight tables to bring more food to the buffet. It was difficult to mingle with the tight accommodations. The bar staff seemed a bit understaffed for serving regular guests and a large party. Its a beautiful facility and probably the best buffet food ever, just need to reconsider the set up!

I love this golf course! Its an old style course, but its well run and very fun to play. Visit it at least 3 to 4 times each year when we visit Florida.

I love going to Scenic Hills Country Club. The people here are super nice. Molly, the bartender, is awesome! Every meal I have is wonderful and they put on awesome events. I dont golf, so thats the only thing I cannot speak about although I know the new owners have done quite a bit to offer a better experience.

This was our first time here, I brought my son to just hit some balls, wasnt impressed with Rick that works in the shop. I purchased a bucket of balls for myself and my son wanted his own bucket and Rick seemed really annoyed because we wanted two buckets, dont know why because they were making money. Other than that, we had a good time, we may come back and give it another try and maybe ole Rick will be in a better mood. Customer service should be a must when having to deal with the public.

Management and staff are great and the course is getting better. However, the reason for the 3 stars is the the ground crew with the dump truck laying lime. And yes it was a dump truck. While on 18 they came right next to me and my wife and sprayed us with the lime. On there way they stopped and said we had to stop and moved out of their way. Plus, they never once apologized for getting lime on us after telling them. I will continue to go to Scenic Hills, but they need to work on a few of their ground crew.

Easy play some what challenging

Saw better fireworksfrom the surrounding neighborhoods, yes I know downtown had rain but 9 o clock means 9 o clock, then they were set off so far from the clubhouse they were not impressive at all, may I suggest next year setting them off in the middle of the driving range, I saw many people leaving disappointed, I built the event up and had numerous people show up only to be disappointed!! As a kid living in the general area, we watched fireworks from Scenic Hills throughout my life time at different times, maybe I was just hoping for a new tradition to be started under the new management?

Great shape even with all the rain,thinking about joining the senior membership. Fred and claudia will reccomend me and a couple of my friends.

They are really making this club better. New carts, range balls, club house changes, course repair... If you havent played the course in a while, I recommend you give it a go.

Excellent food, excellent bar, fantastic staff, fabulous atmosphere and the golf course is in great golf shape. Best CC in the Florida panhandle hands down. Highly recommend it for all ages.

Honestly it probably was and could be a great track. However, right now the fairways are marginal and the greens are absolutely terrible. I cant recall a single green that didnt have some sort of disease or dead brown spots. Very slow greens and even slower play. A foursome should probably let a single or twosome play through. Wasnt going to happen. Anyway with some care and a bunch of money it might be a nice course at some point in the future.

Scenic Hills is in great condition. The greens are rolling smooth and fast.

They have prime rib every Thursday night & Sunday brunch too. Its nice to see that there is a good local golf facility in the community where there is good food and a relaxed family atmosphere!

Good food. Had a sandwich for lunch. Service was a bit slow, could be because restaurant is is under new management and theyre learning their new clientel. Would recommend to others.

The golf course is getting better, but the new restaurant Michaels is pretty disappointing. Took a group of 14 to eat and nothing was very good. The special was beef tips and rice and for some reason the rice was swimming in olive oil on every plate (about 5). The chicken a few had was bone dry and flavorless. One of our group wasnt even served until I questioned if all had their food. The waitress had no idea. A few if us had sandwiches and fries and even though we were the first people served for lunch the fries were old and barely warm. All-in-all pretty disappointing all around. Michaels is doomed to fail.

The only Florida golf course to have staged a U.S. Open Championship to date, Scenic Hills, rated 3-1/2 stars, is still capable of giving your game a thorough workout - although some of its grandeur may have waned over time, youll find more elevation change here than on most courses in the Sunshine State.

Just had brunch there and was able to chat with the owners, the owners are great down to earth people and are glad to meet you and are willing to get to know you. Also the food is amazing and they give you more than you can handle I will certainly be going back.
