Had a great time and will come back again but seriously disappointed with how rude Victoria was. There was a whole bunch of people standing on the side where I was getting up to go jump and rules are if you are jumping you do not have to wear a mask and out of everyone she came up to me attitude and all and told me I needed a mask, and when I responded you don’t need a mask to jump I thought she said, well you not jumping yet are you. But I was leaving my mask so I could go jump. Then proceeded to not saying anything to anyone else(they were Caucasian) I am black. Then when waiting at the snack bar for water for the child my group was with, she came over after we were standing there for 10 min and already being helped by someone else. Also I do not appreciate when people who are there in a children’s play place and clearly being rude. Please keep in mind customer service thank you

Great facility for kids and adults to enjoy. Staff was very attentive to participants to ensure safety and well being. I was very impressed with the Preventative measures taken to clean the facility numerous times over the course of the house we were jumping.Summer pass was great deal too! We will return :-)

Love Sky Zone! My son always has his birthday parties here and we are always treated to the best they have to offer.

This was my grandsons birthday party. They were great in the party room and the kids had a great time jumping. The massage chair was fantastic! Fun and safe atmosphere..

Sky zone is your average trampoline park, which is great for anyone looking to burn some energy. All ages are welcomed. The facilities are clean. The staff was pleasant. The food was pretty basic but, it is a trampoline house so...its to be expected. One issue is parents can tend to drop their children off and leave them unsupervised. The staff, predominantly teens, doesnt reprimand this behavior which can make for awkward conversations. Otherwise, Sky Zone was fun and Ill visit again.

I have been to sky zone a couple times and each time has been great! The staff is friendly and the facility is fantastic with plenty of space to jump. Great for adults or kids to enjoy, and remember to bring your special socks.

Was fun with friends, we were all 21 and over some of them look 17 and all so they blen in. Itbqas fun and had an amazing time. No alcohol and lots of kids on the way.

Gave it a five due to the couple employees allowed me 2 come in unbothered so that I may visit, and see and play with my little girl which is the only time and place I can because its a public place and her mother and grandmother are not ones with Souls therefore do all that they can in order to prevent me from having any contact or relationship with my baby so Id like to thank does employees 4 giving me those 30 minutes of time with her it may be the only 30 minutes Ill have with her this entire year

Its a great place to take kids and let them exhaust some energy in a positive way.The pricing is a bit high since you have to buy socks and pay to jump. So an hour ends up right around $20. However you can buy half hour slots which is a bit cheaper.All and all kids have a blast! My child thanked me a thousand times for taking them to Skyzone!

I took my kids to glow night on 6/20/2020, when we arrived there was kids everywhere. Upon being told the glow night was sold out a lot of the kids did not want to leave and a lot of kids rammed right through the front door without paying which led to the police being called and glow night was cancelled. I am writing this review because the manager that working was phenomenal, she maintained her cool and answered everyones questions, I didnt catch her name but she definitely deserves a raise.

Great place and super fun environment but too many unsupervised kids running around not taking turns and not watching out for the little ones. My 4 year old got jumped on and his nose started bleeding and the staff watched and did nothing

Great energetic place to release energy for young and old. Great indoor jumping trampoline to have fun everyday or once a week or month however you decide to come and spend the time. Also great place for events such as birthday parties. We got invited from a friend to enjoy for a couple of hours to jump and see whats it like. Very huge place and everyone seems to be enjoying themselves.

Love that they are open. Just know that some activities are still closed due to Covid 19 and they only take cards not cash. Still a wonderful place.

Great staff and good fun for kidos

Our 2 year old loved it! They have a toddler zone with trampolines and a foam pit! The floor around the trampolines are soft so, if your kid falls he wont hurt himself. Some of the trampolines have basketball hoops. They make everyone wear socks so nothing funky get passed around. Even my 8month old loved to crawl around. The toddler zone has a baby gate so the little ones cant escape.. I got to jump with my 2 year old.. activities for mom and child! Great exercise.. I know at night after 730 pm they turn off lights and have a glow in dark and flashing lights.. fun for teens and adults! They have a snack bar and places for parties! They have dodgeball and a huge foam pit with a ladder for older kids! The staff is really nice and helpful!We got a month pass!

Great environment. Fast and Friendly service. The only thing is when I scheduled my girls party they told me the cake was included so I didnt bring a cake but come to find out the cake wasnt included. My girls dont like cake so it wasnt a big deal to me but the server told us that the issue with cake always happens to other customers who have parties their and they think the cake is included as well.

Couldnt have planned a better day! My baby even got over here fear of heights!!

Not a great place for small children....big children too rough and they encroach into the toddler area and the staff does not stop them.

I just love this place because they have a TODDLER ZONE, which was perfect for my 15 month old munchkin! We paid 10 for an hour, including a pair of socks to use in the park. It’s definitely a place to wear out my hyper baby and also a workout for parents. I watched other people at the park and the parents seemed to enjoy it more than their kids!

Great time. Only problem is that there are parents that do not follow the rules and let their 3 year old jump spasticly in the dodge ball arena. Seriously!!! There is an entire area designed for the little ones. The staffs hands are tied. They can only let them know the risks. Its the kinda stuff I want to record and post on the stupid things parents do thread!!!

This was really fun. We stayed for 90 min. The kids enjoyed everything and made a few friends. The socks that you pay $3 for are somewhat cheap the foam from the blocks were all over the socks I bought within 10 mins of being there. But everything else was cool

This place is pretty cool. Unlike other places like this Ive been to Sky Zone does offer subscription choices to bring kids everyday. The equipment they have is cool and pretty well taken care of. I would say they get pretty packed so sometimes it can be more frustrating than anything. I do think they waste a TON of space in the facility that could be used for more equipment.

Visited here before flying out of pensacola. Kids really enjoyed it. It was quite a bit more money than a dozen other trampoline parks we have visited across the country. Loved the jousting pits along with the jump put. Only down side is the price. Beware you have to purchase their grip socks for a few dollars.

My kids had a blast! It was pretty busy but there is plenty of room for everyone.

Very clean and safe, good place to go for an hour or when its raining. Staff is generally friendly, mostly teenagers. My son is five and is a little bit too small to mix it up with the big kids, but he has more than enough fun playing in special areas for little ones. Dont forget to ask for military discount.

Great place to wear out the kids! The place is clean and the staff are extremely helpful and courteous. Busier on the weekends but thats expected for a place primarily for kids. Dont get me wrong, adults absolutely can have a blast here! Kids are not required. To sum up, GO! Have a blast!

I have to say this place has had great turnaround. The new and improved membership is so worth it and they’ve hired better people. The new membership allows my daughter to participate in toddler time and can now jump for 90mins instead of 60mins every single day! Can’t beat that! Also, the staff has been super nice. I want to especially point out Jesse. He is always going above and beyond. My daughter loves when he’s there during toddler time. I know it is not his job to play with the kids but I always see him interacting with others and never see him without a smile. Also, try their pizza. Something about it is so stinking good!! Thank you guys for doing a great job!! We love coming here!

In my opinion you shouldve waited to open until the kids could play on everything. My kids played for 2 minutes and they were ready to go.

We asked for a manager bc when my niece arrived at 132, they made her wait until 145 to play when all the other kids there for the birthday celebration were able to start playing at 130. the manager (bri) said she would be right there to talk to us so we could atleast get all the kids on the same play time. so we waited outside of the door just to see her walk ALL THE WAY AROUND THE BACK WAY TO AVOID TALKING TO US. thinking we couldn’t see her!! i was livid. it was extremely unprofessional & showed a huge lack of respect for her customers. extremely disrespectful. if that’s the way they want to treat their customers, then we won’t be back.

Pricey but my kid enjoyed most of the play area. There doesnt seem to be enough employees.

My kid loves this place. I dislike the amount of time it takes us to get in. We have a VIP membership, and it takes us, personally, less than two minutes to get in. However we always seem to get stuck behind a line of people who do not have the membership. Isnt there a way to do a self check in for those of us who just need the wristband?

This place is an awesome way to get that energy out of your children. Sadly we only stayed a hour. My grandkids needed 6 hours to get their energy out. Ha. We will defently be going again.

I dont dislike this place, but it would be great if they could keep your info under your telephone number. Its ridiculous to have redo your kids paperwork every visit

My little man had a great time he loves going to sky zone.

We usually love coming here with our daughter. Today we had a different experience. We arrived at 9am (the time the website said they were open). We got there and went inside and there were no employees to be seen. After 10 minutes an apathetic employee came to the front, didn’t greet us, and when we said hello he said he had to check what time they opened. He said they opened at 10 and then walked in the back. So even though the doors were unlocked, the website said they were open, and they had employees working, we had to take our crying and disappointed 2 year old home.

Customer service is junk management is useless..i would take my kids to watch paint dry before I step foot in that place again..they make it impossible to cancel ypur membership so you will get mad and give up so they can keep charging you..terrible

My family and I came to Sky Zone yesterday for the first time in a year and we loved it...custom service was great and Seth was my kids favorite jump monitor. It’s great to see how Sky Zone has improved in the last year! We plan on coming back soon... we definitely got our money’s worth.

The employees are just overwhelmingly awesome. The way they interact withthe kids is next level. My kids love coming here, even my 16yrold son andthat says alot justgetting him outthe house and off the games. Thank you Skyzone!

Took my grandkids tonight due to them having t p go back to Tennessee tomorrow morning. I paid for 2 kids and 1 toddler for 2 hours and a shirt and socks because it was glow night,the cost was 110.00 which I thought was a little pricey but they enjoyed themselves and I guess thats all that matters.

Dont ever go to this horrible place. When your kid gets hurt they dont care at all. I hope this trash place gets shut down soon.

My son absolutely loves it but bring your own drinks and snacks if you go early in the morning because the wait is forever. It is a fun place overall, however.

Had a birthday party there in April. They had grown men in the dodge ball area with small kids. Half the party kids got a fast pitch ball thrown at their face and needed ice. Talked with employees, area supervisor and nothing was done... dangerous, not well supervised and over run with people who had no stickers/time stamp on them... assuming employees friends and family jumped for free. Our party host was very nice but Will not return...

Outstanding customer service. Had a birthday party for our daughter and was amazed at how they catered to our daughter. Darcy was super great. Food was good but wish there was a greater variety.

It was very fun for me and my son the staff are really nice if your a member you get one dollar stuff like a slushy nachos drinks snacks and games are one to five dollars

My boys loved jumping off into the new airbag and playing in the ninja warrior course. The addition is awesome! We have been watching and waiting for it to open. We will be back often with our passes!

For Pensacola, skyzone is a good place to hang out because of our small town. The staff there is ok, they do their jobs as they should. Also, the food is a little too pricey for my taste and it is not all that great. But if youre looking for a place for your kids to get their wiggles out, this is the place to go. It is great for parties and Saturday get-togethers. But you will pay a good bit of money for a good time.

Usually a good time. Today it took 45 minutes just to get through the front counter and start jumping. Front desk was very rude and unaccommodating. This was the first time I went without my wife. I didnt realize the waiver had to be signed before getting in line to pay. They do have a big sign, but it only points what everything is, it doesnt explain the order of things. I waited for 20 minutes while one girl worked the register. Finally got all the way up just to be told I had to go back and do the waiver first. She told me to come straight back to the desk when I was done. Went back up, and I had a Groupon. By then there were now two cashiers. The cashier I had refused to help me because she just got out of Groupon jail(her words) and was scared to mess with it. Waited for the other girl to get done with her customer. Turns out I have to have the barcode from Groupon to use it. Ill take that hit, but I didnt know. The email had a confirmation number. I had to contact my wife to get the Groupon password, and while I was waiting, the cashier said to come back to the desk when I had the barcode and dont wait in line. I got the code and came to the desk. She called the next people up from the line and skipped me. I dont mind waiting in line, but dont tell me to come straight back if you are just going to make me wait the line anyway. Just as I got to the cashier again after about 15 more minutes, her computer crashed. The manager came out. I explained to him that this process was now taking 43 minutes. He gave a quick Im sorry, sir.. Then continued to restart the computer then walked off without another word. I would have left and just went to Surge, but my kids were already upset and we had already paid for the tickets here.It was a good time after all of this, but it was ridiculous for someone who was basically new to the process.

Meh. Toddler area packed with bigger rambunctious kids, plastic bag type things on the floor. Not much to do other than simply jump, would be the equivalent to having a trampoline at home. Pricey. Three stars because my three year old is still enjoying herself.

The trampolines are what you expect. The snack bar is a joke. The soft pretzels were sold out at 1pm on a Sunday. There was one pizza in the display to buy slices from. Cheese pizza only. The 2.5 hours I was there, never another pizza to buy slices from.

Great fun for the kids but took us 45 min to check in. They had one person working to check people in on a Saturday afternoon. This isnt the first time that they have had a huge wait to get in when we visited either.

It was an amazing adventure. I wouldnt stay longer than 2 hours though as you get tired quickly.

This is the best place would I have ever think it a good thing to do and I and give it a five stars because it’s so great there I love you get to walk across and you get to fall down and it’s pretty fun like you get to bounce and like all that stuff but the most I like about it is that has so many things to explore in there and I love it a lot and I think of tomorrow will be a good day to do it and I think it will be a great day no rain and no clouds with just a little bet of everything good normal day...

Finally something different to do in Pensacola! Who doesnt like jumping on trampolines! Not too expensive but be prepared to buy socks from them but only this once, unless you lose them that is . This is the perfect place to bring the young ones if you want to tire them out! They play games and have black lights so wear something thats going to glow ! On the weekends I believe their open until 11pm
