Lowest income housing in Pendleton. Someone needs to go in and Purchase the land.Remove Most of the very dated trailers and put in new.

Was just given 5 days to leave, due to co.pmai ts of living co editions. Late on rent . and the fact that he has lack of communication. I was told NO ROO.MATES.fell begin d then told WHY DO T U GET A ROOMMATE........ I do then told to little to late. Im a single mom no place to go .....dont even have boxes noone wants to give me a ride to achieve anything. I have used up the rescources here and am on every waiting list....for housing .....there father does live close but doesnt even know therw alive. I need a hand up.....A little faith in human ki d again? This place ive been here since 10/2013..... Mold everywhere in windows my shed is falling inwards due to water and mold. Ive lost my job my cars in hock at a shop....I have no family to turn to please a travle trailer where I cud keep my children dry safe and with me ....I can pay a little but not a lot. Or work. The managers amd the oner of this park are very bad people. They dont keep correct records and loose payments. And they drink on and off the clock. It sickens me the situation. Im I. For wanting my home fixed for mychildren and I. Out of this whole park Im 1 of 2 trailers with NO. Central air.......nowhere safe and dry to store my belongings...and my sons room is unsafe due to mold to sleep inThey wont even replace my front door so my dog cant push it open. I had to replace my own locks when my ex left due to addiction and abuse. I had my railing of the porch the whole side fell off all in one piece I called to have it fixed I got told it could wait. Never did fix it and im talking like 6 ft.

Should really fix the potholes, but otherwise a great neighborhood(:

If I didnt have people I love living there I would not drive my rig on the private roads that are there. There are more potholes than road.
