We had a dog so we were in the courtyard hotel, it was... dated. Won a decent amount. Wouldnt stay again, but had a good time in the casino. The Thanksgiving dinner was good. They provided a feast! It was a great experience after being on the road for a week. Not a bad way to spend Thanksgiving while traveling.

Up until recently Ive always had a great experience at the Wildhorse Resort & Casino. September 23rd 2020 through September 25th 2020 I stayed at the resort and Casino. I bought dinner at what used to be the buffet, but is now take out and popcorn from the theater. I decided to eat up in my room to be more comfortable. Not long after I started to have stomach issues from passing gas at both ends discharging what could only be described as liquid avocado. I really enjoy my stays at the casino/ resort, but this recent experience is definitely changing my mind. I understand that it is a busy weekend with the new bowling alley and Fun Center, not to mention the golf tournament thats going on this weekend, but I couldnt get anybody to listen. The pictures attached are not to be rude and are definitely not for the squeamish. Its just to prove that what Im saying actually did happen. Wondering if I should wait for a response or maybe I should contact other resources to try and resolve this matter. Thank you for your time.J.D. FloresP. S. Its a non smoking casino so that makes it really nice not to deal with the smoke smell. Everything was super clean. A lot of the seating is removed and some of the machine arent on because of distancing rules but its no fault of theirs. They have overflow sports bar seating in the restaurant which is nice but you have to prepay for cocktails to the server which was odd. Limited menu also but again hopefully just temporary. Room was super clean and comfy.

Casino was fun. Lots of different choices of games. Very nice staff everywhere. The sit down nice restaurant was very good. Now to the rooms. Unfortunately we had to stay in the courtyard. They get a 1 star at best. VERY dark and SO dated. They so need to be updated. Stained carpets and stains in the bathroom. I heard the tower is newer and maybe nicer?

Seemed like it would have been a fun place pretty covid. Unfortunately when I showed up it wasnt the case. Most of the facility is closed for social distancing and the gambling was bare. Maybe Ill take the 3hr drive the next time Im near and try again. Too bad I didnt know this before I drove all that way when I looked it up online, like maybe there would be a way to post that things are closed....

I always have a great time here. The family style dinners are amazing, especially the prime rib. We always have fun playing the slot machines and I always feel safe here. I know they are taking every precaution possible to keep us all safe.

I visited the new recently added addition to the Casino. Quacking Aspen Lanes is very well designed and customer oriented. The Food Court has selection of four restaurants, enough to satisfy your taste buds. I liked how restaurants were individual owned as well as Tribal Owned. There is ample seating in compliance with Social Distancing. The larger Arcade & separate redemption center is a popular place for families. I didnt make it to the Cinema but I am sure it was of high quality. The added amenities have made Wildhorse Resort & Casino Hotel a destination resort for families.

The room was beautiful and cozy. Had room for us and our baby to sleep wonderfully. The jetted tub worked perfectly. And the staff were all very helpful, informative, and friendly.

Friendly staff, didnt really gamble was more there for the hotel part but was able to pick what floor I wanted to be on and the view. The room looked really nice and very clean. Would definitely come again. Food was good as well

Its not worth what I paid per night. The bathtub doesnt drain fast. So you have to take a fast shower or the tub will start over flowing. The best are uncomfortable and I couldnt get a receipt because there wasnt nobody at the desk I left at 6am. The security guard that was supposed to take temperatures when you come inside was not paying attention or asleep.

Covid has diminished the fun activities there. Makes it hard to relax and enjoy.

Oh what can I say about wild horse just a whole lot of fun and I want to take a minute to come into staff the ladies and gentlemen that are at the front door to greet you when you come in to check for your clothing mask I just have to say kudos you guys are handling it right .

Huge casinos with lots of tables open.i even got lost inside. Good covid-19 precautions. Lots to do..rv park. Bowling. . Bar. Entertainment area. Free of smoke

Great place to stay for nite or weekend. Myself i stayed because my truck broke down was in shop for a week gave great rates for each day i was there. Great food also

Love Love this place. There were a lot of people there but machines were spaced and closed off appropriately. Hand sanitizer and masks provided. Also temp checked was a plus. Id return and my kids love the pool. The hotel was also very clean and room was .

Family arcade was fun. Use game card was easier than the old coin way. Everything was great until we went to her food at MOE PHỞ NOODLES AND CAFÉ and they were closing 13 minutes early and refused to serve us when the Brigham Fish n Chips next to them were still serving and close at the same time.

Had a great time! A shuttle took us over from the truck stop, had a wonderful meal, and won a little bit of money The place was clean and people were very friendly.

A beautiful resort, gorgeous rooms, they kept up on sanitizing and the workers were very nice! Good costumer service! Had an amazing stay for my first time! A lot of slot options.

Everyone is so incredibly polite. The wild roast (coffee) was excellent. Traditions (Cafe) loaded potato skins lived up to their name and beyond. They were completely filled with cheese, bacon, green onions and tomatoes they came with sour cream and ranch. The chicken strip basket came with large chicken strips and a large side of fries ranch and fry sauce. Their country gravy was delicious. They have a breakfast sandwich that is a toasted croissant, fried egg, bacon and cheese with a side of hollandaise sauce, it was excellent. Only complaint anyone had was the hash browns could have been cooked crispy.

Hotel Management is on top of things to make it feel great during this CORONAVIRUS. Social Distance is priority and a must for Employees and Guests Safety. Guest Services is outstanding and kind. We had a late dinner, at the Wild Rose Cafe inside the Wild Horse Casino. Its more of a Sandwich shop, imo, then my idea of a Cafe. The food was good, as standard for a Casino, but, I might be a little old fashioned I guess, I am also not sure if it was due solely to Covid, but masks required at all times, save eating. They take your temperature as soon as you enter...which is all fine, the biggest thing that turned us off, which may excite others...No Smoking Anywhere In the Building. We smoke. Thought we would stop in for a quick bite, drop a couple hundred, take home a few thousand, but, in the end, cant smoke and play, so we ate and left with the couple hundred in tact. So, in away, it very well saved us money.

Pretty nice casino, very kid friendly and restaurants have good food, had prime rib. yum, yum..

Ample parking with efficient traffic flow, friendly and helpful employees, calming ambiance, and something fun to do for everyone in the family.

Wildhorse Resort & Casino is always a fun place to visit. The staff are courteous and very friendly, the casino is clean and well-lit, the food is good and the location is easy to get to. Plenty of parking even during peak hours, too.

This is a wonderful place to gamble as well as bring the family. They have a bowling alley, arcade, and movie theater. They also have slots and tables to gamble on. They have a lot of different options for food, including a food court and a restaurant. Great place to stay!

Casino was nice clean, but i didnt feel welcome at all. At the entry young security guy was grumpy..then I went to a restaurant, servers were so busy talking&sitting at the table that when i asked if its lunch or breakfast answer was they are closed...when I said its past 11 1of them said oh i guess i can take ur order. At this point i just left. Orientation is kind difclt. as well....thanks for ruined Thankgvng.day....i ended up at truck stop next door. Nice place with wellcoming people.

Nice hotel... we stay at plateau suites at tower and 2 queen size bed room. But all room not including breakfast...

Clean casino... Just not to generous on the payouts... No smoking inside. So air is fresh thru out casino. Door staff was amazing... Someone left they dog in they truck not in the shade n security was all over it... Guy came out n left in about 5 min or less.. takes less than 1 tank of gas to get to you.. will stay in hotel next time.. maybe have better luck... Do gotta say tho I lost my friend hit a mini jackpot less than 1k but still she did win.....

Nice RV Park and great golf course as well as a nice casino. Good place to spend a night or two when traveling I-84.

No big wins.. $30 dollars in like 30 minutes it would have been okay if I had won like $20 and went back down but I didnt even get that! It was clean and the people were friendly. I wouldnt suggest gambling but maybe the hotel might be nice...

Very good Ventilation here. When you wear your mask nowadays and do not smoke you can really smell tobacco and I did not smell it here.Play 10 cent Caveman Keno 9 numbers 4 coins 1 20 dollar bill, double it and move on(gambling involves risk).

Omg! I love the new food court! Everything was delicious! Its great having activities we can do as a family so close to work and home! I anticipate being here a lot more now!

This place is great to stop overnight. Has casino close by with other entertainment. Campground was quiet and clean.

Used to love this place. Wed stop every so often to play and get some food. Recently they got a food court and closed down the Hot Rock. What replaced it in the food court was much more expensive for less quality and not as good of options. My husband was not impressed. I went to the pho place and its okay at best, and also expensive, especially for what you get. This food court had so much potential and twice now has let us down. They also now charge now for drinks. Used to be hot rock would give you a free fountain drink. And on top of that they have to get it for you but I noticed theres no one over there to actually go to to get your drink.

I did spend a little time with the slots, but I spent a lot of time at the new Funplex. That was a lot of fun!And the food was GREAT! The nachos......blew me away. I like nachos, but I dont go out of my way for them. I would go out of my way for these nachos. Fresh jalapeños, taco seasoning (!!!!) on the chips, the details mattered, and now nachos are changed forever.The staff is helpful and accommodating. They made sure my party had a great time from beginning to end.

Clean fun place most employees are great.Rooms are too hot but clean. Quiet until 6:30 am people start slamming doors

Only stayed for a short period of time. Clean and all hygienic procedures are being followed. Mixture of old and new machines.

We used enjoy this place but it has completely changed. We had about eight truckers meeting up and although I don’t personally smoke some of them do and this is completely non-smoking property. Luckily we called first but it’s a good idea to call casinos now and find out what they have changed. What a shame it was a great place at one time

Other than the toenail clippings that didnt get swept up behind the bathroom door, it was fun. My grand kids had fun

Really improved in customer satisfaction. Lately it has been a pleasure to come here. You can actually last a while and enjoy playing even with just a couple of $20s. But if you get a players card, the rewards really pay off for later play when funds are conservative. Great Overall Experience. Food is great as well.

Horrible conditions! Took away my smoking room, I was OK with that I understand that the rooms all went to non smoking but I was told that it was still allowed on the casino floor... not true! I was also told the i would be upgraded to the tower... also not true! When I got the and asked about the upgrade they said they would be happy to for an additional up charge of 60 dollars! Well Ive stayed here over 30 times both for work and vacation, never again, the need that I was in was horrible! That is the last of my money you will ever get!

We really enjoyed our stay. The whole facility was clean. We enjoyed our time in the pool. Due to the corona virus the adventure zone was closed so unfortunately our kids didnt get to experience that. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food at Traditions was decent and the staff was very friendly. Maybe it is because we have been drinking at home for so long; as we were unimpressed by the cocktails. Overall it was a good time and we have talked about returning next year when they finish the bowling alley.

The plateau restaurant was the best. Service was great and the food was spectacular.

We went here to get a bite to eat. The food was way over priced and wasnt very good at all. We asked obe od the security guards where we could eat our meal real fast she told us that we could eat at one of the games and that a lot of other people were doung it. We went in and were going to eat and then play some games. About 10 min later another security guard came over and started yelling at us completely unprofessional. I unserstand they have a job to do but being rude isnt part of the description. We left without fetting a room or playing any games. Dont waste your time or money.

The strength of this property is the hotel clean modern rooms in the tower. Slots are quite tight. Amenitys are excellent....when Open.

We stayed at the RV park and it is a great place to stay we have a little shower in our RV but they have shower there that we got to use because we were staying there. We stayed twice in 10 day going to see our son in Idaho great place we will definitely stay there again

Seems Wildhorse is behind the curve yet again.Majority of other casinos in the NW have implemented ways to safely play hold em poker games and tournaments.Northern Quest sits 6 per table instead of 9 for example.If you can play blackjack and sit within 18 inches of someone you can DEFINITELY play poker within 18 inches of someone.Comes down to money as always, casino makes good profits on table games but not so on poker thats the only reason games arent played. It has nothing to do with Covid-19.To a point I get it I guess considering they dont have 6-8 tables of cash games going all at once like NQ in Spokane does...

Very conscious of social distancing, Fun things for Adults and children to do . . . gambling (adults), food and drink, shopping, bowling, arcade, and Movie theatre. Very well run.

This place has been trying to build that bowling alley for over a year.. they still steal all your money in tables or slots. So just to save your time. Go inside and throw your money on ground and go home. It’s basically the same thing as playing. The food is also cheap quality. Really unhappy employees, that look like they hate there life/jobs. Probably poor management make them seem that way. Horrible Cheap Casino. Don’t even bother stopping by.

We actually were given a very nice, clean and comfortable room. It also had a coffee Keurig machine which I totally appreciated! Overall, a fun experience at Wildhorse.

Ill give it a 3.5 so far a lot of slot machines like 1100 because of covid you have to wear masks and social distancing overall its still fun had the steak and fries that was good if youre over 55 come on Tuesday you get 20% off

The casino its very nice and I love the deli sandwiches. I have been dry camping in the upper area and they say one night and so far it is been 4 nights and hopefully 5 and I wont get kicked out. I hope they dont kick me out because they would be missing out on my donations in the casino.

During covid-19 have been very professional they have kept their Casino extremely clean theres a limited amount of people allowed in so that theres less of a chance of spreading sickness the staff is very helpful and check on people quite a bit so that you dont run out of a drink often it was all around a pretty great experience

Movie theater, ticket arcade, bowling alley, and 6 kids, definitely the place to go to keep entertained for a while

Dinner was cold and tasted like a high school kid made it. Staff was rude on multiple occasions with basic requests. We wont be coming back.

Great place to play the slot machines and the food is kinda pricey and good to eat and seating area needs more tables and chairs for seating and needs more areas for trash after you are done eating. The employees are friendly and polite and helpful.The restroom is clean.there is plenty of parking outside the building.

Food choices, lots of machines. Wish casinos would have more $5 games, even $2 21 till noon. Would increase play! Over all fun casino!
