Amazing company!We had Game Runner on Sunday morning for my sons birthday and the kids had a blast!!Robert is so nice and very professional.He is the only one who didnt asked me to pay more to have fortnite for the kids.He came earlier with his daughter to install everything and get prepared for the kids.The truck is super clean ! They clean the hands of each kid with antibacterial liquid before they enter the truck.They have wipes and they clean ofter the truck and the remotes.They were super nice with the kids and they offer them a game runner bracelet.There is 2 lines of seats so you can have a lot of kids.They have a huge list of games available to play.The screens are big and you even have small screens under so more kids can play.It was amazing, Ill book them again next time.Thank you Game Runner!

This is the second year we used Gamerunner. The staff Is professional. They arrived on time and did a great job with the kids. I highly recommend them. You won’t regret it.

WARNING: this company will ask for full payment before they have done their job. And they ask for cash (wonder if that is an IRS tax invasion scheme). Then they will not comply with what you paid them to do. DO NOT PAY THEM BEFORE THEY HAVE DONE THE JOB.  But my best recommendation is just not to hire them at all.I hired this company for my sons birthday party. When they showed up he told me he wanted to set up on the street, my response was I had space on the side for him to park the trailer. He told me when wouldnt park in my backyard because he would have to go underneath 50ft high trees and was scared to ruin his antennas. All he had to do was come in at an angle to avoid a branch that hung lower, and he would be in the clearing from damaging his antenna. The kid they sent with the trailer said no, that he will only do it in the front of my house. I once again told him no, that that was putting the children at rush of getting run over. He did not care. He said other parents do it all the time. Excuse me if Game Runner and other parents dont mind putting childrens lives at risk but I will not. So the kid left. A minute later the owner of Game Runner called me to tell me I would still have to pay him in fullI explained to him the situation and he said it was up to the discretion of his employee whether they wanted to park in the backyard or not and that his employee did not want to.This owner leaves his companys handlings to the discretion of a child because that is who he sent to my house.Gamer Runner did not care about my childs birthday party being ruined! But not only that he still demanded complete payment, even though they were not properly equipped to entertain my party.I have been doing kid birthday parties for the last 15 years, and this is the first time I have ever had an issue or seen a business owner have complete lack of care on how he treats his customers.Thank God I had another entertainment company there, who not only showed up an hour earlier but stayed an extra hour to make up for what Game Runner did. So at the end another company made my son happy and his birthday perfect! Not Game Runner!Luckily, I did not pay them and they were not able to rob me of my money.

Robert is very professional and fair. The truck was clean and very spacious. My sons party turned out to be a blast! All of his friends were able to fit in the truck at once and they played 3 different games at the same time. Everyone had a great time. Will definitely book again in the near future!

Crystal and little brother are cool

The Game Runner team did an awesome job at our Diwali party / Neels birthday this weekend . The younger kids had a real blast playing variety of games inside the trailer while the older kids took advantage of the large screens and external canopy setup. From the time I requested information the first time to the time of cleanup after the event, they were extremely professional, courteous and went way above what would be generally expected. I would definitely refer them to anyone and plan to schedule another event next year.Their staff was well trained to ensure kids were playing appropriate games. They went through the detail to ensure the area around the game truck was secure from traffic and safe for the children. Cleanliness is important for me when it comes to kids... The inside and outside was spotless, seats were extremely clean and I love the idea that they require kids to sanitize before and after to minimize germs transfer.I am thankful to the GameRunner team for their excellent service, price and making our Diwali Party / Neel Birthday a huge success. Thank you Robert / Kathy and family.
