They are friendly, knowledgeable, and keep very fair and reasonable rates. Always a great experience at big top. Artists can be a bit heavy handed at times, but a great deal for great work every time.

Took my 13 yr old daughter there to get her ears repierced and she does not like needles or shots lol. The piercer was very patient and helpful while my child was acting scared and then when she was ready did an excellent job. Would def recommend

Best place to get piercings. Ask for Kristin. She explains everything thoroughly, is very professional and most importantly clean. Shes done six piercings on me now all of that turned out great. No problems as long as you follow her aftercare instructions.

Got a piercing here a few months ago by kirsten. all the staff there was EXTREMELY friendly and welcoming. kirsten explained the process thoroughly as she went on with the piercing. i followed the aftercare packet that kirsten had given to me at the end of my appointment. a few weeks after i had got my piercing i had noticed that my ear had become SEVERELY infected. i contacted kirsten immediately asking what to do and she said that she couldn’t help me and that i needed to see a doctor which i found to be very unprofessional. soon after i made an appointment at my local doctor. i went through six months on and off different antibiotics until i was finally referred to an ear, nose, and throat doctor because the lump on my ear was so large. after that visit the doctor had told me that i now have permanent scar tissue damage in my cartilage and will forever have a lump on my ear. so in conclusion i DO NOT recommend going to big top for ANY piercings.

My cousin and I went in for matching tattoos. Nate did mine, the teal colored turtle. Awesome pricing, clean workspace, talented artists and professionalism. I was especially impressed with Nates knowledge and helpful suggestions on placement of my new tattoo to fit in with my other pieces.

They have some great people that work there. Explains details of what they are going to do. And how to take care of it after you get it. Very clean.

I scheduled an appointment at 10 and none of the workers were there, 2 other people also were waiting saying they had appointments too. We came back an hour later and still...no workers.
