The Highlands Is a great place to stay! The staff are excellent people with great customer service. I am elated to be in a great home, affordable rent, and speedy maintenance.03/14/19 The highlands have been really good to me. The staff and maintenance have done everything I asked them to do. I’m so proud to call The Highlands my home!

We (hubby and kids too) have had a great experience with the maintainace and ladies in the office. Very friendly and well maintained. There will always be people who complain no matter what. It was a blessing to live there for us.

People in the office need to be more professional. You live here at your own risk. Two times I almost stepped on a baby snake!!!! I am lucky it wasnt the mama snake.

If I could give A lower review score, I would. Everyone in the staff at the office is completely rude, arrogant, and do not have any business ethics about them whatsoever. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Ive never had issues with my things being repaired or issues with the ladies in the front office. Everything was sufficient enough. But, my complaint is the condition of my trailer prior to move in. The carpets had a strong odor of WET DOG. They say they cleaned them prior to move in, and then they came out again. The man that cleaned the carpet didnt do a good job because it still smells. Whomever laid down the carpets left rocks on the floor before they laid it down because were always finding and stepping on rocks when we walk throughout the house thats UNDERNEATH. Weve had problems with ants the entire time we have lived here. In our car especially! And because I have children and a pet, they wont treat the inside of my house. Also, the walls werent painted and its very clear that they werent because of stains on the walls and visible scratches everywhere. Parts of the carpets were coming up all throughout and my baby was pulling on it. I feel as though they dont take care or pride in the conditions of their rentals. The only thing Ive come to notice is they care more about the length and height of your grass more than anything.

I too would give this place negative stars if I could. Lived here for 4 years and have yet to see them fix anything but the AC/heater. Place smells of old cat and dog urine and the carpets always feel damp. When it rains the front door leaks a puddle of water in the house, which has caused the floor to rot away. In fact you have to take a big step inside to keep from falling through. Our master shower has a crack in the floor and Im scared Ill fall through one day while showering. One set of our steps broke when my boyfriend walked down them and hurt his leg pretty bad. Their response was oh dear. The roaches here are so bad its ridiculous. And lets not forget how anal they are about the yard cutting. My grass can be 2 inches tall and Im getting a notice saying cut or pay $50. Take it from me, look elsewhere to rent. Paying $800 a month for some shack is NOT worth it. Luckily were moving in a couple months.

I have lived here since december 2016 and in that time ive had our AC/Heat go out 6 times now, the Outlets SHORTED OUT OUR EXPENSIVE FRYER, TOASTER, AND MICROWAVE! They wont answer their phones! The management is HORRIBLE! Our 7 month old cant even sleep half the time because its so hot in our house!!! it is currently 84 degrees and I will be DAMNED if i have to call an ACTUAL CERTIFIED Electricity worker because i have tried to tell them their outlets needed to be replaced for TWO YEARS NOW! NOTHING EVER GETS DONE!!!!!

Awesome neighborhood it would be a great place to buy or rent a home and live

Id love to give 5 stars, but when the same issues havent been resolved in 2 years, you do start to hold a little resentment and question whether or not a perfect score is adequate. The community as a whole is ok.

Could be a little nicer of a community, although I too live in a mobile home community I never have the urge to park my vehicle in the yard when a double car concrete pad has been provided for the tenants ..... just saying..lol

Nice place to live, trailer park community. Has two community pools open in the summertime

Not to bad lots of cops to keep you safe, only downfall is rent goes up 25 dollars every year

To bad I cant give negative stars or I would. This place is horrible. Its ran by crappy people that are just money hungry. If you dont cut your 6 strips of grass by a certain length they will cut it for you and charge you $50!!!!! They will harass you about any single thing they can. The management here is sooooo crappy that its not even funny. But if you wanna live somewhere that raises rent and charges you for stupid things and tries to act like a crappy mobile home place has a HOA then this is the place for you.

This community is a piece of sh**. Dont live here if youre thinking about it. Its always been eh but now its really getting bad. They changed a bunch of nit pick rules that havnt existed in the years Ive been there. they want to evict people for having a f******* chipped piece off your window blinds. Literally. And then they get off raising the rent by $100. Youd think that would come with some complementary blinds to meet their standards but no they want you to buy those too. I swear to god its like Im living in a nazi camp.

Very nice and clean neighborhood. Not good for kids.

Too expensive, if you have to pay 200.00 for an application fee, then better think twice about living here.
