Celebrated our kids birthdays here. Pizza is great. Kids have a blast. My hostess Brianne was awesome. Made our experience stress free. Thats why we can always count on Chuck E Cheeses to celebrate birthdays.

Real great place CLEAN neat and friendly staff. Might be one of the older ones but cant beat the staff these guys just go above and beyond compared to the others. Updated from 4 to 5 stars. After 3-5 years coming here.

Birthday parties are always a blast here! The party host takes care of everything, including setting up the table, bringing out the food, and keeping everything to schedule. Parents can actually relax and enjoy the party instead of being stressed out. My sons soccer team also had their end of season celebration here. They do a great sports package!

Came here 0718/17 today for Grand-Daughter2 Years Old Birthday Party. Gave this Place A Five Star. Very Friendly Staff And Great Customer Service. The Pizzas we ordered were Awesome! Our Keikis had a great time we All enjoyed ourselves. It was not too crowded which was great I could imagine if it were a Saturday or Sunday this Place would be crowded so it is good to come here during the weekdays less of a crowd. This was and amazing experience for our family, celebrating my granddaughter Sofias 3rd Birthday! The staff were so accommodating and courteous to our needs. The Happy Birthday show with Chucky and Friends was EPIC!!! What an AWESOME time, enjoyed by ALL!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

We arrived at approximately 6:35 pm and was promptly given a buzzer. While waiting, we noticed that people who arrived after us were being seated. Other people were also searing themselves and we were still waiting. I finally asked the workers about our status only to find out that our buzzer number was already crossed out. We gave them the buzzer and was told, Sorry, I accidentally crossed it out. However, prior to this, she cleaned two tables and put the reserved sign. While waiting, other families pushed the reserved sign to the side and sar down. I found a seat and asked if we could sit there and was told that a party of 30 came before us and so we waited again. We were finally seated at 715. She asked where the buzzer was...and we had to tell her that we gave it to them when asked.I understand its busy and people are assigned certain jobs. I cannot believe that they cannot get their rules straight. If its time to reserve tables, the other workers should be taught to help monitor the open reserved tables. We saw so many tables open with a reserve sign...and then people would just seat themselves. I cant believe the one person keeping track of seating didnt notice that she didnt put families on the table!Fortunately, we already had some coins so the kids were able to play during the entire time we were waiting. However, by the time we were seated, we decided to just have the kids play for 10 more minutes and we left.Ive had waaaay better experiences at the Dillingham location. Think Ill just go there from now on.

Only giving 1 star cause 0 isnt an option. When a group of kids and their teachers go into your establishment and one of the teachers is verbally attacked because she is white by a local and your staff did nothing. This is unacceptable, you need to be more active because if it would have led to a physical attack then someone is getting sued. Youre lucky.

We always have a great experience here at the Pearl City Chuck E Cheese! We frequent this location but have also been to the other locations on the island. I personally like the staff here the best! They are always so friendly and willing to help. Theres always an attendant on the floor to help with games/rides that arent working. And most of the time they give my kids extra tickets or tokens after helping.We will definitely return until my kids out grow it!

Chuck E. Cheese is always fun. The workers I spoke to directly were very nice, and the kids had fun. The food was good and so were the games

Please, keep an eye on your kids in there. The machines are not like dog toys, they can be easily broken, and the staff might be as tired and exhausted as any other parent. Be aware though: there are one or more machines that are just for fun, and you get no tickets from it. The one I know of is the Transformers shooter game (would play 10/10). The pizza, however...I dont know...it just tastes a bit off. Pretty good and edible otherwise.

Chuck E. Cheese is the best damn place to eat and have the kids run around so they can get really tired medicine

Teaching our kids to gamble early... games arw ok but the ticket payout kinda sucks. The food is mediocre and the staff is a bunch of teens, so meh.

This Chuck E Cheese is ALWAYS on top of their game. We have been various times at different hours of the day and service is always consistent across the board and with any staff member. Staff is always pleasant, efficient, and keep all areas clean (tables, game area, salad bar, etc.). No crazy waiting lines or unpleasant experience. We have been at least five times. We have been to many other Chuck E Cheeses locations in other states (California, Florida, etc.) and this is by far the best maintained and enjoyable to attend. My hats off to the staff and management. (One side note: the ticket price for earning prizes are crazy high. Also there are no single piece candy prizes. Would be great to have smaller ticket value prizes for candy. Thank you :)

Don’t have kids personally, but when I babysit I bring them here and they LOVE it. Wasn’t too busy when we have came lately. The kids love it, the food is what you expect. They have hand sanitizer wipes and liquid. Which is very much appreciated. Was a clean store and everyone was so friendly.

Hes always happy when it comes to Chucky cheese 5 yrs old and he Masters the zombi game

I love this location. The managers and workers are very good. The food is delivered quickly. The manager is very nice and customer oriented!! Bathrooms are clean. They have sanitary wipes available near the tables so it easy to keep the kids clean and germ free. My kids always have a nice time here.

Great service, pizza was nice and hot! Recommend getting the in house birthday cake and save yourself the worry of ordering and picking up one outside. Overall awesome experience

Sensory overload! Sounds, lights, smells, and full of activity it is fun for kids and a good place for birthday parties. For those who like peace and quiet...avoid it! I was amazed at the organization of multiple birthday parties going on at the same time. We had difficulty finding parking but it was on a weekend during the prime lunch party hour so it may be easier to find at a different time of day.

My granddaughter and I had a great time there almost like Vegas you can get hooked.

We arrived right when they opened. They were quick to get everyone waiting in line with a table and ready to go! Both my kids happened to pick a game that the tickets werent working. It was so nice not to have to go look for someone. There was staff walking around helping! They were quick and very helpful! All the staff was helpful and very kind! Great experience! There was a lot of game choices and my kids loved it!

The place hasnt changed much over the years still fun for the kids. Still using old tech with tokens and such... food is all the same...

This place is pretty good. You have free parking. The prices on the food is pretty expensive to me for such small slices. This place holds coins instead of cards. To me personally I dont like the coins because its easier for people to steal and there is a lot of little kids running around so you might drop the coins. Almost every game is 1 coin which is a pretty good price. Overall this place is fun for people 12 and under

I have not been to the one in Atlantic mall. But I have been to the one in FL, CA., and HNL. Excellent place to have kids party and see the kids having a excellent times. They can find great prizes too.

It is a cool place for kids. Birthday parties can be cramped. The whole ticket thing is a play thing of its own. The service is interesting. I personally prefer to go to more beautiful places.

The pizza is decent here and my kids had an ok time they are young so...but most the games were broken and it isnt very clean there. I probably wouldnt recommend it. They have other places for kids here.

It was pretty ghetto to be honest. The pizza was greasy as hell and the games are rigged af. I get a high score and the game only gives me 3 tickets. What the hell? I remember playing at CEC when I was a kid and everytime I left, I had at least 200-300 tickets with only 30 tokens. This time around I was cheated out of my tickets and only got 85. I am disappointed. No nostalgia points rewarded.

Very small compared to other CECs. Food came out very fast and staff was great. Even stayed open past closing hours to let people use their tokens and pick prizes.

Great food and decently priced family activity, but suuuuuper busy and they really need to remodel soon to accommodate the growing business. Or at least re think the lay out nd flow of things.

During the week is the best time to go, otherwise the crowds are insane. Went on a Monday night, and it was perfect. The pizza is surprisingly very good. I suggest saving tickets after a few trips there, to get a good prize. Of course prizes are cheesy. Ypu have the option to buy out the prizes per cent/# of tickets. Parking is a nightmare as it sits in a busy plaza.

Expectations were low going in, but their pepperoni pizza was actually pretty good. Much better than Ive ever gotten at Peter Piper Pizza (a competitor). Its very loud and theres nowhere to get away from the noise, so I definitely dont recommend it unless your primary intention is for your kids to go play the games.Pro-tip: You can upgrade your prize at the toy counter for 1 cent per ticket. For some prizes, the resulting price isnt bad at all. e.g. Star Wars metal lunchbox is 1500 tickets, or $15 if you were to just buy the tickets.

My hangout with my granddaughter every week. Our playdate outing. Nice, air conditioned, very clean & sanitized. We have her favorites (the #4) small 1/2 cheese and 1/2 mushroom / tomato pizza, 2 drinks, comes with 15 tokens and her side order of french fries. I also get 20 $s more tokens, cause gramma gets to play games too. Then we dance a few rounds with Chuck E. Cheese & the staff, we have soo much fun & laughs. THEN we scramble for a few free tickets after the dance is over. My grand daughter is the best cause she always shares some of her tickets with other littlier kids. Special & Best place to be with the one you love. ENJOY ..

Only thing missing is WiFi so adults can be productive while kids play.

Visit here from time to time with my son. Food is okay and comes out in a timely manner. Games and dining area are well kept, staff is friendly.

We like coming here on rainy days and enjoy chasing the kids around as they squeal with glee.
