Michaels

4.3This location was very clean and well stocked. I easily found what I was looking for and had very little wait b4 I checked out. I would definitely return if I lived closer.

Great place and were able to find a stuffed animal that my daughter was looking for

Not too many here.

My wife likes to shop here -- they have lots of seasonal items, craft items and a nice selection of artificial flowers.

Ive gone to this location twice in 2 weeks..... each time there was marketing for sales that had passed. One cashier honored the mistake.....the other did not.

Customer service is great and the store is neat and clean. Great job guys!

Called to check on an order, put on hold, and then hung up on. ALMOST lost my mind once I got there, but it all got sorted out. Im happy with it.

Went to have some art custom framed. The framing team were amazing. Very knowledgeable and did an amazing job assisting us

This location is always clean and has a very helpful staff.

Very helpful staff. They helped me find the right stuff for my project.

The employees at this location are super ride and not helpful in the least. Tonight was my second time visiting this store for items. And like the first time they refused to accept a coupon. I will not return to this location again. Michaels needs to retrain this staff or this store wont last.

Employee doesnt wipe down cart unless you want one.Walmart was ready

Full stock great place

My favorite store.

Wife loves it there

Great prices and variety!

Only local craft store where I can always find my crafting needs. Everything is usually on sale or I can use a 40%off coupon.

Everytime I go in Michaels if i have a question ill ask a sales clerk and no one knows anything. Thats why I prefer going to hobby lobby and Joanns.

Standard Michaels craft store. On smaller side so selections are a little more limited. Staff are pleasant and offer to help while shopping. Join their members club for discount notifications and coupons. They offer senior citizen discount. Hobby Lobby in Newnan is much larger if want larger selection of items. Will shop here again.

Awesome discounts today! A lot of 50% off! 5/$9.99 scented candles and military discounts honored! Love my PTC Michaels!

I do love a good craft store. Make sure to get online coupon.

It had what I was looking for

Great sale items and I can always use a coupon for a bigger savings!

Very disappointing. No summer stock

Great new location with everything for your crafting needs.

The store is clean and the associates were nice, however, everything is so much more expensive there than it is most any other place. Their prices do not reflect the quality.

Love this store! Great products

Michaels is a fun place to browse. On this particular visit I found some great gifts on the clearance rack.

Clean store, well stocked

I went to Michael’s the Saturday after Thanksgiving for some of the doorbuster deals! I had just been engaged and I was excited to make invites on my Cricut and buy recollections paper. As I was in the check out line, hoping to use my 25% off everything coupon, the cashier told me it wasn’t valid since it was only valid “in store” until noon and it was about 3 pm when I was checking out. Since I hadn’t realized that before I came all the way out there to go shopping, I asked to speak to a manager to see what she could do since I had already shopped for everything I needed. The manager, Christie(?), saw my purchases and told me to ring my order up on line, go waste 20 minutes so the order could “come in on the machine,” and then I could “pick up” my “online” order using the 25% off coupon. I said ok (thinking ugh at least I can get my 25% off if I stand here and scan all my items in myself)... As I began ringing up my own items, I could not find some of the items I was literally holding in my hand using the app OR the website. Thankfully, an associate, Emerald, came up and helped me out. She quickly and capably took charge of the situation, calmed my nerves, and rang me up using the 25% off everything coupon. Funniest part — recollections line was *not even covered* under the coupon! If only Christie had caught that, done her best to take care of me as the customer, apply the 25% off coupon, or at the very least not make me ring up all my “online” items myself, the returning Michael’s customer. Worst experience at Michael’s, and as a former associate I was displeased with the manager’s and first cashier’s service. They basically told me my time was not worth them helping me out. What is frustrating is how asinine it is for Christie to have wasted her own time, her own associate’s time ringing me up and then voiding it, and then going so far as to waste their time in the future by having an associate complete my “online order.” Another example of incompetent managers treating policy as if it were law, let alone a poorly advertised coupon policy. Thank goodness Emerald saved the day and made me feel like a valued customer.

Went there to pick up a UPS package and look around. My first time in that store. Staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely shop there again.

Super helpful staff

Nice and neat place

In and out. The lines was not that long especially since it was a saturday. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I scored so big in the clearance section! Haha! Best prices ever!

Better to have coupons otherwise it is not cheap at Michaels. Also always seems like the aisles are filled with junk and it hard to get around.

Always have wonderful selection of crafts including the unique also thats why I go to Michaels!

Can almost always find what Im looking for.

Good place to buy junk that you dont need..

I prefer the Michaels in Newnan. Bigger selection. Nicer employees.

So many unique items to assist customers in their entrepreneurial ideas. Great assortment of merchandise to choose from.

Friendly staff always lots of sales and they are good with coupons!

Open, stocked, friendly, helpful!

Good crafts. Nice coupon discounts.

They always have everything I need !!

Went for the big Christmas tree sale and most of the trees advertised were not in stock or available .

Nice place with lot of craft and art supplies

Great selections and quality, bargains often

A smaller store than some other Michaels, but it still has a good selection and variety. However, it does not have a fabric section. If you print a coupon off their website before you go, you can typically save 40% on an item.

Awesomeness

Clerks are very helpful. Easy to get in and out of

Love to spend time for even not get any thing back home

Not a bad selection, and the framing section is great

Spent too much money! Loved their Halloween and Fall selection!

Michaels is a tried and true craft store with a pleasing selection of products. However, today could not find what I needed which is a rare occurrence.

Always a fun place to shop! This store is always very clean, too.

Very rude horrible customer service especially with the young lady that works in the back with a crooked teeth and purple hair

Looking for floral arrangements, flowers ro make some, and they had a good selection.

Staff were polite and very helpful in finding what I needed. Store is maintained very well and I love coming here.

Smaller store but can always find what I need.

Great selection of acrylic paints very well organized by quality. I went in there not really knowing what I wanted so the organization and straightforwardness helped a lot.

Its a smaller Michaels than I am used to which is great. They do their best to have everything you need. The employees I speak to are usually very helpful.

I was watched around the store like I was a shoplifter . But no one stopped to help me find what I needed . And when they rang me up they didnt Union deactivate the new security the new security labels . Thanks ladies I wont be back I wont be back

Enjoy shopping here but some things are only available online.

Wife loves it. Im sure you can guess my feelings

Large variety of things that I need.

Larger, cleaner & better organized than the Newnan store.

Nice and knowledgeable staff

One of the better retail stores in the chain. Very friendly staff. Michaels, as always, is a bit pricey for most items. Even sales sometimes are not worth the effort of looking for specific items. No floor associates to be found.

Always clean, organized well and they do a great job of getting all the clearance in one place so you’re not hunting and pecking.

Found exactly what I needed.

Great place for crafts.

Very well organized

Love this place and they take competitor coupons.

Great shopping for every creative person!

Well stocked craft store! Great assortment of Spring and Easter flowers and ribbon.

Love Michaels, has what I need.

Taylor checked us out today and she was so nice and was so good at customer service. I wish all cashiers were like her!! Store is very organized and after only being there 3 times, i seem to know where everything is. 10/10 michaels

Great craft store

This store is great for buying holiday decorations and crafts

Great inventory of craft supplies. They had great sales and coupons available making the supplies very reasonablely priced.

Everything was great. Cashier saw my retired Military ID and told me about the discount offered. Very friendly.

This Michaels is newer than the one in Fayetteville but they dont seem to have as many frame choices

Its great for arts and crafts

I love navigating and finding new products to start different projects to do.

One of the best art stores I ever been to. Friendly and helpful employees, great place to buy art supplies!

I was looking for some enamel paint and cement for a model ship. They had every single thing I needed.Nice and clean place and great employee.

Great deals, huge selection and cheap prices

Love Michaelswish there was fabric sold in the store

Just cluttered with all of the holiday decorations.

Really helpful staff! Great customer service.

You cant go wrong with Michaels

Expensive glue. Fantastic yarn.

I love Michaels and this was a wonderful store! Very friendly and helpful. The shelves were full!!

Always have a good assortment of craft materials and home decoration

Nice place to shop. My wife loves it.

Love this place and the people are so helpful and so nice.

A giant Michaels store. Very helpful frame staff! Good bargains, too.

Nice store but weird layout. No service from workers at all.

Excellent service. A great store.
