Sarah took away allllll of the stress and anxiety that my now Husband and I were feeling after canceling our initial wedding. She was patient, flexible, and all around supportive and helpful throughout the whole process. We ultimately planned and pulled off such an amazing wedding in just 6 weeks, in large part due to the help of Sarah and the flexibility that Olio offered. The space itself is stunning and really allows you to make any unique vision come true. I told Sarah I wanted lots of candles and romantic vibes, and she TRULY delivered, even beyond what I could have hoped for. The vendors she works with are also truly amazing and all around it was the best experience. I would highly recommend Olio to anybody & everybody!

I held a workshop at Olio in Peabody a couple of weeks ago. The owners there were very easy to work with, extremely responsive and helpful, answering all of our questions and helping us plan (even in these uncertain times) for our very successful event.It is such a large space, we were able to spread everyone out safely. Olio is truly a gem hiding in downtown Peabody, MA. We knew after taking the tour that it was perfect for our event. It has the feel of a fancy Boston loft event space. Olio is the perfect venue! Their packages are affordable and flexible. The owner, Sarah, could not have made our experience any better. She selected an amazing florist and photographer, not to mention she took care of every detail so we had absolutely nothing to worry about. Getting married in the middle of a pandemic was a hard decision. We wanted something safe, fun and stress free. Olio not only delivered that but they exceeded all other expectations. Olio is the best wedding venue on the North Shore. It is truly a hidden gem. We toured Olio during the construction process and were instantly drawn in by its size and ambiance. The industrial walls and wood floors were a perfect match for our vision. We have visited many times and are always spellbound by the size of the room. Beyond its stunning interior and historic features, Olio offers peace of mind throughout the planning process as owner Sarah Narcus walks you through every step of the way. Like many other couples, our wedding was rescheduled twice due to Covid-19 and Olio was beyond accommodating every step of the way. Sarah made us feel like we were truly in this together; she experienced all of the emotions with us and was a guiding light through the rescheduling process. We eloped at Olio on 8/8 using one of their new elopement packages while our vow renewal and reception will be held at Olio next August. We cannot wait to work with Sarah again and highly recommend Olio.

We were so happy to have found Olio. We both wanted a venue that had character, could provide the moody, industrial, and chic vibe we were going for... we wanted it to be local, offer a great package, and would have staff that could help us execute a special moment during unprecedented times (COVID)! Olio was that place; it is absolutely stunning and such a hidden gem near Boston! We had two months to pull this off, and throughout our planning, I kept getting comments about being the calmest bride ever and you sure you dont need any help? and that is because Sarah and her preferred vendors (Jessie Felix the photographer, Devin from Fleur & Stitch and Melissa from Premier Catering), had me feeling like everything was taken care of. Sarah was always in contact, checking in, and responsive to my communication. And, she provided day-of coordination that was executed so beautifully that we really got to enjoy our wedding day without hiccups! This was the perfect place for our wedding and I would recommend Sarah, and her venue, again and again.

I planned my wedding in 20 days. Sarah the owner/ miracle worker of Olio made it all possible. She helped me out with every detail and she was amazing. She’s super responsive and gets back to me within minutes. She helped me find vendors from makeup to videographers. Olio is stunning by itself and I barely needed to decorate it. I found it while browsing online and fell in love with it. I knew it was perfect for the intimate wedding I dreamed about. I could go o forever about how dreamy, romantic and peaceful my ceremony was but for now I’ll just say it was worth everything minute. Olio is the perfect opportunity for a rustic and elegant wedding. My husband and I love Sarah and we couldn’t be more pleased with our wedding. CANNOT say enough good things about Olio!!! My husband and I had looked at a few different venues but as soon as we met with Sarah and saw the venue, both of us knew right away that this was the place. The venue is so unique compared to anything we’ve seen, absolutely perfect for our Halloween wedding. Sarah was just *amazing* - we basically planned the wedding in 6 weeks. She walked us through the entire process (a huge feat, because I’m the most indecisive person I know and I had no ideas set in stone lol). The vendors that they work with were just as helpful and everything from the food, flowers, photography and set up was perfect.

Olio is an absolutely breathtaking space. This venue is the perfect combination of modern and industrial. It’s got it all: high ceilings, huge windows, tons of light, and beautiful hardwood floors. The owners are knowledgeable and friendly, and were always quick to respond. This venue is reasonably priced, and worth every penny.

The Olio was the perfect wedding venue for our Aug. wedding. My fiancé and I had were originally planning a large wedding out of state and had to change our plans drastically when COVID-19 started. Sarah was amazing to work with. She was kind, communicative, and committed to making our wedding day perfect even with all of the changes that COVID-19 was bringing. We had the most perfect wedding day at the Olio. The space is large, modern, and beautiful. It created the perfect opportunity to decorate in a way that fit the vision we had for our wedding. Sarahs experience was invaluable. She gave us great recommendations for vendors, helped us with decor, and was always available to answer questions. I would get married at the Olio again in a heartbeat!

Sarah and her mom are awesome! When we toured the place, they were very detailed and straight forward with everyone. We absolutely loved the venue and working with them also. Perfect place for any type of party or celebration. Id say best flexible venue on the North Shore!

WOW! This is an amazing and unique space. I attended my nieces wedding last night at Olio and was blown away by the positive impact a space like Olio had on the overall experience. The big windows at the front brought in natural light behind the ceremony. The wedding party strung lights overhead that looked like night stars over a board walk (see pic). The well placed potted tropical plants between the ceremony / dance area and the dining area completed an incredibly warm vibe in a chilly December night in Boston. The photos are mine from last night. They show my niece’s setup but guessing that each wedding brings its own style to their event. Wish a space like this existed back at home in Ann Arbor, MI.

We planned an industry dinner at Olio last year and it was the perfect backdrop and inspired a truly unique and exciting experience for our colleagues! Sarah, the owner, is a gem and her team was so flexible and most accommodating. They made it easy and enjoyable for us, our vendors and guests. This new Peabody venue is a must see for couples looking for a venue with, character, charm and flexibility.

Working and a full-time law student I did not have a lot of time to devote to planning my wedding or coordinating the day. With Olio, I felt that things were able to simply fall into place. My now-husband and I were going for a space that could speak for itself. Olio met that criteria and then some. The historic features and industrial style make it simply authentic. The space needs nothing other than your friends and family there to celebrate with!

Our wedding was so perfect at Olio! We were able to design every aspect of our day, and loved the vibes of the modern/industrial space. You have to visit and see for yourself. Really fun people to work with too.

I don’t even know where to begin with how amazing my experience with Olio was. When I first contacted Olio, they were very much under construction. I booked the venue after no tour, not seeing any pictures. But Sarah described her vision and assured me it was going to be amazing. Leading up to the wedding, Sarah kept me in the loop with all the construction details and sending me lots of pictures. When I finally got to see the finished product, it was better than I could have ever envisioned. The floors are absolutely gorgeous. The walls are so industrial, which is exactly what I wanted. The HUGE windows are to die for! You are able to bring in whatever you would like to decorate, so the venue truly does become one of a kind for your wedding. So many of my guests told me how much they adored the space and how unique is was from the cookie cutter wedding venue. Sarah is an absolute dream to work with (she was also my day of coordinator). She has so much knowledge and was there to answer any questions I had immediately, even right after giving birth! If we ever an excuse for another big party, it will be with Olio and Sarah!

Olio is absolutely stunning. Its modern, spacious, unique, but above all else, its the perfect canvas for any type of event. It can easily be a space for corporate events, birthdays, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, even weddings (just to name a few!). Sarah is a gem to work with. Shes flexible, communicative, and punctual. Did I mention she is also an event coordinator by trade? I cant say enough good things about this place. BOOK THEM NOW!

We used this newly renovated space for a promotional video shoot and our experience was outstanding. After Sarah & Ellen took over this old theater, we believed in their vision and always knew it would be a magical renovation. They are so passionate about bringing this building back to life, and theyre equally passionate about taking great care of their clients. We had a wonderful experience working and recording in this space and couldnt be more pleased with the end the result. The combination of the warm wood tones on the floor, against the industrial walls and the high ceilings, makes for such a dramatic impact that will wow anyone lucky enough to spend some time here. Great job ladies and thank you so much for hosting us. Cant wait to come back!

I couldnt give this venue a high enough rating. The entire experience was absolutely perfect. First off, the owners were so extremely welcoming and responsive from the very first day I contacted them. I was contacting them to set up a styled shoot at the venue as a photographer, but their approach is exactly how Id like my wedding day to be approached- with such care, detail and flexibility.If youre looking for a venue with the coolest industrial textured walls youve ever seen, a blank slate to do WHATEVER you want with, and an amazing staff, then youve found your venue. Let this be the push you need to BOOK with them. I promise you wont regret it.

We had our wedding here one week ago and cannot say enough about Olio! If you’re looking for a venue on the North Shore this is THE spot! It is so BEAUTIFUL -and chic! And the owners Sarah and Ellen are so easy and wonderful to work with! They are professionals and were such a joy to be around especially on our wedding day! They were so open to our ideas and let us tour when needed to make sure we weren’t missing anything! I would recommend Olio to anyone and everyone!

This space is breathtaking. To be honest, when my now-husband and I were thinking about spaces to get married, we had no idea what we were looking for but we knew what we werent looking for. So many wedding venues are pre-designed - skewing a certain style that just wasnt us. As soon as we saw Olio come to life we knew we had to get married there. It is open and overwhelmingly beautiful. It is a blank canvas but gives you enough of a beautiful back drop that you dont need much to let it do its thing. I’m a local photographer and recently did a big shoot at Olio. It’s such an amazing space! I couldn’t of asked for a better location. I had been planning this shoot for months and Sarah was amazing! Beautiful venue!!! Went for Peabodys first ever pride day celebration and it was a great time. Lots of fun activities for the kids!! Great venue for parties and would be stunning for weddings!!
