Birthday parties here are great. They basically do everything for you and even bring everything in a cart to your car at the end. There are a few downsides though. Figure on spending about $600 when its all said and done for a 25 kid party, and the parking situation is really jammed up. Its also kind of tucked away in some back streets, so if youve never been it can be hard to find.

Ive held a few of my kids birthday parties here and they enjoy them .Prices are reasonable, and the pizza is from an actual pizza place nearby, not in house like some places . My only problem is that there isnt specifically a bouncy house, there are slides, obstacle course, bouncy basketball, and a high jump type thingy, but no bouncy castle .However you have two private rooms, you get around 45 -50 mins in each, then a private cake room . So you arent sharing space with other people at all which makes it easier with young children and a lot less worrisome.

Parking is a tight squeeze and actually dangerous for little kids walking up to the entramce while everyone leaving has to back down the hill to exit. Snow and ice only make things worse. They need to address this issue before someone gets hurt.

This place is cool for the kids and the staff are great and always make sure things go accordingly. But the pizza is not good at all. Its super thin and still very doughy. Also the taste is not horrible but not good either.

It is good to bring kids to this place if they want some harmless fun

Wonderful Service! The staff and owner really do care and will always come to your aid. The children seem to really have fun and there is rarely issues. The food is good and the service is great, no reason not to go. Would definitely recommend.

A really fun place for kids to have a birthday party. Its nice and fun as the adults can play with them as well. Also, staff does a good job of moving everyone through the games.

I had my daughters fifth birthday here, she was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and they were completely accommodating to all her needs! The three party coordinators were amazing !! All the adults were excited they could join in the fun and bounce with their kids. I loved the 3 different rooms and how nice all the staff was !! Thank you for an excellent party with awesome memories !!

Just had my son’s 7th birthday party there. The kids had a blast but I definitely encountered a few issues. To begin, parking is a disaster. Several of my guests where late getting into the party because they were circling around trying to find spots. Also, they are VERY strict about brining in your own beverages. They wouldn’t even let me put out a 24-pack of mini bottled waters for the kids. Needed to purchase everything from them. They claimed it is a board of health regulation yet they let me bring in my own home-made cake. The board of health certainly doesn’t regulate my kitchen! And I do know that other facilities let you bring in beverages.

Awesome place to host a birthday party but the one suggestion I will give is to change the vendor for food. The pizza is sub-par and always cold by the time its served. But other than that best place ever.Just get rid of the food.

They do a great job running kids birthday parties. The kids always have a blast. Weve never visited outside of a birthday party.

Surprisingly, this place is really fun. From my experience, I prefer Zone A over B.

Awesome place for the kids!! I spent about $300 for a party for 20 kids. That only included juices as an ad on. The kids all different ages had a blast. I would definitely recommend for a 3 year old and up to have a party here.

Honestly this place is so fun for my child and she child loves it, but however I dislike how poorly the staff get treated. It is just not fair at all. I came for a party and over heard the staff talking abt how they only get payed $8 dollars an hour ! That is way under minimum wage and just outrageous for what they do, always treating to us customers. My husband brought our daughter to a party while I was working and he told me that one of the staff came to get change for the father of the party and got yelled at to not come out of the bouncy room and make the father come get him own change. Now that is just ridiculous, the staff was treating to the customer and gets yelled at ? Makes no sense to me at all. It just seems like such poor service to the staff they probably work party after party and get treated like this, I feel bad. If you ever go here just take notice on all the little things, you’ll see where I am coming from.

We came here for a friends birthday party, staff are friendly, the play areas well maintained and clean, lots of hand sanitizer around which is a plus. Some arcades and what not, overall this is a fun place to go for bouncy houses and play areas.

This has been one of the best Birthday parties I have gone to. I rented the place for my daughters 4th birthday and I think us adults had more fun than the kids! Staff were great. It is clean. Everyone is friendly. Definitely a great time and will definitely be back!

I like Boston bounce mostly because you can jump around and theyre different areas you can go in area A and B my favorite was B because there was just something where you run out and you would have a tag in your hand and you would clip it to one of the wall and you would see who that the highest when I was on that trip it was really cool because I was with my after-school program and one of the adults got to the top of the well and they need the farthest out of everyone there was a star at the top where would you get for no one really got it except him in area a theres like a maze one down slide and a place we can play basketball and in be there was a couple slides in area be there was a big slide one earlier and then they would be a little basketball hoop and go a down the slide the reason I gave this a four stars because I tried to do is work and I hit my head and I think my head started hurting really bad and then I had a headache and my fever was about a hundred 80 but then I had it no more because Mom fix me up

Had my daughters 7th bday party here. planning was really easy with the help of their staff - especially Donna! they take care of everything and even provide suggestions on food amounts, etc. more importantly the kids have a blast here. really attentive and fun staff working the parties. Would definitely suggest to others for kids parties and other group get togethers.

Went over April vacation with my two kids, ages 7 and 9, we all had a great time. They frequently run specials over vacations and there is plenty of room for everyone. The staff is amazing, beyond helpful and extremely friendly.

Staff was very professional and place was very clean

The actual party was super and he kids seemed to have fun. Although there was one staff member yelled at the kids a few times for throwing the balls/flags too hard. I also was overcharged according to my calculations at the end of the party. I’m fighting it and not going to let my bank process the payment to them.

Kids had a good time, not very expensive either. 12 bucks a kid and adults are free with each paying child.

I had no idea this place existed until recently! Its kind of hidden away in a neighborhood near downtown Peabody in a warehouse-looking building. Parking is actually pretty tight, with spaces for maybe 30 cars tops. This is a great birthday party spot for younger kids! The party consists of 40-ish minute periods in each of 3 rooms.Before going in, the monitor asks all the kids to sit down and describes the (basic) rules of the rooms. All of the staff were extremely friendly. The lobby area has a couple vending machines including the infamous claw-games. The first bouncy area we went to had a bouncy house, enclosed by netting, with basketball hoops on either end. There were also a few arcade games and an air hockey table. On the other side of the room were two slide structures. One was pretty simple, consisting of a walk-up path (maybe 30 feet long) to get to the top of a slide, and then the slide. The other was an obstacle course, which would be good for any kids probably over 3 or so. You climb up, over, and through several obstacles, followed by a small climb up a wall to come down the slide. This obstacle course had two mirrored sides to it that were identical.After this area, you go to another one. Its pretty similar to the first, with another bouncy house but it has this giant mushroom thing in the middle that you could jump up onto. The slides on this one are extremely similar to the first room, but the ramp leads you to either of two slides that you can come down. Again, some more arcade games (including Cruisin Exotica!!) and a photo booth.The third area is the party room, with pizza/drinks. The kids had Capri Suns, and theres a bouncy-style throne at the front of the room where the birthday kid gets to sit and blow out candles!Overall a great experience that is very likely to completely wipe out your child for the evening!

This a great place for kids to have fun, yet I am concerned that only thing kids eat here is sugar. This company needs to promote healthy food also, and not just make money.

From someone who went in the bouncy houses, to be completely honest they smell horrible, as well as the shoe holders, it seems like no one cleans them at all. Also as far as the staff? One ones that are supposed to watch the kids? They seem to busy talking to eachother tp notice until someones actully crying. This being my first time coming? Defiantly wouldnt come back. I have been here for lea then 1 hour and half of this party has gotten hurt
