Went in for a smoke related item but also was curious in some other things to treat myself. I was pleasantly surprised this was a female owned store and one staff member in particular who I imagine was an owner (petite with purple hair) was extremely helpful and pointed me to optimal products for my needs/interests as well as provided some helpful tips for using products in the best way. I was nervous going in on my own but she was welcoming as well as the partner behind the counter and they both made me feel comfortable like I was shopping for any other want or need. I will be sure to return!

I have bought things here before and everyone was nice to deal with. Bought an item and when I got home the item in the picture on the box was different from the item inside. Returned less than 2 hours later.Dealt with 2 employees who told me;-“It’s not returnable because of “covid”.”-“It’s printed(in tiny print) at the bottom of the receipt”...no sign at the register saying that and no one said that when I bought it-“it’s not our problem...it’s the manufacturer. You have to contact them”If you bought a TV at Best Buy would you just call Sony in Japan if it was the wrong one in the box?I also told them I would never buy anything there again.. this was the senior person/managers reaction

Great store, super friendly staff and awesome manager!Everytime I visit this I am always greeted with a smile and I made feel like I am visiting friends. Questions are answered without having to feel weird. Even If you are shy, what more could you wish for then shopping with friends?

Awful customer service I assume the lady who wears the ‘sin city’ hoodie is the manager and let me tell you unprofessional and rude is an understatement. I asked for her name so I could write this review and she refused to give it to me. Lovely

If I could give zero stars I would. I was in this store looking around for my own personal reasons. I was in there with friends and family whom I havent been out with for months at least 6 months to be exact. Was basically interrogated without being interrogated. Was told I was in there 2 or 3 months ago stealing. Honestly as someone who worked in retail before you should not approach any customer you think is stealing, you should call police or invest in loss prevention. I asked her to please show me the video that I was on and was denied and also told I was not going to be served. I was willing to spend my money there and left because Kelly Marshall wants to be tough and paranoid by driving people away who are willing to spend their hard earned money. I guess thats how you guys run your business so now I will be using my resources elsewhere and having sex toy parties like my initial plan was. Its a better experience anyway.

I had to take a moment to commend Kelly and Sabrina for making me feel 100%comfortable going in to the store. I am In a long distance relationship and needed assistance. The offerings in the store are hands down top notch. Kelly went over a product that worked to suit my needs. The staff is very accommodating and helpful especially when someone is nervous. I went in there about a year ago and had awful customer service. Decided to go back in today and the service was 100% better and the knowledge they had were amazing.

I went in there a few months ago with friends and I was trying to ask help from a woman who wears glasses who had like brownish shoulder length hair with thick glasses and had some tattoo of some scrip on her collar area and she was rude and disrespectful with a bad disposition and just kept rolling her eyes at me when I was asking her a question about a product and kept saying loudly she had to leave to the other employees in a rude tone. when I asked to speak to the manager she said that SHE WAS THE MANAGER and she just left me standing there after rolling her eyes at me again and then grabbed her stuff and did something behind the register ignoring me before she stormed out of the store and left me unattended to, when I and my friends after purchasing their/our items were leaving they were really mortified at how she treated ME and the other employees that were on duty at the time... The only positive thing that came out of the experience was the nice employee that apologized for her rudeness. Thats why I gave it 1 star

My favorite Store

Bought a C ring one of the more expensive ones that come with dual vibrators, one night I heard a loud noise and after investigating came to find that the batteries to the vibrator had spontaneously combusted. Im lucky there was no damage or fire, Moreso lucky that I wasnt using the item on myself or my gf. Scary situation, I dont recommend it.

Really bad costumer service, and the people works there are rude and obnoxious. I had one guy telling me to waste my money on some costumes because if it doesnt fit i can just give it to a friend...(i dont need to waste my own money thank you but no thank you). Also he was bashing the people who worked there before(made me feel really uncomfortable) It was just not a pleasant experience shopping there while having the employees being unhelpful and one giving me bad attitude for asking him to try on the costumes(they dony allow you to try on the Halloween costumes unlike last year I shopped there I tried on 5). I was a big fan but after last night i will no longer shopping in the Peabody location, I will go to the Medford location where people who works there are much nicer.
