Gail Ahlers of Ahlers Design, and her nonprofit, The Empowerment Factory, is doing a lot for the RI small business community. With events almost every week, it promises to deliver quality programming free most of the time, and a small fee for others.An event I am going to miss, regretfully, is a lecture for business operations at noontime on January 31st.
