Nice view right off the freeway

Has some really neat views of the valley but there isn’t much here. I wouldn’t say it’s worth stopping here unless you have some time to kill. That said the view is pretty and it’s a good spot to stop and get out of the car for a bit. It’s kinda of underrated in that most of the places you stop are truck stops and fast food places, so it has a nice change of pace.

Nice views but place is a trash dump. If you just look at the views in the distance, it is nice. You can see for miles and miles around. It’s kind of wild that money would be spent on such a look out point. But there are many colors all around.

Great. Sunset View

On a long drive it is a great place to take a nap. Unlike the rest stops that have installed LED lights that are as bright as the mid day sun. It is nice and dark but with enough people around to feel safe. Great view of the valley in the daylight. The lights and stars at night are quite breathtaking. If your an attractive man the local pervs hanging out can be anoying unless your into that sort of thing.

This is a good place to rest before you hit San Fran traffic but there are no services there.

Can see most of the valley from ip there. Lots of litter around and no restroom facilities.

Decided to stop by vista point because the hills were unusually very green this time of year....... Made for some great pix.... Enjoy!

Excellent you even a place for a dozen cars and trailers or so. I had to take a nap real bad so pulled in. Awesome viev for about 270 degrees.

Such a nice spot to see the Stars. It does get a little crowded but its worth it.

On a fire there

This turned out to not only be a great spot to sleep while traveling but I was also able to get an amazing shot of the sunrise the next morning and I have to say, it was nothing less than spectacular!

Interstate 5 near there is the opportunity for a Vista Point.. it is a very short pullover you wind up about 50 ft above the road and get an excellent view of the valley.. if it is a clear day you can see quite a distance. If what you were seeing was more interesting or spectacular this Viewpoint rate a4 or fiveThis is a good pull over to take a quick nap but there are no restrooms or facilities

Pretty place to stop around sunrise or sunset. Wish they would clean up all the trash along the sides of the parking area and their is a rather large dumpster there thats packed to the rims overflowing in trash as well?? If you are traveling alone and female (like me), at certain times of day or night there can be unsavory type people so be aware of this before you even go. Besides that the view is nice of all the farmland for miles and miles.

From gee you can see most of the central valley growing operations.

Vista point is a great place to stop for a bit and relax. Maybe to eat the lunch you brought or bought. There are no facilities just a great view of the valley.

Not much of a view, but ample room to park if you need a break from driving. Although there is a very cruisey feel to it after dark. Several men wandering about definitely not looking at the Vista.

Great views, very fresh wind here. Trash can is full though and tagged as well as the memorial which is sad. Very dirty around trashcan. Dont litter here, if you have trash hold onto it until you find a trash can!

Wouldn’t call it a vista point but its got a trash can and an ok place to stop

A viewpoint right off the freeway

The place is nice, but should have security cameras monitoring the place 24/7, specially for small cars with weird people on it wondering and eyeing semi trucks for possible robbery, these folk are up to no good. Watch out for the spot and if you stop for the night at least be armed yourself and becareful not to go out during night. Im a trucker myself and place is pretty dangerous, one way in one way out perfect for thiefs. Watch out.

Beautiful but dirty

Theres a garbage dumpster and a place to let your dogs go to the restroom. The view is alright its basically over looking farmland with Modesto way off in the distance.

Beautiful view but full of trash. Needs to be picked up and shame on the lazy people who throw it there.
