Went in with my boyfriend to buy a bow, we are more gun people than anything so we didnt really know what to look for other than what we had searched on the internet. Dustin really took his time and helped us out explained everything that we could ever need to know. One of the best levels of customer service I have ever received. They will more then certainly be my go to.

I had a private lesson with Jared and it went great. I have very little experience with bow and new to compound. he helped me and gave me the basic form and technique. Jareds instructions were easy to follow and stuck with me. I highly recommend anyone with an interest in archery go here for instrcution

The staff are very good to work with. The selection is great. I just began shooting again after many years off and found their advice and coaching very helpful. Now I have a year of range time so Ill be back often.

Purchased my bow from Craig, picked it up from Dustin. No other shop will be getting my business. They took great care of me and this is the place to go whether just starting out or a long time shooter.

Purchased a bow last week and went straight to smith point archery lane. From the start they werent really customer friendly, if you dont speak up they will let you wait more than 10 minutes until they decide to assist you in any way even if theyre not busy, I explained to them how im new to archery and i would like to set up an appointment for a private lesson, One guy said come saturday at 10. I move my schedule around so i can attend this lesson, but once i get there, theyre closed. They are only open from 12-5 on saturdays, so that alone shows that the guy who said he would give me a lesson was not interested in doing so what so ever. Horrible customer service. Went to Archery Forum on 3690 horseblock rd in medford instead. They were amazing!
