Since the first time I met the Manager - she did EVERYTHING she said would. Kept in touch, help facilitate financing, compassionate, professional and honest! Willow Brook is a great community of people helping people. Group Facebook for residents only is VERY useful too. Yes, the weather took its toll on the streets and the ongoing bad weather conditions kept repairs lingering. BUT, those days are over AND the play area has been updated too. Willow Brook will continue to grow with the surrounding area. As more new homes arrive and upgrades continue along with additional quality residents; Willowbrook will be THE place to be in the future! Thanks for everything!!

This is a nice, quiet community perfectly located on the outskirts of Pataskala, Ohio. Short 20 minute commute to Columbus. Great wooded views at the back of the park. Good park management. Well lit at night perfect for dog walking on summer nights. Well maintained lots with friendly neighbors.

Nice mobile home park

A lot of holes in the streets. Homes needs to be washed down. Some lots dont have drive ways. Some sort of construction going on next to the trailer park. If regular homes are going in there traffic will be picking up.

50 potholes will tear up your truck or your car

Nice, clean, quiet and friendly place to live. No bs and drama. People look out for each other and will give you reports of any suspicious activity. Id recommend it to anyone.

People keep there yards and homes in a most presentable condition. Clean mobile home park. Refreshing!
