The best value in Central Ohio. I play at a lot of courses all over the Columbus area and this was the most well kept, well manicured course Ive played at this year and Ive noticed most courses have been in very good shape this year so thats saying something. The fairways were in incredible shape, the greens were fast but consistent and played a lot more like a challenging private course with a lot of unique breaks. Beautiful layout. Ive played this course in the past and it was nice a few years ago, too but its even come a long way since then. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend the food looks amazing staff is very helpful and friendly. Best bourbon selection in the area.They also have a pool table and dart boards that is also kid friendly.

Nice place. But our food was over cooked. Cheese sticks had no cheese in them. The boneless wings were way over cooked. Most likely wont be back.. our bill was $90 for three people. It was glorified bar food.

Service we had was great, the food on the other hand could have been better. We had some chicken tenders that werent very good. Also had a hamburger that was under cooked. Maybe try it again in a few months. Also wearing a mask into a restaurant then getting to take it off to eat and drink is crazy. Mask make no sense, stop wearing mask all together. God Bless America!

Easy stadium to find. Even with seating only on one side, there is not a bad seat in the house. St. Bernard was the host and the A.D. there was extremely helpful.

This course is in incredible condition right now. The effort and money put in over the last few years is showing itself strongly. Each year keeps getting better. The pace can be slow at times but thats because so many are coming out to play this course right now.

I played on Thursday, 6/25 /20 teeing off at 7:45. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The starter Mark was extremely helpful as this was my first time to play the course and I was walking and by myself. The course was in excellent shape especially the greens and the pace of play was perfect. I look forward to playing here again, and soon.

The greens were in great shape. Also the fairways. A great deal for a very nice course.

Audrey was our server and she was very nice and helpful. We ate their on 7 9 20 for lunch. We were 3 retired work friends. I was glad to hear so was going to Miami to be a Dietician. We loved the outside patio and the view. We will be back. Lol

This place is pristine. Great fairways and especially great greens. Nice layout too. Best course I have played this year.

First, let me say the condition of the course were very good, with the exception of the bunkers. Most of them were filled with water and had not been maintained at all. The fairways and greens were in excellent shape, however.The reason for my low rating stems from the very poor customer service experienced when checking in at the clubhouse. My groups tee time was on a Friday morning and the advertised price for a senior golfer on a weekday is $32. When I identified myself as a senior golfer and asked for the senior weekday rate, I was rudely told that it didnt matter if I was a senior, the price was $42. After quoting what their website advertised as the senior weekday rate of $32, I again was told it doesnt matter what the website says, the boss says it $42. I stated that this was false advertising and the attendant just laughed and repeated the same statement.I do really like this course, but if this is how they treat their customers and fail to honor their advertised prices, Im not sure if I want to support them with my hard earned money.

Wide fairways and nice greens.

Wow! What a difference a year and some good old cash invested in the golf course can do. A much improved clubhouse, renovated fairways, tees, and greens, and other course amenities are clearly evident. This Michael Hurdzan gem is finally getting the polishing it deserves. These are probably the best kept public course greens in central Ohio, with plenty of speed and true roll. The bunkers have been renovated, and all the tee boxes look excellent. Golfers will have some more houses along the course to contend with though, and some holes have been rerouted. With that said, this is again one of the best public courses in Ohio. And, kudos to pro Anthony Roth for his and the owners management of the overhaul and progress.

Played Cumberland for many years, this is a great course and very friendly for golf outings.

If it wasnt 45 minutes away I would play here more often. Good course.

This course is always in great to superb condition. Some the best greens in the city. Its a tough course but not crazy hard. Greens are very quick when its dry and roll very true. Great practice areas, though range is irons only. The just redid the whole club house and it looks fantastic and the food is great. Good beer selection as well. This place is a steal at $49 for the condition they keep this course in.

The food was DELICIOUS and very reasonably priced! A must-go if you’re in the Etna area.

Great conditioned course. Tees set up for players of various skill levels. Very nice club house and locker facilities.

I enjoyed playing there but was a little disappointed in the shape/condition of the fairway bunkers. Not playable and should be for the cost of green fees. We also had plenty of twosomes surrounding our foursome, one of which jumped us at the turn, and another that hit into us. And we are fast players.

It was $21 to walk last week and $32 for a single rider per cart. You reopen at $42 to walk, what a ripoff. Our group of 12 will play elsewhere

Front 9 was awesome! Not alot of thought went into.the back 9. Back 9 was definitely an after thought!! For the price Dennison and Virtues much nicer!!

Nice course, not too tough but still challenging. Greens are always some of the fastest in the area. Too many houses around the course for my taste. The back 9 used to be fairly secluded but they are starting to put lots around those holes too. If you dont mind playing through someones backyard its a good course.

One of the worst golf courses Ive ever played! Putting money into building a clubhouse and GPS on the flagsticks but cant cut the rough which simply slows the course down looking for balls in the so-called first cut. Not to mention the pin locations were in the worst possible spot for a packed golf course on a holiday which interns slowed the course down even more.I called 4 days prior to Memorial Day to set a tee time. We show up an hour before our tee time and they did not have us on the tee sheet for the day requested but had us on the prior days tee sheet. This place is very poorly run and I would not recommend anyone waste their time or money. There are so many nice golf courses in the Columbus area I dont know how this place stays open.

The clubhouse isnt much anymore. But even with a tremendous amount of rain this month. The course was still in great shape. Pretty straightforward layout but well placed hazards made it a challenging round. Will definitely go back.

49 dollars to play, photo copies for score cards, mens room an absolute mess, no toilet paper, no food available. Really going down hill. Too bad, its a nice course

Challenging golf course. Clubhouse currently under construction. New houses being constructed around holes 10, 11 and 18. Our senior league plays there every Tuesday during the spring and summer. It will be 5 when the construction is completed.

Played there while visiting the Columbus area. Somewhat disappointed considering the publicity from a golf magazine which mentioned it in the same breath as the Longaberger course. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. In my opinion course was just average if youre used to higher end courses. Traps were almost unplayable.

Arranged a senior group of three foursomes and we were disappointed. The course was in good condition but most holes required carts to leave the fairway 125-150 yards before the green. What! a lazy greenskeeper? THERE ARE PLENTY OF MORE FRIENDLY COURSES.

Before I start my rant I just want to say. I have played over 12 rounds so far this year at various course all over central Ohio and I was very disappointed with what I saw today at Cumberland Trails by far the worst shape I have seen any course in a long time. Tee boxes were terrible, just beat up, greens looked burnt up, like they need water... And weeds throughout the fairways, tees, I mean dandelions littered the entire course even on some greens.... Only one bunker rake was found during our entire round. I get its early in the year, but again this place used to be a premier course... I hope they get it together. Not worth the $29 I paid...
