Nice place, was dark when visited but I enjoyed it. Xmas tree and skate rink make look festive. Definitely will visit again to try the menu at the cafe.

This park is a gem in Passaic Park. The cafe is very clean & food is great. They have outdoor dining. The park is perfect for exercise, walking the dog, relaxing, picnicking, playing, fishing or just hanging around. Beautiful flowers, the pond is gorgeous, God bless all the vets that are buried in this park. Wonderful place to spend time.

We were able to take such great photos in the spring time. The town really made some great improvements to the park.

I love this park and I appreciate the city workers who keep the park clean. I walk 8 miles every day and have never had a bad experience.

I’ve been going to this park since I was little. I have to say that it’s become such a popular place ever since the cafe was open. It does get packed on good weather days. But if you are an early bird or a night owl, it’s a great place for a quick jog.

My Family enjoys this park its clean for walks, work 0uts, the children to play Safe,and Always growing.

This was a lovely park it is equally matched with good seating both plush grass for comfort laying on the ground as well as plenty of benches facing the lake. I also saw people jogging. The is in the middle of a nice neighborhood which had ample police presence which was very good considering I went alone in the evening. Speaking of going so late; I was not able to fully explore the park, so I am not sure about such things like playground quality (if there is one).

Beautiful calm place to walk around and relax, especially during sunset. Also a great place to Rollerblade if your looking for one!

It is a very clean park. There are always, a skate rink, many benches, a Boathouse Cafe, an abundance of trees and flowers. Theres a large stage where we Soul Line Dance every Saturday afternoon. Therearealso various exercise stations and 2 playgrounds. Theres a pond with 2 fountains.

This Park it.s been here for years l love to come here for my Daily walks and other events very clean and quiet place to relax.

I enjoyed the opportunity to attend a concert ( my first in this pandemic year). Attendees stayed well-spaced apart, most wearing masks throughout, I felt relatively safe. Good stage.

Pleasant park in the middle of Passaic. A paved trail that goes along the steam and around the pond. There is a playground and ball fields.

I liked this place because it was really fun! I had a birthday party there and it was so fun!! This place is really pretty and its such a good view,especially the water. I really suggest this place,its amazing!

Park very very clean, they have the stand or little shop open where u can buy snacks and drinks. Atmosphere is very peaceful. 1 up for passaic

Very nice park, some litter here and there but not bad overall.

Large enough for comfortable recreation with keeping 6 feet apart from others. They have three body building stations for either calisthenics exercise or you can bring your own equipment such as weighted bands.

I would give it 5 stars except for the local residents that think its ok to speed through the road while people are strolling with kids, etc. I have been going to this park since I was a teenager so thats almost 30 years. They have really cleaned it up a lot and it looks really pretty.

Its a great place if you want to walk or jog. Its peaceful and relaxing hearing the birds chirping.

3rd Ward Park is located on Passaic Av in Passaic the park is pretty big it has a 2 ponds a community center a stream that runs through the park the park is very clean

Really nice and a lot of people, great for walking around and sitting on the grass, jesus died for our sins! We would have been domed but jesus made a way by dying for our sins and resurrected the third day! We must repent and live for God! May God Bless You!

The city is making a lot of renovations to the place and theres an ice rink there now. Its pretty cool to see it changing in such a nice way. Its a great place to run too because its about a mile from the entrance through the inside trail, so its pretty easy to keep track of your mile > minute ratio. Theres a small place to get food here too, I dont remember what time it closes but its got a few snack type foods.

Renovated, redesigned in places - its a hotspot, but doesnt compare to the Swan boats of Verona

Its a very clean park with lots of walking areas around its lake, plus events that happen throughout the week. For example, there was a car show on Sunday.Theres also a hockey court for street hockey (super safe since its its own enclosed spot).

There are so many cool things to see and do at this park. Enjoy the cafe, take a walk, sit by the water, watch the ducks and geese, play in the park or splash pad, go for a bike ride or enjoy the garden. In the summer, the events are really nice and theyre a great way to bring the community together. I hope each resident who visits takes care of the park so it stays beautiful.

Man-made decently sized pond from stream heading to Passaic River. Walking/jogging/riding around it is okay. Pretty good playground for kids at one end. Now have year-round pseudo ice skating rink, but I havent seen or tried it.

Lovely small park. Lots of powerwalking and children in the playground. Well maintained and clean. Theres a cafe and a synthetic ice rink. Nice place to relax for a few hours. No picnic tables though:(

This is a nice park to take a walk and sit on the park benches. Thats about all there is to do there. There is a playground but no doggie park. Hate that they have iron drain grates hidden in the lawn where you can easily break a foot or leg if you are not careful. Guess you have to stay on the path.

Whats not to love about 3rd Ward Park? Theres a nice lake in the middle you can walk or run around. There are workout stations along the way with instructions.Other things to see are the many war memorials that line Passaic Street and the cool little restaurant (The Boat House) smack in the middle of the park.The north half of the park lies between Broadway and Passaic Street. This part of the park contains the memorials, the small lake, the boathouse and excercise stations.The southern portion of Third Ward park lies between Passaic Street and Main Ave. You can enjoy amenities such as basketball courts, tennis courts, baseball fields and a handball court.

This place is so pretty and peaceful. I love going for walks around the water and looking at the water spring. Def recommend it.
