Hapo used to credit our account when our direct deposit certificate came, now they dont, but other banks will. Time to move to somewhere else. This CU was our favorite for a lot of years. It just isnt the same anymore. It is not the CU we started with years ago. They are more interested in big money than people. Thats why its HAPO instead of the trac, obviously.

This was parked there looking amazing, I have seen a rodeo a couple monster truck shows. Definitely worth going to see. They also do convention and expos. We really enjoyed the Christmas expo. Oh cant forget the 97 rock-tober event held. Great venue for any occasion

My son had a chess tournament here. Chaos with so many people but still well organized and clean. Great experience.

It was very nice earlier today. We attended a Bridal Event, and it was nicely put together with plenty of space to walk and explore as well as friendly and helpful staff. Thank you.

Fast covid testing drive through

We went for the Jurassic Quest and it is a clean and family friendly building. There is plenty of parking spaces and spacious bathrooms. Will definitely be going back for more events.

Great place for events, and there is always a guy outside with fresh kettle corn; so no matter how much I loved the event, I get a great snack!

We went to the Jurassic quest that was at the hapo center. The parking lot was clean and was not too over packed. My only complaint wohld be that not all the bathrooms were open.

Many changes have taken place with HAPO purchasing. The area used for monster truck show now has a permanent floor. I went to a holiday bazaar, and I had to walk forever to get to it! The bazaar was a fifth of the size as when it was at the 3Rivers Conversation Center. I was disappointed! Not worth the drive from Kennewick!

I only visited the ice pavilion. It was a nice rink.

Definitely could use some updates, but it served its purpose.

They have really great events there. The bathrooms are sparkling clean. Prices are fair.

Was at the HAPO center for the fall 2019 Special Olympic opening ceremonies. A nice facility and with good parking and easily accessable from the freeway.

We went to the Christmas trade show/ bizarre. Vendors set up selling theyre wares or services. So we went in the main entrance, there were signs for the Christmas show and a local hospital must have been setting up for a Christmas party. We were channeled like sheep to the furthest corner of the complex, going down dank dirty halls below bleachers, then coming to the lackluster event.It was all good. We didnt buy anything, but I learned of a few new businesses in the tri cities.I hope Hapo invests a little time/money to spruce up the event center. There have been many rodeos and monster truck events and no updating from the previous Tennant. Just my opinion.

It was a fun event but the silverware and chairs were a little dirty.

This is a place tha that can be rented to have events at or dinners for celebrations, or rodeos or just about any thing. I was there for a Home and Garden Show they had 100rds of vendors to show people there products or services.

Large facility for different events. Ample parking, plenty of restrooms. Only downside is leaving once event is over, cars get bottle-necked and youll need patience.

Lovely place to stay. Conference rooms to gather in are large. Pool & hot tub were fine.

We had a great time at the Trac center for my daughters birthday party we attended the monster truck I give it only three stars just because its too small in my opinion for an event like that the exhaust got to be a little too much near the end of the rally and they were not able to bring in any dirt.

Had our 20th Northwest Motorcoach Association Drivers competition there today. Great venue.

Theyre food is all that great

Very nice place. Our church had a Time Out For Women event there. about a couple thousand women were there. It was very organized, clean and comfortable. Nice job! Very close to several hotels and eating places.

Ive been here for multiple events. This is a great place to bring the family as theres plenty of parking and plenty of hotels are within walking distance of Trac Center.They have quite the amenities to handle large crowds or events here. The only bummer is trying to get out after an event is over as traffic it gets extremely congested on the weekends or during the events.

This place is huge and perfect for events! Never disappoints me

Great place...too small for monster trucks, not enough room for them to play around or get up to speed...

I like the trac I have been to so many things at this place. If you know the event is going to bring a large crowd then plan ahead for parking and traffic. The traffic right after an event is always bad, but not if you plan for it.

Went for a holiday bazaar. Had a good time and found some fun items.

Attended the 22nd annual father daughter dance and I couldnt have had a better time. Really hoping our pictures turn out and everyone is looking at the camera. The venue had a lot of parking and the main room was very spacious. The event I attended had a dance floor in the middle of the room but still enough space for always 200 people to be sitting at round tables with 8 chairs a piece.

Excellent community resource

This place was probably sufficient 20 years ago. Today, not even close. The residents of Pasco deserve so much better. Unfortunately they won’t ever pass the necessary tax increases to make it happen. It’s really quite embarrassing that this is the best faciltiy a city of 75,000 has for events.

Went to Jurassic Quest when it was at Trac. Its a large place for sure. Felt things could have been more clearly organized, but maybe that was the event people and not Trac centers fault.

Good event center

The home and garden show was good. I didnt expect there to be so much dirt and dust in the arena, especially since the rodeo track was covered.

There are always events going on here, most of them community-focused and family oriented. Its professionally run and they pay attention to the details (overcrowded parking, etc).

Very unhappy spent alot of money to see the monster trucks and they told us there was tuff trucks and the was none paid for VIP and had to sit in general admission will not be back

It hosts a lot of different types of events.

I quite enjoyed the family expo. I did not enjoy the amount of retail sales and insurance salesman but I thoroughly enjoyed the other boost set up to help families.
