The casino is fair, the customer service is always good. The environment needs help, and what what I mean by that is the flooring is gross and the tables and chairs are from 1988. I never eat here so I cant judge the food. I will say during this covid event they are the best place to go for the casino. They are out doing jokers casino by far.

Good food, plastic fork and knife, hard to cut food. Unsanitary conditions at the gaming tables due to the fact you have to touch your mask every time you take a drink after handling possible contaminated chips. I believe with the plastic barriers it would be more sanitary to go with mask

They have decent food that does not cost a lot if you gamble with a players card for an hour or so. Nice staff and service is on point. We had an issue with a man yelling and being obscene and once we talked to floor it was addressed right away.

Just visited this place a couple of days ago because the food was always delicious, but to my surprise it is not like before. Cajun chicken pasta dish was my favorite and they didnt have it available. I ordered shrimp scampi, which comes with 2 chicken breasts that were really dry and somewhat burnt, mash potatoes were ok but had no type of flavor. There was not a lot of people and the food took forever to come out. Waitress didnt come as often to check on me and my guest, and then they expect a tip. Drinks were served in small plastic cups and were very expensive. Will think twice before going in next time!

This place has the most amazing rib eye steak! If you go there give it a try, its called the Roping Ribeye. It is well worth the money. Good cocktails too!!

Always friendly. I dont go alot but they almost always remember my name. Dealers will help you learn how to play. And they want you to win and are awesome. I love this place! Food is great. If you think the dealer made a mistake say something they will have it looked at on the recording and let you know if they are wrong they fix it right away .

I dont gamble, I go for the Pho on Sunday or Monday. Huge serving, it takes me 3 days to eat it but I am little. Always fast friendly service and patrons.

I went in there to play Texas holdem and it was my first time playing at a live poker table the reason i gave 5 stars was because of the dealers I am horrible with names but they were extremely patient with me and answered any questions I had. If anyone wants to get their feet wet at a live poker table I highly recommend this casino just for the dealers. And an Fyi they do a spread limit I think it was 3/20. Anyways great experience will definitely go again. The waitress was great and attentive and the locals playing were awesome as well.

So upset with the costumer service we got today from (MORGAN) she was rude racist and tipped her self. My husband and I always come here for lunch love this place but the one star is for Morgan who doesn’t care about costumers or the service that she’s giving. When she brought my husbands drink she spilled it on the table and didn’t care to clean it. I don’t know if she doesn’t like Hispanics or what’s her problem but we pay and always come to this place and never want to be served by her ever again!!! We check our bank statements and my total was $15.20 and on my statement it’s 18.48 who does that!?? You can’t tip yourself because you didnt give good service. So disappointed.

Went in for a late night meal and got a huge plate of nachos for $10 and some change plus the was polite.

Nachos were awesome need more than one person to eat them.

The taco dinner advertised online had been discontinued without notice. The cocktails tasted like the shots were measured out by machine.

For thr most part the dealers here are all friendly and approachable. I hate going to gamble and feeling like Im not welcome to sit at a table. The waitstaff its terrible here it always has been. You can barely get a drink even if you walk up to the bar. If youre at a table dont count on any one even asking you. Im a generous patron, even if the service isnt great. Scott Meineke, is the best floor person in this place. Havent seen him for awhile? There is a new guy kinda looks like Brutus from the popeye cartoon. He is not welcoming, doesnt seem to account when you spend money or track comp info if at all. I lost $500 the before yesterday and dont think a dime was logged. Frustrating when this happens. There is a dealer named Neil he is amazing, really entertaining and i feel good even if I lose. Always has good vibes and is fun.

These guys cheat. If youre winning they will find a way to kick you out. Its seriously a scam.

Nice atmosphere, most of the dealers are fun and friendly. Some should have never been hired, horrible people skills. Same with wait staff. Over all above average. Some dealers want to be speed demons which Im sure management loves. More hands dealt, more money for the house. Forget them! Its your money, if you want to take your time and think about your hand, do it, its your money. You control the tempo!

Told us we couldn’t drink or play after 2 drinks because we were too intoxicated. We may have an accent because were from out of toe but saying grace before dinner and telling the waitress to having a “blessed night” does not qualify us as intoxicated. They also too out out extra meals ordered. Told us we could not see the camera cottage of someone else talking our food off the tables.

Hard to beat the Crazy Moose. Super cute servers who keep your drink full and serve great food. I like to watch the football game there on the big screen TV and play some card games too....

Wednesday excelent prime rib special

It must have some of the best food in the Tri-Cities. It is a cozy style casino and very grounded and down-to-earth place. Its always fun and they have great happy hour and drinks

Husband and I have been going to the Moose Casino for quite some time mostly to eat dinner, theres been times when food was excellent and there was a period when it wasnt, but lately food has been pretty good, maybe a new cook. The only bad experience was on 12/05/2018, when we stopped for dinner after arriving from out of town. We ordered the prime rib dinners, told the girl who took our order (Kaylin) how we wanted our prime rib cooked, medium well. We told her to bring us an appetizer, coconut prawns, & after we finished our appetizer, we waited for quite awhile for our dinner. She finally came by & asked if we wanted our tab, we said we hadnt got our prime dinner yet!. She responded that we never told her we wanted the prime rib dinners!!! WHAT??? We left hungry & frustrated. We returned following week since the Moose is close to our house, & hoped we wouldnt end up with same waitress, but fortunately we got a very nice friendly waitress.

I love crazy moose casino, i love the dealers and all the workers cuz their all friendly and quik to help and the food is always good and its a safe environment to b in.

Manager was rude. told us we were too intoxicated to play after 2 drinks. there was 4 of us on a Wednesday night which is 2 for one prime rib night we ordered 4 for us eat and 2 to take home. the 2 that were brought out for us were removed when we when to play black jack. and we were told that they were taken by other patrons of the casino but they would not show me the footage of said patrons stealing our food.

Specifically went here because their website said they have Paigow. When I got there the very nice bartender told me they had gotten rid of Paigow awhile ago. Nice establishment though. It was a Monday night so it wasnt too packed but there was still a descent crowd. Stayed for a couple hours playing pull tabs and having a beer.

The ppl are nice and friendly. Coconut shrimp are delicious!!

Went here for the first time last night to gamble and have a couple beers. Was having fun and the first 3 dealers were great. Then came Daryl, a short little dealer. Ive been gambling a lot and Ive never had a dealer that compares to how rude/annoying/argumentative this guy was. I will recommend any casino over this one because of the headache Daryl is. What an embarrassment!

Great food, good atmosphere and the dealers are really awesome. Usually more of a winner than a loser here lots of seating and large screen TVs to watch sporting events on.
