My son collects lighthouses. This one would be most exciting for the serious lighthouse enthusiast.

A really neat experience. I learned a lot of history and got the privilege of going to the top of the lighthouse. The guide was very friendly and informative. Beautiful views!

If youre in the area, I guess its cool. But if youre going out of your way to see the Lighthouse and the alien abduction plaque (which is actually down the street from here), its not really worth it.

Really neat lighthouse, moved off the original water location a few years back. Available for tours. Contact for times it is open. They have a commemorative brick program.

Beautiful lighthouse, but there isn’t any parking near it whatsoever. Difficult to enjoy it this way. We drove by to get a quick glance and left.

A piece of history, rebuilt after Katrina. Very inexpensive to tour. Fun for all. Great place for pictures and for the whole family.

The lighthouse is beautiful! The only issue is that no one can go in to see except for Fridays and Saturdays from 10-5 Admission cost $2.00 for adults and $1.00 for children. My family and I came down for what we thought to be a 9:30 tour as stated on the website The website did not say anything about Friday and Saturday only. We still loved the little walk and site seeing and will come back on Friday.

Very cool to see. Cost was $2.00. It was so hot in the lighthouse it made me physically ill. No ones fault but Mother Natures heat and humidity. Would see again....in the Fall or early Spring.

Neat but not what I expected. Sign says donation but they ask for it. Very hot in the top couldnt stay long, and it has been moved off the water. Good history though.

The picture is false! My family and I went to see this (what we thought, beautiful light house) and it wasnt beside the ocean, it was white and right smack on the hi way.

Itty bitty tourist trap right by the freeway. No parking right at it, but go a block into the neighborhood and its all good.

I remember going to the light house in the 60s through the early 80s.One poster said the photo was false, no it isnt, they need to read the history of this wonderful lighthouse.

Informative tour was provided. Some of the original lighthouse was salvaged after severe storm damage and moved to current location to be rebuilt.
