I love buying my yarn at Micheals. The quality is nice and my projects turn out really well. My sister and I buy the yarn by the bulk, I don’t like going back just to buy one skein. Anyway, I have been making several afghans since I am in quarantine with my kids. Right now is a good time to learn a new hobby, you never know you might surprise yourself.

I have had the most FRUSTRATING experience with your “curbside pickup”. I am not certain why your staff is unable to locate a customer’s order that has already been pulled. Two days in a row for two separate orders, I have watched staff search and search and search for my order. To the point that on both occasions they have gone to the back of the store to search back up to the front on the store to search again. What are you searching for??!!!! Why is it not in an organized way that the order is labeled and the staff goes directly to it. On the first occasion I watched the staff member search the front cabinets 4 times then went to the back of the store to search just to return to the front cabinets to search again then asked for help over the headset to immediately lay her hands on my order. That took 30min!!!!!! Are you kidding me?!?! Day two, staff goes to the back then comes to the front to search just to go to the back of the store again and all of a sudden finds my order. She took 20min! This makes no sense. Do better Michael’s. Do better!!!!!!-beyond frustrated upset customer

As much as I love this store, the employees customer service skills need work. And not just today, it is always difficult to find someone to help or who wants to be helpful.

I was looking for a particular ribbon. It was shown in stock at 3 stores. League City store just told me where to look. Couldnt find it. Bay Area store told me an aisle to look on. Then proceeded to tell me it could be anywhere in the store. Couldnt find it.Pasadena store...AMAZING customer service. The young lady immediately looked it up and personally walked me to the aisle. Grabbed herself a ladder and unboxed what I needed. BEST SERVICE and I shop often at the other 2 stores. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I will be driving out of the way just to do business at this particular location!

I can always rely on Michaels to get craft supplies. From tie dye kits to floral design supplies, they have it all! I would highly recommend going to Michaels. Even if you dont buy anything, it can inspire lots of creativity.

Has supplies but the people were less than helpful. Bought an item tagged at one price but rang up another. Was told that a customer must have switched tags not that the product was in the wrong place. Needed the item but this just reaffirmed why i dislike going to Michaels when hobby lobby is closed.

I really liked that Michaels stayed open all the time. Only 19 customers at the same time but it was good to be able to go and pick the material I needed for painting. And the employees were always in a good mood even with the situation. I really appreciates that . Thank you all!!

Great prices but I do not like the one register open. If you found something in the discount section and it doesnt ring up as such they will not check for you so be sure its on discount and take a picture bc that lady was lazy.

Went to the Pasadena store to check for more of a selection than the Baytown one. Store was beyond messy and dirty.

Didnt like that you could not cancel a order online until 5 days are up. Hope I get a refund like they said would happen. We will see!

I love to shop at craft stores. But the employees here are some what helpful. I asked 1 employee about contact paper and they didnt know what it was. She asked another and they too didnt know what it was but did help with locating where it might be located. What he did find for me was $22 and wasnt contact paper. Im like no worries Ill go to Walmart and get it for way less.

I found what I needed but I believe the store needs an urgent restock on most supplies. Theyre are hardly any employees working which makes it impossible to find someone and ask a question and the checkout line can get pretty long.

It is an arts and craft store with a little bit or everything. Great selection and friendly staff. Just love this place.

This is a good place to go if you like to crochet or knit or even make bracelets or necklaces you can find a lot of the jewelry pieces to do so. Its a good clean hobby

This is a good Michaels with more selection than other stores. The only complaint is that they never have any baskets because they’ve all been stolen.

This is one of my Happy places, even more because they take competitors coupons, plus with the members app Im now considered a senior citizen so I get an extra 10% off and I LOVE saving, and when the employer are helpful that makes it better.

It has a good section of craft supplies and their framing section is really good.

Really loved their layout and the store was clean. Some of the staff seemed somber or unenthusiastic but it was near closing, so anyone can understand that.

Absolutely terrible curb side service. Was also on the phone for an extended period of time which no actual curbside option on the phone.

Many locations, good variety of goods and staff tries to be helpful. The seasonal and sidewalk sales can save you lots of cash. Its my go to place for hobby or spark of creativity ideas.

Their floral department, while small, has really beautiful selection. Otherwise, Hobby Lobby has a better selection in other departments. Aisles are really narrow. Makes maneuvering around difficult when there are two or more shoppers in the aisle.

Store was clean but aisles are small. No help could be found. Overall not pleased with a craft store that you cant find help at nor can you find what your looking for. When I finally found someone they had no idea what I was talking about and just told me to look on this aisle at the back of the store. Which wasnt anything close to what I was looking for.
