Very very sweet server and not to crowded

It was fun and quite for the time of day we went. For really young children, its super fun and to see their expression, makes it worth the $41

For what it is, Chuck E. Cheese is an ideal spot for a birthday party on a budget. Utilize coupons online when going. Very easy to access from their website. Looks like they have recently done some remodeling inside. All the kids at the party I went to had a blast and the pizza was rather tasty. Staff was nice, but with the environment in would assume that things could get hectic inside.

The staff was amazing. Everything was clean. My grandson has had all 4 of his birthday parties at the same location

Not a bad place for the kiddos. The pandemic has alot of the attractions side lined for now.

The staff was very professional but some were of the games were unplayable. My family enjoyed themselves.

These days I like going to this Chuck E Cheese because it is not crowded at all. The employees are nice and they maintain the cleanliness of facility.

Terrible experience! Most of the games were broken and didn’t dispense tickets, understaffed, and slow service! But I can’t blame the employees, they are understaffed and I feel bad for them. This was on a Sunday afternoon. Employees were nice though.

All games and attractions were being sanitized very frequently. There was not too many people inside and the food and service waa good.

We had the best birthday party for my grandson. He had the place to himself. We were so lucky to have an awesome hostess for the party. Every child loved it!

They charge by the minute and put the coins in a card and you can pause the card while you eat. Did is still pricey but good make sure you always check for coupons online. Still a great place to take the kids for some fun.

Took my 2.5 year old nephew here for the first time and he loved it. Then again, so did us adults who also grew up going to Chuck E. Cheeses. Love the new system for games - pay for a set amount of time, not just a set amount of tokens. We ended up spending an hour there and got in just the right amount of play. The prizes are still cheap and overly expensive, but with unlimited gameplay now you can finally just enjoy the games you want without having to hyper focus on only playing the top scoring ones

First time i went was perfect.this time i would not book a party next time. The one i had this time she always disappeared was never around finally asked for the drinks that i should of been had because i paid for supper star so refillabe cups she brong wrong ones then forgot the plates then she went to go get them and went missing again.. Comes with ice cream but no utensils then missing for about half hour ext.....never again

We came in for the $14.99 play all day special on 8/27/19. The staff was really nice. I was shocked that it wasnt very busy, despite the great deal. We have been to many Chuck E. Cheeses, and this one was the worst as far as games go. Most of the games are coin games, which is so annoying. Great Northern has a much better selection ( Mentor, too). This was our first time here, and I doubt we will be back. One of the few non coin games was broken. Much smaller inside than other locations.

This place is awesome. There’s a giant mouse who serves the pizza. I’m positive he is real. The only bad thing is that the manager doesn’t like him and puts out gigantic mouse traps trying to catch him.Once I witnessed Chuckie hide inside the play tub.He was scared and wouldn’t come out for the kids for over two days.This place is great and family friendly.

They have come a long way at the parma location. Everything looks and feels cleaner and the staff seems to be dedicated to providing a fun & safe environment, especially bday parties!

The Kids Had A Blast, id Say the Party Was Worth It. For what i got. Though thee Host Was Really Pushy about kicking us off the table to clean it and set up for fhe next day. !

The place was clean and the kids had fun. Just wish they had more ppl working it was a little cramped at the door for those leaving and entering. Oh and the pizza is amazing

We absolutely LOVED IT. We had a great time here at this Parma location Chuck-E-Cheese. The place was really clean, which isnt very common when we go to these type of places like Chuck-E-Cheese. Esp. but the manager or whoever the supervisor was, was really really excellent and did a really good job of making sure that the place and the environment was very clean and comfortable. the staff, too was excellent.There was a situation where one of the games broke and took our coins, and one of the employees went above and beyond to replace the coins that we lost.He too, did a really good job of making our experience great.I hands-down recommend this Chuck-E-Cheese location. Whoever the general manager is in that location and the supervisor is, kudos to them and their staff.

They forgot to make my pizzas tonight but after I talk to them they started to cook it, that wasnt the best ..but my family had a good time...

Place was dirty. Looked under staff. The one lady employee helped her friend out more than the customers. The whole time i was there with my kids not once did chucky come out. Some of the machines didnt work right. I rather take my kids to the one in North Olmstad

The employees are very nice and very good with children. I like the security system they have as well. The pizza is good too

Don’t play soccer game, play shooting game, fish treasure game, and high five, one player mode two people. Smelled like weed, but hella fun overall

Five star given because the kids were in their element of fun but o see how fights can start.There by was at least four five parties going on at one time kids are everywhere NOT respecting one another because theyre kids to parents not giving their full attention because on theyre minds (my opinion) its a kid zone and theyre ok; NOT!Kids were taking over other kids games while the primary kid was playing it which could have led to some serious serious misunderstanding between parents because theyre defending their child.It does take a village, so Im watching another kid DEBO himself on another kids game.The Father is watching I is son get DEBO and he really doesnt want to reprimand DEBO because of the repercussions that may follow. I see the look in the Fathers eyes so I tell my nephew of you dont get your PUNKA** off this boys game.The Father looked at me with his Thank You eyes and I watched my nephew go after his next victim and again the saga continues.Great place for kids as long as parents know they must keep vigilant watch over their younginsn in order to keep the PEACE

With the help of my wife and children this Chuck E. Cheese gets 5 stars its not a place for me tho I would prefer to watch sports and drink not drink and have to watch kids. Just my opinion

Had my sons 4th birthday here. The host was the sweetest young woman, she was so polite and really knew what she was doing. She dealt with the cake, food, entertainment. The games were so fun. The photo booths were a huge hit for us! Honestly, I would bring my son back. This was his first time and I cant express how happy I am. They really made my sons party amazing! Thank you! We are making plans to come back very soon!

My son has a blast ever time we go! We prefer going here because he loves getting the physical tickets, whereas a lot of places are doing the digital tickets now.

My kids to old for a child establishment.

It keeps kids entertained. The ticket counter locations needed emptied...out of eight stations, only three could be occupied. Wasnt really busy either.

Great place for a kid to be a kid!I recently had a birthday party here for my daughter. The hostest was great! She took care or everything and didnt give me a hassle with using multiple coupons. The price was great. I spent about $320 and had 15 kids and 30 adults. The party room is separated from the game area which makes for a great birthday party that is just for your family.

Nice place for kids. The best thing I like is that it is very safe. There is only one door to enter and exit and they tag your kid with you and only you can take them out. There are several games kids can enjoy for a about all the ages. Even I join my kid playing certain video games

My son loves it here. We come during the day when its less busy and he has roam of the place

Had my daughters 8th birthday party here and in comparison to other places, for food and hours of games, the price wasnt too bad. We did the middle package and all kids left happy!

Half of the machines didnt work after they charged you for them, bad kids unsupervised running around everywhere and cutting in front of little ones. Crowded. Not much for young kids to do. When you want to cash in your tickets for a prize you have to wait 15 minutes. Waste of time and I will not be back, ever!! I definitely do NOT recommend. Im honestly shocked by all of the good reviews they have.

I was there with my family. The one young man name Adam was great than there was a young girl that worked there who needs to learn how to talk to people who are only asking her to do her job if I didnt have I good interaction with Adam I would of only gave them one star because of her.

Very crowded. Fun games but it was hard to move around and easy to lose track of kids. They do have staff at the door checking to be sure kids are leaving with their family.

This place has always been a favorite! Years ago for myself &siblings and now for my kids. I was worried about this place for a little while but they managed to pull it together....Lots of new games ...pizza here is always VERY TASTY! Friendly staff!! m happy theyre still standing and better than ever!!!!

I took my Grandchildren here because they love to play the many games. They offer snacks, pizza, salads and even pasta. They have amenities for birthday parties and group settings as well. Great family atmosphere, assistance and service with a friendly smile.

My Daughter loves this place. I take her every Saturday or Sunday. She is just now warming up and playing with the other kids and really starting to enjoy her self.

The games entertain the children very well and there are enough games so children play well together and by themselves. The pizzas taste really good and we enjoyed the added salad bar plus now we can get gluten free pizza too. It truly is a fun evening with the family.

What a great way to beat the summer heat! Our group of five enjoyed 3 hours in the well organized, clean facility. We were greeted by a pleasant hostess who gave us info on the options related to game passes. There was a good variety of games that interested kids of different ages, and they all loved dancing with Chuck E. Everyone found something on the menu they liked, and the salad bar was fresh and well stocked! The friendly staff often checked in with us to make sure we were having a great time; definitely a 5 Star rating for the Parma Chuck E Cheese!

Its a standard chuck e cheese they dont have the sandwiches anymore at this location and they need to update there games/rides.

Decent place with fun stuff to do with my small family. I grew up going here and over the years it has changed. I gave it 3 stars because its not always the cleanest and best place to be. By that I mean dont go on the weekends! Its packed with kids running wild, parents no where to be found. Yes its a place for kids, but not a place for kids to run wild and possibly hurt other kids without the parents even watching.

There for birthday party my grandson camp but have fun there excellent party excellent day. We all had a great time and a great day.

This CC is very busy on weekends and at times during the week. My Grandkids along with my wife and I. Spent about 3 hrs there on a Saturday. I observed the staff working very hard to keep up and done a great job in everything bit keeping the tables cleaned off. If people that eat would throw away there own trash. It would be a 5 star place.

Came in at 845p. Kids were told Chuck E would be coming out at least once more. They were disappointed, he never came back out. Cashier messed up our game cards which cut out our time to use them by at least 15 minutes. Then had to wait yet more time because my correct change was not given back. No reimbursement or coupons given. Cheese fell completely off of the pizza. 4 main attractions broken down & staff very unhelpful on this visit. 1 staff even playing the bball game with a customer while my child waited to use. Ive had better experiences at this location so unsure if it was because they close at 10p & felt like their night was over already but had to waste time until my locksmith arrived & thought this would have been a good idea.

It was very enjoyable. The kids had a wonderful time. I was impressed with the quality of the food as I was not to thrilled with the pizza a few years back, it has been a while since I have been here and have to say the food has improved much. For those of you with younger children, you will be happy to know that there is a greater selection of rides and games for the very young that was not present some years ago. I remember having trouble with my youngest child when he was 2 do to only a small jungle gym with 1 slide being his only true option, that was not a problem for the 2 year old that had accompanied my group of friends. All in all activities feel far more balance for all children of various ages. If you have not been here in a while I would encourage to give it a try. Chucky was friendly and willing to take pictures with the kids, though not as energetic as Chuckys of the pass; but children loved him none the less.

The Staff were very friendly and the place was clean. The kids loved playing all the games, even my 3 year old could play without help.

I hated Chuck E Cheese so much that my 8 y/o had only ever been once and my 4 y/o first time was just this year!!! But after coming to the Parma location weve already been 4xs this year! The staff really makes the experience barrable for parents and caregivers. The prices can be steep but there is always a coupon or online deal to be found. Ask for the Manager Crissi, she is AMAZING!!!

Took my niece to a birthday party. It was well organized and the kids enjoyed it. Restaurant was clean including the restroom and all the staff were friendly.
