Beautiful neighborhood; however, I wasnt able to view the inside of the model home. I felt as though I was judged on my status and my looks. The representative rushed the interaction in their office and gave me a flyer. As I was leaving I saw that another family had been granted a tour and were returning. I wish the interaction was more pleasant but the area and style of the homes are beautiful.

If your looking for a large house for a decent price then this community is for you. It has a mountain village feel and has Toll Brothers as a builder, which if you have ever been in their homes you will know that this quality of home is hard to find. You can get 3000 sq ft home starting under 500K. The same house further south west or west will cost you maybe almost 650K starting I am sure. Community has walking paths, community center, community coffee shop ...

Expensive? A bit. Worth every penny, absolutely. The customer service is amazing, genuine, and the quality is leaps and bounds above most builders.
