I went here recently and had an amazing time! Not only was the environment well taken care of but I had a great experience with the manager named Jared who helped me with a few things I had questions about. He was very informative, polite and seemed to direct other staff members well. I will definitely be returning! Thanks Jared for the great experience!

Huge building, lots of different activities for kids of all ages. Small restaurant to grab a bite to eat or drink, and an arcade area (not included in the the price of admission) but still reasonable.

My 2 daughters had their birthday party there today. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Party host was super nice. Prefect day!!

Horrible experience. Bathroom had no toilet paper and kids came in and threw wet paper towels at me. One of them was an employee who I later saw working dodgeball around 8 October 10th 2020. He then proceeded to verbally accost small children and me. I was yelping for help but it never came. He then kicked out a bunch of older kids who were heroically trying to stop him. The rest of the staff were extremely nice and helpful but this employee should be sacked.

Great place for kids to have a good time young and old! Make sure that you bring your own socks or you will end up having to buy them from them. Might want to eat something before you go because the food is something that could be better! Overall fun place for you to bring the family for a night of fun and games!

My 7.5 year old loves it. He primarily plays dodgeball so hes the youngest getting beamed by teenagers and throwing balls back with equal force. Its nice to have a place open for children to be children with COVID-19 not as under control. The limit the number of children or people allowed on. You now have to schedule blocks of time to play to keep within the acceptable range of people within the establishment. Its clean and orderly plus a great place for kiddos to blow off some quarantine steam!

Toddler time is when we go and its fantastic for all the little ones to run and have fun without bigger kids pushing them out of the way.

Came with friends and had lots of fun! At first, we filled out the form, paid for the tickets and bought the special socks for jumping. We were bouncing around for an hour and spent tons of calories. Free Wi-Fi is available but none of us were using it, we were exploring the new zones. I like playing basketball and jumping like in a movie. Prices are reasonable. You can also by the membership for 1 or 3 months. Great place to expend some extra energy!

Had my daughters 9th birthday party there. Price was good, pizza was very good and the customer service was great. Our party host Dani had the disposition and attitude for someone in that particular job. She very was fun, helpful, informative and as nice as could be. A definite recommendation

The staff at Sky Zone are friendly, customer/kid-oriented, patient and so polite. The facility is always clean and there are plenty of work stations throughout this Sky Zone location. The manager, Kaitlyn, is amazing. I’ve had a few questions with my sons membership (regarding extensions due to Covid) and she has been patient with me, fair and accommodating.Not sure when bday parties will be an option there, but when allowed/safe to resume this, I highly recommend the Parker Sky Zone. The staff went above my expectations when my son had his bday there awhile back and additionally, bday packages come with 1 free year of unlimited jumping. This is such a great place for kids to get exercise while parents can get work done.

So much to do. Private party rooms with their own party host. Food tastes great as well. Will totally continue to come back.

Our kids love it! We go often and then spend the entire hour moving instead of sitting in front of screens. A win/win for us!

Fun place to take the kiddo! The staff are good but are teenagers so seem like they arent paying much attention. I watch my own kids though and dont let them go crazy where theyll hurt themselves or others but not everyone does. When that happens it takes the fun out of going.

We had our sons birthday party here. The staff were helpful and easy to work with during the planning and the actual event. All the kids enjoyed jumping around in the different areas. Our kids slept well that evening.

This place is super fun. Great for kids of all ages, good for really active kids. They now have warp walls theirs a ten foot wall for littler kids too.

This place is great! My son has a monthly pass, he usually goes on Glow Night, (Friday) Its all neon and glowing with blacklights on and dodgeball firing. Very affordable with the membership package, and its a fun activity, that gets them a lot of exercise.

Super fun place to take the kids! Way more than just trampolines. Theyve got obstacles courses, dodge ball, chicken fights, basketball WITH trampolines, and a ball pit. It was really, really warm in there, though. I got sweaty and I wasnt even jumping! Really good staff that actually kept a pretty sharp eye in what was going on, even with a hundred kids running around. There were some awfully short shots on some of the staff, though, which also kind of detracted a bit. Totally worth the going, though. My kids passed right out when we got home.

The new obstacles and warped wall are awesome. The kids are safe and burning tons of energy. Try to keep the socks for subsequent visits.

Had to do some auto repairs, took my 2 kids here (4 yr old and 2 yr old). The person up front told me I had to pay because my daughter was 2.. plus the socks. So $50 total for 1 hour to jump on a trampoline.. hahaha what a crock. Never again.

I visited with my kids Thursday 0ct 10 for Tot Time in the morning. After signing all the waivers, I proceeded to cashier to pay. I was asked if I had SkyZone jump socks. I said yes. He asked to see them. I showed him the socks with silicone traction nubs I had bought the last time we were at a jump park in the last month, worn once. He said since they were not exactly the SkyZone ones, we would have to buy new ones? I asked why since they were identical in every way but the color pattern. He said he could not ensure the quality of my socks. I asked him why quality was important. He didnt have an answer. I am guessing the answer should have been safety, but after the waivers I just signed, the real reason is obviously money. Of course he is just the minimum wage front desk worker, so working from policy I am sure. Anyway, attitude of staff and situation lost my business, I left and will never be going back.

One of my favorite places to take my son. They have toddler time on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:30-1200, and Saturday mornings 8:30-10 (I would double check that time).Honestly, sometimes he doesnt even make it a full hour! Thats how much crazy fun he has! Totally worth it, and you can get a little exercise too! That is, if your kid doesnt ignore you to go flirt with the other moms

My kids love this place so we had both of my girls birthdays here this year and the got a 1 year jumping pass. Its great to be able to come after school and let them wear themselves out!

Brought socks from another trampoline park and they made us purchase theirs. Most of the stuff was closed and way too many people to be able to safely jump around. Paid for 90 minutes and left after 5. Spider monkey is so much better than this place. Wont be coming back

Went here with my daughters friend and they had a blast. We avoided the dodgeball area but played everywhere else. Great for practicing your flips and gymnastics or working on your slam dunk. Just a fun, family friendly way to burn off extra energy and some calories. I am trying to set up a trip with a work group even.

We always have a blast at this location! The staff is very friendly and the place is very clean. We did birthday parties for our girls here, and got the 90-day pass for our son, so we tend to come here 2-3 times a week (or more). We really appreciate how friendly and accommodating everyone is here.One small piece, our second girls birthday part was on a busy day, and it took our guests over 30 minutes to log into the party; then, our time in the room was cut short by 10 minutes. I was unable to bring this up with management at the time because of a work emergency, and obviously, its far too late to address now. Our first B-day party was GREAT though; if you plan on doing a B-day party here, just try to pick a slower day/time so you dont run into these issues.

Ive been here several times and I just gotta say this place is swell! High quality equipment monitored by high quality staff. I even got to throw a ball or two! If asked if I like this place, I would say yes. Katelyn and TJ made my most recent escapade to this facility a nice experience. If you are reading this still, you will most likely enjoy it too!

We have had an absolutely wonderful experience working with the SkyZone staff for our daughters birthday celebration! From start, to finish, EVERY SINGLE STAFF member we encountered was wonderful. Very helpful, customer service oriented, and kind! They also went out of their way to really help us when we hadn’t received as many RSVPs for our daughters birthday as we expected. We are so thankful to them for taking such an interest in our family, and for making this experience a great one! Thank you! We will definitely be back!

Pretty fun place but not the best for really young kids. This is more geared to 8+ kids since they really only have one area where the younger kids can play. Places like Defy and other jumping places have more little kid-friendly areas.

Great place for the kids and even adults. Lots of trampolines, some have themes. There are lockers. No outside food is allowed. There is a concession stand with snacks. Gift cards available. You can host parties here.

Very fun, me and bunch of friends go here all the time and just have a blast. Very affordable, it has basketball, free jump, and my favorite dodgeball. I see a lot of kids here enjoying there time. Great staff. Only complaint is it takes a very long time to get snacks, maybe like 5 minutes. But overall better than jump street!

Fun fun fun!! My wife and I took our four year old here for a bit of jumping fun. It also happens that her sister was in town with her husband. We all had a a really fun time jumping on the many trampolines, dunking basketballs, and jumping into the foam pit.

All staff are 16 year olds who are more interested in flirting with each other than actually enforcing rules or establishing safety for the children. When talking to them they are rude and disrespectful. 100% would not recommend.

Joyful Experience!! So much fun and exercise packed into one hour. The check in was easy and fast. The place was immaculate which is super important to me when I am out in the public interacting. My sister and I jumped for over 45 minutes burning 750 calories. What an excellent way to start the year. Cant wait to go back.

A super-fun trampoline park! My kids had a blast here! Great for a chilly day, or a day off of school, and fun for kids 7 years old or so, all the way up through their teens. This is worthwhile!

Nice place to take the kids, but does not have a dedicated zone for smaller kids. I saw a few kids get hurt and start crying because a bigger person fell on them by accident or ran into them. For bigger kids, I think this is a great place to go although a little costly in my opinion compared to other trampoline places I have been to.

This review is solely for the adult fitness classes. They are a great way to get some fun exercise, and if you buy the package, the classes are pretty cheap for an hour. You only have to buy socks once, as long as you remember to bring them with you on future visits. The instructors are fun and upbeat and have lots of different activities to keep your heart rate up. If you push yourself, you can burn a lot of calories in this class.

Definitely fun for kiddos, originally I rated them a 4 but their management has become greedy getting ride off their 30 minute option. That was perfect at times, and younger kids often dont need 60. May have to start going elsewhere.

My kids adore this place. They can bounce or jump into the foam pit. Its a great place for them to get their energy out while i work on the laptop.

Great birthday party! We had my sons 8th birthday party here and it was so easy. The staff was all fantastic! You can tell that everyone really enjoys working there and they helped make my sons birthday very specials. I highly recommend birthday parties at Sky Zone!!

Fun place, staff is great, food is great .. all and all a great experience.

Neat! Took our two granddaughters, 4 and 6, and they had a blast. My son suggested 2 hours, and that was a little too long, but after a 30 min lunch break, they were good for the final hour. My only complaint is the fact you cant bring your own food, and they offer nothing healthy to eat at all.

Pretty fun for the kids. They have a fun slam dunk area, as well as a foam pit to do flips. The tables were dirty, how ever, and the food was really expensive and didnt taste good. The age requirement for the nerf area was 9, which seemed kind of old.

We went for toddler time on a Saturday morning and it was a ton of fun. Our 2.5 year old had a great time and even our 10 month old was able to sit with me on the trampoline.
