Me and my best friend took our husbands here for their birthdays last week and had a blast! Our flight instructor was Brian, he was sweet, easy going and made sure we were all comfortable. He walked us through everything to set our minds at ease. Brian told us that he had been in the field for over 5 years, and his skill definitely showed! We enjoyed it so much that we purchased the nicely discounted return flyer rate! If your looking for fun, laughs with a touch of excitement, definitely check this place out!

My kid has an awesome time for a friends birthday here, he even asked if we could have his next birthday here as well! The staff is really friendly and eager to help. Highly recommended.

This is my third time flying. It was okay, however, they keep you close to the net. I had a much better experience the first two times. It seems they use to charge $20 to go all the way up, know they charge you that for going half way up. I think they keep the air turned down until you pay the additional money.They give you tips so they expect tips. It was never like that before the Pandemic. Just saying.

Fun as hell. Miguel is a good teacher. Make sure you make reservation beforehand and try your best to remember all the cues so that you can spend more time flying up and less on them having to correct your form.Thanks Miguel for squeezing all of my party in!

Fun experience, the staff were accommodating and patient, ready to work with you all the way. All in all I had fun and Miguel was a great instructor as well. Will definitely go back.

I took my son on his birthday and he had a blast. It was awesome. I took my daughter as well and they enjoyed indoor flying. Place is neat, cool and enough place for non flyers to sit around and watch.Staff were really friendly. I suggest you take pictures and video from your phone. Tickets and photos were too expensive. I guess it for the trainers and maintenance. I would like if they had more flying time the price and the time they fly doesn’t justify. It was a good experience for us.

I starting going to iFly to train for the AFF skydiving course, and after a few sessions at iFly Paramus, I will continue training there to advance my flight skills. Mac, Kristin, and Brian are wonderful instructors who truly want to see you advance and succeed. I have continued coaching with Brian, and hes helped me greatly improve my body stability and flying skills. Every lesson with Brian has been targeted to learning new skills while solidifying previously learned skills. The progress from just a few lessons has exceeded my expectations and built my confidence levels more and more. As a tall person, learning body flight can be difficult at the start, but Brian was able to help me adjust to a more comfortable, stable freefall position. I am now able to do several minutes in the tunnel at a time, where in the beginning I was struggling to even do one minute. I will continue flying at iFly due to the wonderful, welcoming, and caring staff at the iFly Paramus.

One of the newer tunnels out there and they already have a great crew. The management through the instructor staff are fun, friendly, and ready to share it all to make for unforgettable experiences. I was able to get a little time on a Tuesday afternoon and it was great seeing all the new flyers having such a good time defying gravity.

Such a fun time. I would recommend this for anyone over the age of 0 years old. Our family had a wonderful time. The flight instructors are great and other than the ability to listen and follow instructions you don’t need anything else.

Brought myself (age49) and 8 teens here for Christmas present. Wonderful experience and memory for the kids. Great facility and staff. Nikki, our flight instructor, was particularly awesome! Will definitely return.

Parties are very low tier vs other options in the area.Hi Everyone, just wanted provide a warning as to planning a party here. The flying part is great but after that the staff and party rooms are very under trained and non helpful.1500$ for (24) 1 minute rides and 3 pizzas with no host or helper is crazy.They state “ Fully Decorated party room” please know this means a monitor in your conference room with plates. ( at least in my case )The contract also states something to the effect of staff to help with everything. Please expect to run out of the room time and time again as the staff is busy ringing up guest who walk in. There is actually no staff member that is dedicated to the parents who are hosting a party.The people who book the party over the phone are also misleading and or dishonest when they say 2-2minute rides per kid. Its 2- 1 minute rideReasons I had to go get worker..Pizzas Late- Not their fault.No table ClothNo UtensilsNo DecorationsNo CandlesNo lighterNo host helper again to help with the partyNot told where anything in the room was.Parents were not told what room party would be in for over an hour.No where to put jackets or giftsAt 1500$ for a dozen kids you are better off having a huge party at powerhouse for 30 kids and then taking your children to fly here after for the same price .

Fun and unique experience. They are great with adults and kids. Very informative and make you very comfortable about the process!

This place is great. Flying is pretty easy with simple instructions they give you. The staff super friends and make sure they give you the confidence to fly. Would do again.

Update 4/3/18: Now open ahead of schedule and currently taking flights. Hats off to the construction teams. Stopped in to check it out today and they had a big crowd. Lots of young people waiting to fly. Good viewing area for visitors and guests. Very bright, friendly atmosphere. I watched the action for a while and its very entertaining. Flights only last a minute and they move people in and out without missing a beat. All the flyers looked like they were having a good time. Looks like this is going to be a popular recreation for those that can afford it. At $89.95 for two one minute flights (Mon-Thurs) and $109.95 on weekends, its a tad pricey.Looks awful fun though.

Indoor skydiving is great, but their CUSTOMER SERVICE is TERRIBLE.In short: go for it, but SOMEWHERE ELSE.My husband got it as a surprise for our anniversary so we both took a day off work to go. BUT the night before they canceled due to technical problems so we ended up wasting it. Now, that can happen of course, but sometimes its just the little things…Like, any kind of apology little discount? A free/discounted additional minute/picture/video? Anything? Nope. Instead, they were SUPER PUSHY, trying to sell additional stuff repeatedly, and Ive never got asked to leave a gratuity so many times in 5 minutes, especially by someone that had messed up like that.Literally, when we mentioned theyd messed up they were like oh yeah, sorry... would you like to buy more? Do you wanna leave a gratuity?”.Now, I ALWAYS leave gratuity, even when something happens, plus I work in the customer service/marketing field too, and Ive never ever treated a customer like that. Things can happen, but you can either fix them or make it worse.The moment you get inside, you think you are gonna just sign a regular waiver, nothing more… Nope!With a big, warm and classic salesman 1.01 smile, they make you sign a lot of ridiculous unfair clauses, like if you get hurt for ANY reason, including THEIR NEGLIGENCE, you and your HEIRS (!) are forever prevented to file any suit or claim. Same thing in case your belonging get damaged or lost. Seriously?They also make you sign a consent to give your images and your name to them to do what they wish in perpetuity, including any commercial purpose. And of course they collect a lot of your personal information. What about my right to privacy?AND theres no way at all you can skip any of these separate clauses. It doesn’t matter if you don’t wanna share some of your non-necessary personal information, like your phone number, if you don’t wanna give them perpetual commercial rights on your image and name, or don’t agree with some ridiculously unfair clause. Either you agree and sign each one of them, or you cannot proceed to the activities you have ALREADY PURCHASED.Plus, your medias is not even in a private link! You can browse anyones stuff if you want. Oh, and FYI, if you buy the package including video and picture, know that you are paying for ONE SINGLE VIDEO/PICTURE. If you want all of them, you have to pay separately for each. Seriously? A couple of webcam pictures and a one minute webcam video? Youre better off bringing a friend that will take pics and videos on their phone…And in order to download your pics/videos you HAVE TO give up your personal information again, including your address and phone number.So: DO skydiving, but SOMEWHERE ELSE if you can. Especially in hard times like these we should support businesses that deserve it.

Great experience bringing my 5 year old to the place. Kevin who was the instructor for her group gave a really fun pre flight lesson and Devin who made her really “fly” up the tube was fantastic.Highly recommend the place!!

A bit pricey for the amount of time you spend in the tube, but they offer great discounts for return visits which should offset the high costs of the initial purchase.Overall the atmosphere is great, all of the thrills of skydiving without having to jump out of a plane. Great place to start off slow and work your way up. Family and friends can sit on the other side of the glass and watch/film the whole experience.Definitely recommend checking this place out.

$100 for two sessions in the flight chamber which roughly amounted to 1 minute of flight time. This place is a total ripoff. On the other hand the staff was wonderful.

Had friends/family meet us for my daughter 11th birthday and the kids had a blast!! The parents loved watching the kids fly. The staff was incredibly nice and very helpful. I would recommend it and will be back again.

What an experience me and my bf had here!! I got to say I was a little nervous at first being that I came in hung over (dont judge me ). Our instructor name was Kristin and she was just amazing and optimistic. First you get suited up in a one piece suit which kind of resembles a space suit and you wear what looks like a bikes helmet. Then you watch the video in a separate room which informs you about the experience and then, my favorite part, time to fly! My bf and I paid the extra 20 per person to fly high! And the extra $8 per person for the digital 1minute video of our flight session. Lets just say its an experience like no other and it is totally worth it. Youll surely leave out of there smiling. Total adrenaline rush.

Super!!!! Its a little pricey but well worth it. My kids loved it and wanted more!! Good thing is they offered a discounted voucher for next visit. Yes, I bought the voucher and 100% going back.

One of the most fun things Ive ever done. Staff made us feel so comfortable and made my experience A+ Cornelia was amazing, really friendly. If I was from the area id go more often.

Difficult but new. I imagine it is what skydiving would feel like in a confined more confined and controlled space. Instructor does everything for you. Very, very expensive. I dont know how much real skydiving costs compared with this, but with iFly the risk is pretty much nil. Fly time is too short for the price.

The kids love it, and the instructors are great! Its a little too pricey to do very often, but always a good time when you decide to splurge.

Oh my goodness!!! This rocked!! I was nervous and excited but Ben was so calm and awesome, made everyone feel comfortable. I want to go back for more!!! Im seriously thinking about leaving my accounting job to work there and teach this! I could fly all day!!

What a cool experience. I took my company here for a team building event. Joshua Braunstein was great! He arranged everything and made sure that we all had a great time. I highly recommend this place.

I would have given five stars because of how amazing Nikki our instructor was.But after spending all that money just for a two minute flight, plus photos we didn’t really like were forced upon us because we couldn’t take any pics with our phone...we felt robbed.Nevertheless it was an amazing experience, we would love to return but not to spend all that money for two minutes. Two minutes is not worth 75 dollars.

My BF took me here as a surprise for our anniversary and it was definitely a nice (and interesting) surprise. We were booked for 7:30 pm on a Saturday for two flights, which includes a high flight. This means that on the second flight, your instructor will take you up to 14 feet. Dont worry, an instructor is with you at all times for both flights, and they show you exactly what you need to do before the flights. They provide the suits, helmets, and goggles. You just need to make sure youre not wearing any loose items that can come off (i.e. jewelry, watches, flip flops, etc.)Since our time slot was at 7:30, we thought we would be in and out by 8. However, we didnt finish until past 9. It was a lot of waiting around since we had to wait for other groups ahead of us to finish. Each group has about 12 people, and each flight lasts 30 seconds. We waited until 8:30 until it was finally our groups turn. That being said, just make sure youre not in a hurry to go anywhere afterwards since youll be stuck there for a while.I dont know if I would come back. It was more of a one-time experience for me, but I definitely recommend everyone to try this at least once in their life.Tip - you cant bring anything into the vessel, meaning no phones, meaning no photos (unless you have someone with you who isnt flying - they can take all the photos they want from the outside). But you can purchase a digital copy for $4.

I arrived with my nieces, they had booked an early morning flight. I was merely there to watch their enjoyment and boy did they have a great time. Upon arrival the group was gathered up for pre flight guidance and outfitted with some fly flight suit gear. The instructors provided clear and concise guidance to ensure a pure positive and safe experience. Overall flight time was acceptable with options for flight upgrades with instructors in excess of 40.

I bought a 3 flights package, but they only allow me fly twice. My package includes a digital photo which did not deliver yet.

We had Mac as our instructor and he really made the experience! He was awesome and so was the entire experience!

My 10 yr old had a great time. Instructors are really attentive, its a great place for all ages

I personally didnt enjoy it but the rest of my family loved it. You basically go into a big circular room thing, a powerful fan blows air through the netted floor and you fly up, down and around for two minutes with the help of an attendant. My family was thrilled.

I didnt participate, because it wasnt my birthday, but when I tell your it is even awesome as a spectator, I swear I mean it. Kevin was out inspector!! Really pumped, really knowledgeable and real. He only added to the experience. My fiance loved it! It looks super human. Youre literally flying. The Paramus, NJ location is so close to a places you Mau like to eat afterward. Bahama Breeze was where we went also awesome.

Only watched didnt do it. The real scary part is the price. Each flight is 1 minute. You need min 2 flights. 2 flights at prime time is $110 and $90 non prime. Special discounts for 3 and 4. Most people were doing 3 or 4 flights. Instructor helps you inside and basically holds you down for the minute of flight. You dont go up,more then 5 feet. Air is adjusted by someone on the control based on your weight. For $10 you can get 1 high flight where the instructor will go up with you for about 10 feet or so. It does look like fun, its a nice and clean place. Staff were very, nice.

Great experience, a lot of fun! Our instructor, Brian was great...he really took his time to explain what we were about to do, and was super patient with our amateur group. I still wouldnt jump out of a plane, but I would do this again in a heartbeat!!

I have been to an IFLY before and had an amazing experience there. I visited this place in 2018. It is closer to me, but I would rather no go here. The place is too crowded. The group was at least 35-45 mins late. The instructor was rude and uninterested.

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, good times, but the wait for class can be long.

Great experience for kids. However, for my kid, wind in the face not that comfortable. It takes getting used to. Also for kids to have fun, they need to be able to over come the wind and be able to have control of their arms and legs against 70+ mph winds.

Awesome experience! Look into coupons and packages for sale before you go. It is expensive but a unique experience. Brian was our guide and did a great job with all flyers. Pay attention to the intro video as it will help you fly and inturn you will maximize your flight experience.

Hair Tip for flying!!! If you have long hair, please do yourself a favor and braid or put it in a bun if you can fit it in with the helmet. DO NOT wear your long hair in a ponytail, it will knot like crazy when you are in the chamber!! Talking from experience it took me almost 2 hrs to detangle my hair.With that said, it was an amazing experience! We learned how to control our bodies in a neutral position as we were flying. After you mastered keeping still then we practiced turning our bodies just using our hands. Our instructor, Brandon, was amazing and passionate about what he does! I would go back here again!

Good experience, although having tried the real skydiving, it was a bit of a let down for my partner. A big shout out to our iFLY instructor BRIAN who was amazing! Our only issue was how they charge 4 bucks each for a picture, which is ridiculous cause the photos werent good at all! I mean we can capture better ones with our phones. Hence if you are travelling in groups, take turns taking your pictures by yourselves rather than buying it from them.

Only 2 minutes and you have to make a reservation before you come.

Definitely so super ridiculous on price theres no argument in that; but my 6 year old just went, we were lucky to get a spot we were walk ins spent 3 hour wait there but with all the excitement and entertainment it felt like just an hour. My 6 year old got to expierence a once in a life time thing, Kristin was her instructor and she is by far the best instructor there is!!! she was so kind and gentle my daughter was nervous but kristin looked out for her and took care of her like she was her own. At the end of it all my daughter had a smile on her face, more confidence in herself due to her instructor coaching her on, and accomplished something that was worth the money and wait...will definitely go back this place rocks wish there was more locations... staff and instructors are great!!!

My daughter enjoyed this place. She wants to return. Seems a bit pricey for a 2 minute entertainment. But Costco runs a discounted promotion on this.
