My sweet little lady started gymnastics here and absolutely loved it! The staff was amazing in helping her learn new moves and skills and made her really feel like a gymnast. the building is a little outdated but still useable and clean. great environment.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this facility! I have been taking my daughter there for the past 2 1/2 years and my son for the past year. This fall my toddler and I will be starting the parent/child class, which I have done with my older two. While they do not take credit cards, I have not found that to be a deterrent. Although, I do think it would be convenient.The gymnastics teachers that we have worked with are WONDERFUL with young children. They do an excellent job of teaching proper equipment use and safety, a huge plus for my daredevil children. Even my lone-wolf, 3-year-old son adores his teachers! We have not had much experience with the swim instructors, as my daughter only had one swim session as a baby before we opted for gymnastics instead.

I signed up my toddler for swimming class here, and the description on the website stated it was for getting kids “comfortable in water”. I should’ve seen the warning signs when my daughter (3) was the only one who showed up to class..The lady running the class repeatedly dunked my daughter during her very first session, even as my daughter cried out “no”! Not surprisingly, my daughter came out of this class more terrified of the water than previously. The method this woman (Ms. Amy) used was NOT appropriate for this age group . I felt very uncomfortable watching during the entire session. And afterwards the “teacher” had the nerve to tell me, “I need to get her more comfortable in the water, because she spends too much time warming up”. Whatever the eff that means. I guess dunking my daughter the entire class didn’t appease her enough? Needless to say we got our money back and will not be returning.

Our son is almost 5 and has been going to Gymnastics for about a year and a half and he loves it! I am surprised at how much he can do and he the patience he shows in class. I could do without all the candy venting machines but I also can easily tell my kids no.

We have enjoyed our experience for our toddler at Kids Body Shop. It is a great environment for young ones to learn directions and group interactions. I recommend Kids Body Shop and will continue to move on in classes as my child gets older.

I have a 3 year old interested in gymnastics and we probably would have had fun here. We arent hard to please. I called on the 13th to see if a class was available, and I was told that it was but since they dont take credit cards they couldnt put my kid down for the class online or over the phone. I showed up for the class on the 20th and it was full, and I was treated like an idiot for not knowing this. I got the this class has been full for ages vibe and I was condescendingly asked if I called the facility to verify. After noting that the website said otherwise it was fixed, but seriously, who doesnt take credit cards? I can take credit cards. It is called PayPal. For the sake of my kid I might try this place again, and if I do I will amend my review, but I would recommend a better front desk person. One with people skills.

We put our 3 year old in swim lessons there and had a really good experience until she had a different teacher show up for a class. This individual repeatedly pushed the kids heads under water even when they started crying which led to them choking on water. Now we have a child that is scared of water and waking up at night screaming. This might be effective teaching for older children, but not 3 year olds. Totally unacceptable behavior for an instructor to teach a child like that and 4 of the 6 kids were sobbing by the end of the session. We asked why this instructor was allowed to do this and the answer was she has seniority. So frustrating!

Ive been taking my kids here for over 10 years for both swimming and gymnastics. Every staff member is kind, loving and knowledgeable. As a business their policies and practices are fair. My kids love coming to swim/gym class and their birthday parties are inexpensive and fun too. I cant say one bad thing about Kids Body Shop. The business may have been around for a long time, but you dont see its age negatively affecting the childrens instruction. Rather, because they have been around for so long, they know what works and what doesnt. We couldnt be happier with the instruction, facility or business practices. I will continue to recommend KBS.

Can you guys PLEASE get the pot holes in the parking lot fixed already!

The facility is old, out dated, and they line the halls with vending machines full of junk food. The customer service was horrible, especially the receptionist. She was rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. The instructors were nice and good with the kids, however the condition of the facility and Mainly dealing with the receptionist has convinced me to take my children elsewhere.

We just happy .
