We just moved in a week ago...for the second time...and we love it here! Tammy in the office is wonderful and so accommodating and the people are so friendly. Its going to be a great year here!
Friendly place! Relaxing, tropical, country setting, closest interstate access ever, hop skip and a jump from all the beaches and cities around Tampa Bay, 15 min to Ellenton Outlets, Orlando attractions just up the interstate, everything is easy to get to from here. I will stay again!
We stayed one month. The only issue was some low electrical currents in the overflow section where we were. The maintenance guy came right out and fixed it. We loved the pool, tidy lawns and well organized trash area where we could recycle and see our scrap metal being collected. Great place, super friendly.
We Had a 10 days reservation at Fiesta grove and paid a $150 deposit. When we arrived we told them we could only stay 3 days due to the pandemic situation we needed to get home. We were told we had toPay the full 10 days. Our confirmation email said nothing about their cancellation policy. We argued that these times are anything but normal and news is changing every day. They simply didn’t care. All we were told was “it’s their policy”. They said they couldn’t sell our lot again. It didn’t matter because they had several empty sites. It’s sad that they choose to profit off of senior citizens in the middle of this pandemic and economic crisis especially for seniors with elevated health risks. SHAME ON THEM,,,,,,ITS A DISGRACE!!!
Great place to stay. Friendly staff.
Lovely RV park. Nice folks, very clean, nice heated pool, lots to do. We stayed for long weekend, they were full, so only had power and water, but dump station very convenient when pulled out this morning. $39 a night (we got Good Sam discount). Will be back
We just moved here from Bradenton on the Riverwalk area. Its very quiet and peaceful. It has everything we need while living in our travel trailer. Very nice staff and neighbors.
+55 adult park, a very clean clubhouse, pool and very friendly people! Great if you have a dog!!
This is our new stop over place when heading south. With most parks below Tampa catering to long term stays the managers at Fiesta Grove were very helpful to us for our single night stay. As others noted very clean and quiet. Office was closed when we arrived but manager saw us drive in and guided us to our spot and ran and got us a 50 amp converter when I realized I didnt have one in my electric box.
It is wonderful friendly people quiet
Clean. Well organized. Managers were already gone by the time we got there so despite the free WiFi we couldn’t get on it without the password. (Were told the password is available in the post office... which also needs a code.)
My husband and I and our two small dogs have had the pleasure of staying at Fiesta Grove in our fifth wheel for the past 81/2 weeks and have enjoyed every moment. The park is very well tended, quiet and the full hook up RV lots are paved and generously sized. The folks here have been friendly, helpful and courteous. It is conveniently located with a Dollar General just down the road and plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations within a ten mile radius. We both give the park two thumbs up and will definitely be looking to stay here again should our travels bring us back to the area. Happy Trails!
We just arrived in our motor home and the streets are paved and the pads are asphalt with picnic tables. The managers were extremely nice and helpful. Lovely manicured lawns. But, its basically a trailer park. Anxious to check out the pool and laundry. The laundry area has been renovated.
Someone is adding 25% on top of electric bill. Not good !
Only been here 2 days. Hoping to have a great stay.
Decent mhp nice lake and community
My son and I are military veterans and I am a disabled retiree. We decided to attend an RV repair school in Palmetto, we booked a spot 4 months out and gave them the details ofwho was coming, etc. When we arrived I went to the office to pay, the park manager from the back office yelled “he has to leave, he can’t stay.” When she did come out, no introductions, etc., she said we had to leave the park immediately because my son is 25, even though we had told them he was staying with me and I am 55. Seriously! And this was the beginning of the conversation. Welcome to Fiesta Grove LOL.The manager, LaDonna was rude, inconsiderate and demeaning. Not sure how she got the job. They are obviously not veteran friendly and not flexable.I would suggest a different park if you are looking for a veteran friendly place.
Nice, well organized only drawback is lack of shade. Quiet, pool and laundry are well above average.
The very first thing you will notice about Fiesta Grove as you drive onto the property is its cleanliness. As you make your way slowly around the perimeter and through the various streets is that just about every single person you pass on the street or see in their yards wave to you. That may seem odd to some people but the more time you spend in this place you will see that friendliness is their number one commodity. You will meet people from so many different walks of life that you will be amazed. You may meet a retired Chicago cop one day and the retired corporate CEO the next. Military retirees abound as do Carpenters, Plumbers, Nurses, and Teachers. My wife, Donna and I have been Snow Bird residents at Fiesta Grove for three years now. We love the location, we love the way the park is managed, and we love all the activities that are available to one and all. Jerry and Susan Burgess who were hired to manage the park go out of their way to make the environment a great experience for everyone . Jerry is in charge of the park maintenance and upkeep and Susan manages the day to day operation of the park office and scheduling . They work hand and hand together and put in many, many hours of stressful work to make the park the success it has become. Theres an awful lot to like about Fiesta Grove but its the friendliness of the people that bring us back year after year. Come spend some time with us and you will better understand just how unique of a place it is. Ill bet if you visit us once youll be hooked.
Had a problem with the electric box. Tom the manager of the park came and took care of it and stopped by daily to see if everything was OK. Happy with the results. Thanks Tom.
Dont bother to reserve spots here. Theyll rent it anyway and if youre reserved spot becomes available during the day your stay you HAVE to move. You dont have a choice.
Here for 2 months. Nice park, grass, pads, friendly people and nice pool.
