Nicd cozy little place. We found it through Air BNB. The folks around the community are very friendly. The park is very clean. The swimming pool is very clean and welcoming. We did, however, find ourselves traveling up to clear water and downtown Tampa. Those areas are better suited to our likes and therefore, we will probably look for a place closer to those areas, next time. This is a great option though.
This rental resort is top notch. The staff are very helful and the grounds are very well taken care of. Call to get pricing for your next vacation destination. This property is located off of 41 near 75 on ramp.
This is my second season at Terra Ceia. I have had offers from OTHER RV resorts to move there for less to get a Massage Therapist on site - but I could not bring myself to leave the friends I have met here! They ARE my new family!
Nice for a quick lay over. Stayed one night. It was quiet, friendly and easy to get in and out of.
Great staff, nice clean facilities, super nice neighbors!
Very clean well maintained RV resort with very friendly folks.
Condo was cool nice nd comfy. Ppl a lil strict about the road.
Someone from customer service better call me..I now have been forced to hire an attorney.
Only been here 3 days. So far every thing is ok. No spa pool is open limited times and compassity but every one we pass waves and says hi.
Its a pretty place
The friendly residents and guests made this a resort to come back to. The sites for transients were tight, but overall a very nice place to stay.
Basic campground with nothing but a pool
Nice lots. Pool. Kids n retired. Friendly. Kinds expensive for long term rental
Very nice and very quiet, there is an occasional train, but I never heard it at night. There is a good dog park and a nice laundry room. You don’t have to have quarters for the laundry room as they have a credit card machine to pay. There is a great looking pool; however, I never took a dip. I took one star away as I wish there were concrete patios especially sine it rained every afternoon for the two weeks we stayed.
Very quiet. Many people live year round. Office staff is not very friendly. But it has a dog park and is dog friendly, so that usually wins me over.
Nice friendly campground had no problems
I signed upfor Thousand Trails and what do we get the first spot by the entrance next to the dump station with no water hookup in the middle of the night and then no ones there on the weekend to talk to. When you call the number after hours they get a little annoyed with you.
Very clean and well maintained park! And close to everything but yet secluded for peace and quiet!
Very clean! Well kept!
Nice park. Heated pool and clubhouse are both clean and nice with no crowds. Nice doggie Park.
Stayed during Thanksgiving week 2018, nice location, easy access to main road, park was mostly quiet except for someone who rode a motorcycle at God awful hours with radio turned all the way up every day during our stay!! There is a train line nearby but you wouldnt even know it, train came by during daylight hours so we only noticed it twice. Pool warm and clean, clubhouse and bathrooms clean with hot water, doggie park fenced in and mostly clean, some visitors wouldnt clean up after their pets. WiFi wasnt free and was pricey. We checked out day after Thanksgiving but no staffers around, guess they took the long weekend due to the holiday.
Very nice place to stay.
Terra Ceia is a nice, clean little park. Nothing fancy, but nice. Wide roads. Good size lots. The park has many park model homes. Many park residents are winter seasonal residents. Some people live in park year round.Park has a club house. Nice pool area and screened lanai. Inside lanai is a laundry room, restrooms, showers, pool table, tables and chairs, and clubhouse entrance. Shuffle board court is next to pool. Laundry takes quarters or credit cards. There are planned activities for residents to participate in.Most residents are retired. People are friendly. Everyone does their own thing. Saw a few large pot luck dinners while at park. Some residents get together in evening for beer, wine, and cocktails. Seems like theyre all having fun.A railroad track runs next to park. Only heard trains come through during the day. I found the park to be quiet and relaxing.I did find the mens showers and sink area dirty. There was a large amount of hair, like someone shaved beard or body, laying around on floor, and showers were soap scummy. If the people who made the mess would clean up after themselves, area would have looked ok. Im not sure how often restrooms and showers are cleaned. In my opinion, the parks only negative, is that some park model homes and long-term RVs, are in need of updating/repair. They simply are not eye appealing, and do a disservice to a nice little park.I would visit this park again.
Quiet and everyone has a beautiful garden growing but u can only drive 5 mphor u get kicked out
Excellent place to stay !!! Staff is always friendly and on hand to help out !! Highly recommend
