Colonial Manor Mobile Home Park

My mother owned a trailer in there for 26 years she passed away I sold the mobile home to my brother-in-law they found a way to get him out of there and they took the trailer and now they have a maintenance man in their name Bubba that doesn’t do anything in there you have to mow your own yard you have to trim your own trees and they basically threw my brother-in-law out there for water that he did not use it’s sad that people does that the people that bought the trailer park five years ago goes up on the lot rent every year I would never recommend anyone to buy in there The new manager does what she wants when she wants to do it and tells you how to live

Very clean nice place and the residents are really nice and friendly. Located near shopping and resteraunts as well.

Nice people bad managemenr two sisters different rules and will change when they need it to work for them used to be a nice place to live until company change now all they want is money they said it was for improvement s but none was done club house is out dated .they said they had a waiting list to get in very wrong people want out but no one wants to Bay there !!!!!!

Excellent Property Manager! Kathy has cleaned the park up. I was here a couple years ago and lots of drugs, but now it looks like a completely new park. A lot of new homes have been put in and old ones removed. The drugs are out of the park. People are very friendly. I would recommend this park to anyone

Its close to my job and restaurants and fast food.

No pool. Very quiet, clean. 55 plus retirement.

The ones that down grade the park should move on if not happy. When I visit inside the park I dont see nothing wrong. Pleasant people and quite area.

This Park is the worst park in Palmetto. To many 2 way rules depends on who you are as to the rules. Many of the homes look trashy the management will not makr them clean up. A lot of families supposed to be a 55 and older park.Would not recommend park to anyone.

So far so good, only been here a week but kathy in the office has been very helpful and made my moving experience a pleasant one, and I hate moving hope this is the last for awhile !

Colonial Mobile Manor is a wonderful place its so quaint and tucked in by Riviera Dunes and the canal. Lush greenery abounds in this beautiful 55 + Park. Such lovely people live there great area for shopping and eating out as well as 10 minutes to your local Beach and Braden River Parks.

Nice place. Relatively quiet. Wish there were more activities, especially off season, for the full-time residents.

Great place to live. Everything you would need is close by. Walmart, several restaurants of all flavors. Aldis, dollar store, metro pcs. Mobile home center.Everyone is friendly and speak to you.
