Great place to ride with water crossings, mud, challenging trails, and regular trails. The views are magnificent!
Beautiful and awesome Fishing!
Peaceful spot to relax
Its the best and its close
Absolutely stunning!
Awsome views incredible winter adventure. Go prepared .
The gentleman that checks the vehicles was a very pleasant person. Other than that much more clean than ever before.Great job .
Excellent place to go four-wheeling and they have expanded the camping facilities.
They are trying to clean this area up and make it a legitimate oh park. Great place to ATV.
Awesome ride out to the glacier and back, wouldnt recommend doing the entire trip on a trx450r if youre not a pretty experienced rider.
City people destroying Alaska one quad at a time. Total disrespect.
It was fun and beautiful. Open use for camping. Bonfires/campfires allowed. The only downside that dinged a star were so many ATVers that seemed to follow us when we moved our camp site away from them. They were really loud (a given) but also kept blasting back and forth past the little area we picked leaving a large amount of fumes with us. Otherwise recommended.
Favorite place to go during summer day trips
Fun
Awesome scenery and great riding!
One of my favorite places for 4-wheelering. Very busy on the summer weekends. Tons of trails to explore. Large public parking lot for off loading and loading your machines with new bathrooms open in the summer time. Please be careful and courteous of other riders. You will encounter all skill levels from first timers to advanced racers. The trail that goes off the left of the parking lot and runs along the gravel pit is a very easy ride for first timers. Be aware that the gravel pit is private property. If you get all the way to the glacier watch out for moose. They love to hang out along the river.
Great place to get away from the day to day grind!
Easy place to ride, mud sand and forest riding all in one place. It can get crowded and other riders cam be running to fast. Good easy spot to ride though
Easy parking and nice to see a restroom.Could use better signs on the main road going in
Many options to ride
Popular spot with locals. Enormous parking area can easily accommodate the largest RV. Unload your ATV here for an excursion to Knik Glacier.
Twenty years ago, this place was a great place. As I local, I would ride the trails every day. Now, I avoid the place at all costs. The river bed is over run and crowded with motor homes on the weekends. Gun shots, trash, police and idiots fill the banks now. We used to just go further than the city kids could to get away, but, they got braver and go further out. So, I just stay away while the idiots visit.
Beautiful glacier loved it !
Used to b able to camp in woods in ak. Now feels like camping at koa campsite in California
Very well mantained with lovely grassy areas and vistas
Good place to with the dogs to go run them
Great for breaking your atv or getting rid of an old vehicle!
Too much growth out there was a nice get away close to town now not so much
Bunch of drunk Rowdy people. Huge waste of time. Ive lived here for 4 years and I hate it everytime I go. If you leave your car there its going to get burned. Everythings going to get stolen
So pretty
You going to get stuck, break something, break somthing else, drown your truck, Jeep, Quad etc.. because you though that puddle wasnt that deep and so on, but make sure to wash after, the sut is hard to get off everywhere
Great place to get away from the city
Great variety of classy Oriental Cuisine, seafood, and excellent vegetables.
Very open and a great place to ride ATV and fish.
Unless you drink large quantities of alcohol, ride ATVs at 60 mph everywhere you go, and are completely inconsiderate of others, dont bother going. You will have a lousy time and just come away sorely disappointed.
One of my many favorite places
Fun time
Beautiful place
Great Fun
Love that place
Great time atving
Braaaap! Get some!
Too far from Anchorage, please relocate.
Lots of trails!
Beautiful scenery
Cross the creek away from the wood line
