Best mobile home park in Palmdale 10/10 would grow up there again.

Lived here for 4 Years and the community, is clean, the neighborhoods are friendly, but I recently visited again because of some of my mobile home listings are here, and definitely the manager is a very nice person, and she really seems to look after the residents. The park looks well maintained, and clean!

Its a nice quiet place the names of the streets in there. Was only there for about 15 min but definitely a place I would like to live

They might as well get rid of the entrance gate since most of the people who enter through here never have a key and they never screen anyone who enters through here. You pay high rent just to get your car towed. They keep putting up more guest parking spots than permit spots for the residents even though the tenants are the ones paying the rent, not the guests. We have security yet there was a tenant who was shot in this park and someone had drove and crashed into someone’s home and ran off. This is why people are constantly moving out of this place. If you’re a serial killer or a drug addict, come to Sagetree Village because they don’t screen anyone who moves in here as well.

I purchased a parking permit yet they towed my truck anyway. Security guard said he .didnt know and nothing was offered to rectify the loss of 800 dollars and the inconvenience of having no car to get to work in the heat of this desert. Not acceptable

I have lived here for six months and I am very happy here. Management is always in the office with an open door policy. They keep the park maintained very well and welcomed me to use the gym facility and laundry facility which is kept immaculate. I really appreciate the staff having meetings and holiday festivities for all of us. I am impressed with the hospitality I have been shown by management.Thank you,Chrystal Calrow

I was only a visitor. The grounds appear to be upkept. The neighbors in the area i visited are kind of watchdogs, which is a good thing, but then again, listen and watch your every move. The pool is nice with grass area as well as tables and chairs to use, along with a jacuzzi. Theres a recreation room for your use for hosting perhaps a party, etc.

I like it here, quiet no problems. I have never had any incidents. The old manager when I moved in here about 1 1/2 years ago was the only problem, very unprofessional yelling at me from inside her car to my porch. Im glad her and her unprofessional crew are gone. I recommend Sagetree a place to live, unlike the Mountains mobile home park up the street horrible..

As of 2020, this community had change a lot for good. I lived there for over 4 years, and as a real estate agent have sold more than 8 different homes there, the staff is friendly and willing to help when you need it. The maintenance crew helps to keep the community clean and they enhanced the curb appeal of the whole community.

I have a year exactly living here and honestly after all the changes that we’re made with management I’m truly happy to be a part of this community! it’s quite, neighbors are friendly ! You really see the difference with the new management on site ! Very welcoming!

I lived here my whole life there were no problems there is a park there were kids can play there is a lounge and a pool i give this place a 10/10

I have a sibling that has been assured by the security staff that every non-resident is screened upon entry to the park so she has no worry about her abusive ex gaining access. However, I have never been challenged upon entry, despite my out-of-state license plate, which clearly marks me as a non-resident, and regardless of whether the guard is one that has seen me enter before.

The management wouldnt acknowledge me when I walked in. They wouldnt let me see mobile homes that were being offered for sale. They raised the rent, at least according to what they showed me. Terrible experience although the neighborhood seemed nice.

Sagetree Village is a beautiful community to live. Many upgrades have been added to the park over the past 5 years. They do not evict over late fees for electric bills, being utilities do not get late fees. Rent is due on the first of the month and payable by the 6th. They do ask that all residents follow the rules and regulations of the community and all laws by the state. As with any home, if rent is not paid, or you have illegal occupants, you will be asked to moved. The residents of this community work hard together to make this community a place for their families to enjoy. So if you are one to want to stay in a great community and do your part to help, this is the community for you.

A very clean State, very nice, to me is a wonderful place to call home, and very affordable prices.

Two pools and a large Jacuzzi, nice full trees and quiet winding roads throughout, but the rules are a bit intense. No eating or drinking in pool area, no parking in the street in front of a house when visiting, and no private yards, your fence must be under 4

Sagetree aint how it used to b but thats becuz everyone grew up and out that bisshh lol but im always going bam ... Its quite and calm ... Something im moy used to but yet I like how a hectic place that was fun af became a nice place

Its a Westwind Properties or Ray K. Farris Enterprise. Mr Farris is connected to 82 corporations, co-owns the Winchester House of Mystery, but preys on seniors. City of Perris passed emergency city ordinance to stop the raising of space fees to seniors. As for Sage Tree Village, the owner of space 1, had 4 cash buyers denied purchase, requiring Mobile Park permission before a buyer can be accepted. How can an owner consider this an investment, if Ray K. Farris determines whom your buyer is. As a journalist trying to cover this story and investigate it, the corporation plays hide and I keep trying to seek. The armed guards were not licensed by the state to carry guns, but did. Then altercations with tenants! Yeah there is two sides, but no one responds to requests. I took a owner to the courthouse on M street last week and figure the only way to get Ray K. Farris the 2nd to respond is to see him in Small Claims court absent of his lawyers. Pre-approving buyers or foreclosure is a means of UNJUST ENRICHMENT. Buyers beware and GOOGLE Westwind Properties and its owner Ray K. Farris before buying here.

This place has its pockets of bad, but the are trying to clean it up.
