One night at the Ace in one of the patio rooms was a perfect escape from quarantine life in LA. The quieter pool is also relaxing, and we loved ordering poolside drinks from the phone there. The food we ordered from room service to enjoy on our patio was delicious. Everything was clean and overall staff and guests were being safe with protocol. We enjoyed our room and look forward to coming back again for another escape soon.
This is the hotel experience I will judge all other hotel experiences from, moving forward. The Ace Hotel and Swim Club front desk staff member was friendly and welcoming. She upgraded our patio room to a suite when we arrived. The aesthetic of the suite was immaculate. Very clear attention to detail was paid to every single element within the rooms. The sitting room was stylish, the bedroom was cozy and fun, and the bar/shower area were a riot of texture, light, a lines. I loved it! The pools were each wonderful as well. We couldnt get enough. My dog also appreciated the dog park on the grounds.
This place was as hip and trendy as I expected it to be, but extremely pricey for the little amenities. Not worth over $200 per night. It’s essentially an old hotel turned into a trend. Do yourself a favor and spend that money on the many resorts available in the desert area or perhaps a resort and spa in the Desert Hot Springs area.
Fun hotel but the room and pool should have been cleaner for the nightly rate.
Visited during COVID and they help such a nice job of keeping it clean and at low capacity. The dining was outside and felt very safe. Only hotel guests were allowed at the pool so it wasn’t a crazy party area. Very relaxing vacation.
Beds matter. Some of my best sleep during my brief trip. Great night swimming. Food menu could honestly use some enhancing but otherwise loved my stay
This hotel was really cool, nice amenities, cool renovated rooms that looked like a canvas camping tent and a nice pool and restaurant ambient. The free bikes are awesome to go around the area and spot cool mid-century houses.
Place was great. Cool rooms and the pool was nice also. The hot tub is large and a good hangout spot for guests. Too bad my second day of my stay an infant pooped in the hot tub and I wasnt able to use it. That was frustrating as I was looking forward to it and was leaving the next morning. Who takes their infant in the damn hot tub??
I thought during covid era they’d make more of an effort to maintain cleanliness. Both pools were gross - plastic cups floating in then, grease and dirt along the rim, and even in the morning there was trash littered around the pools and the property. Trash bins overflowing. And no housekeeping service during your stay.
Everything was wonderful except for their showers sucked and it wasn’t just mine as my friends room shower did the same thing; that it just misted over you. After spending time in the pool wanted a nice shower to feel clean but was not the case! I loved the staff, activities provided plus the late night pool the price is right for all you get. However, 15 bucks for bottled water is outrageous after spending time in Europe where you get two free bottles everyday just seems greedy to me. Will return sooner than later hopefully.
Moved from another hotel that wasn’t clean and ended up here after a rough couple hours sorting the move out. Totally opposite from what we expected at the ace. Super clean, staff is incredibly helpful and patient but very diligent about cleanliness and communication. Our room was sealed (see pics) hotel is at a fraction of capacity, easy to keep social distance. Any request has been immediately addressed by the staff and they are soooo sweet that we booked another night. Highly recommend during the week as there are less people but the weekend wasnt to crowded either. It looks like the hotel was just painted its so nice. Hot summer day and they keep pushing water on us. A much needed escape during the madness of covid in LA..
Beautiful day in the sun, poolside! So much fun! This is THE place to be on a hot summer day. They have so many ways to stay cool in & around the pool. The very best thing is that while most pools in the desert are way too warm to enjoy this time of year, Ace pumps in cool water (summertime only) into the pool, keeping it the perfect cool temp on a 113° day in August. The pool deck is all about comfort...and fun, of course. Theres big round lounging beds for 2 (or more) to sun yourselves on while enjoying food & drinks from the outdoor bar. Some of the loungers are even surrounded by water misters & a killer view of the mountains! Even their regular loungers have their own overhead shades to block the sun when youre needing a break from the rays.Aside from the great pool with the colorful floaties, theres also ping pong & corn hole games. The pool is opened till 2 a.m., while most close between 10-midnight. Its great for a late night swim under the stars. Even if youre not an Ace Hotel guest, you can purchase a daily, monthly or annual pass so you can enjoy all the wonderful amenities Ace offers.Enjoy!
Gorgeous property less than helpful staff & super shady motel 6 next door.
We had our photo booth, Desert Luna Photobooths here for Leslie and Mickle’s wedding. This venue and space is seriously AMAZING!!! We couldn’t recommend it enough! The staff is so nice and accommodating. We had so much fun at the ace! If you haven’t ever stayed here...do it!! Seriously a million cute photo ops and not to mention all the fun we had on their wedding day!
Spent the day at the pool for my nieces birthday. Enjoyed the pool atmosphere and had a great lunch.
Great stay. Food was good, room comfortable and clean, pool time was amazing. I noticed it took a really long time for the shower to warm up and the record player didn’t work, which would have been nice to use but not a big deal. Other than that, all good.
A stay that feels so much more welcoming than your typical hotel, very hip decor, and incredible service. Highly recommend.
PROS: Really neat property, its essentially an old motel renovated to draw in a cool/hipster crowd. The pool and overall vibe of the place was awesome.CONS: We were unable to sleep after waking up to a cockroach crawling around our toiletries in the bathroom. For $1000 CAD/night (I kid you not), we expected something a bit more clean and luxurious. Spoke to both the front desk staff and we messaged management. Absolutely nothing was done - they promised to clean it more thoroughly, which they did not, and I had to trap and remove the cockroach myself. Honestly, if they had at least done SOMETHING, such as offered us a free drink/breakfast or really anything small to show they at least cared, it would have been fine. But the fact that the management didnt even respond is what merits this bad review. I wish we saved our money and stayed somewhere with better customer service.
Here are my top reasons for staying at the ace hotel in Palm Springs:1. they have two very cool Pool areas that are Open until 2 p m where you can have everything from breakfast to lunch to midnight snacks and you drink (and smoke)2. the rooms are very cozy and the interior is perfect for the place3. it‘s the most relaxing place with super friendly staff
Love this place and its atmosphere. I can’t wait to stay there again
Amazing. Staff were so friendly and helpful in every aspect - booking, making amendments to booking, check in, answering questions during the stay and returning forgotten items to me. The grounds are excellent the room was perfect. Everything you could possibly need!!
Changed my review to five stars, which I think is fair.ACE hotel is a updated mid-century funky looking place, where I got a top floor room with a view of the pool and the mountains. I slept like a baby in there thanks to some magical bed blanket that never got too hot or cold. I need to buy that blanket!I liked my room a lot, it had nice decor and a minibar worthy of a party with plenty of drinks & popcorn snacks etc to choose from. The bonus star comes from the fact that there was a tiny black towel labelled makeup which was perfect for wiping the party makeup off. Little touches like that are great. Also the shower was amazing.
Solid fun place, partying and music player till late, but in fact rooms are well insulated. Great vibe. Would stay here again.
Clean location, chill vibes, great food and drinks, amazing pools.
Super chill, fun, groovy, relaxing pool & resort
Awesome hotel! Great friendly staff, good food and stylish comfortable rooms. Our room had a great outdoor section and a lovely bed with a firm memory foam mattress. The pool is a good size and the fellow guests are friendly and respectful. Price is pretty steep but it really is a great experience. Try the spa too for an extra special treat!
Love the vibe, the staff, the restaurant but do not like the rooms. They’re too hippy dippy and don’t feel clean. It’s the first time that I actively avoided being in my room while staying at an Ace Hotel. Also the WiFi simply doesn’t work in the rooms.
The Palm Springs experience I imagined without knowing any of the specifics before hand. Great music everywhere, the mid-century modern vibes, cool characters around every corner. Ill never stay anywhere else when Im in Palm Springs. #weekendgetaway
Love it, especially the architecture, the decor and the friendly staff. A water boiler in the room would have been nice. Want to come back!
Weve stayed at this Ace hotel before, and at different Ace properties elsewhere but the Palm Springs location is unique and special. The food is great, the room offerings are unique, and the service is warm and welcoming. I love the bike rentals, the pool area, and the many places you can hide or be social. I feel like I find something new every time I am back at the Ace. This time was no exception our patio room was really great, especially considering we had our dogs with us. Room service was quick and attentive even though they were sold out for the weekend. The front desk was very nice and helpful. We were treated like valued guests, which is such a welcomed change after staying in many different hotels where it feels like the staff count on never seeing you again. Would gladly stay at the Ace again, and we probably will!
All is awesome. The only thing that was weird that my son pointed out was the dark film of silt in the hot tub. He ran his finger through it and left a clean finger mark through it. Was just kinda gross to notice and bee in there. Not sure from spray tan or whatever, but was just kinda gross to be chillen in the hot tub knowing that was there.
Open during COVID-19 with extra sanitary precautions in place. Swanky boutique hotel with “camping” themed rooms and design.
First things first: special thanks to Ezequiel Fajardo. Our last night here, the pool bar had closed due to it being very slow (we were the only ones there because it was getting a bit cold and Tuesday trivia night was on). We ran into Ezequiel out on the pool deck, us asking if the bar was still open. He said that the outside bar wasnt, but he could get us drinks from inside if we wanted. He dropped everything he was doing to rush us out drinks. Just two of us, the only people at the pool. It may not sound like much, but it sure made a difference to me and my wife. Ezequiel, thank you so much. You really made a night absolutely perfect for us.On to the hotel overall. Great atmosphere, certainly very young and hipster. Wouldnt call it elegant, but certainly had an attitude of screw elegant lets have fun. Actual effort was put into the amenities in the room to make it not just another hotel. Mini-bar is pretty awesome, despite standard mark-up applied. Didnt buy anything from it but was certainly impressed. We went and purchased our own wine from in town, and they sent service straight over to open the bottles for us, no problem.Hotel staff made this place feel special for us. Unbeknownst to me, someone in my family had called ahead to get a surprise bottle of champagne sent to the room when my wife and I arrived. They kept the secret well and delivered immediately after we started unpacking as requested. Each room is outfitted with a vinyl record player and a set of 5 or so records, supplied by Amoeba Records. Some (most) of them are VERY eccentric, adding to the hipster vibe but unfortunately not making for some great listening pleasure. A recommendation here would be to have a little mini section near the front desk with a ton of vinyls to choose from, so you can pick out the stuff you like. Even if the requirement is to swap out, that would be much appreciated. Maybe some sort of small library, taking up some of the room in the lobby? We asked to see if we could swap for music that wasnt Jeff Bridges Fever Dream Special (Im only half joking) and they sent room service with a whole new stack of records to swap out, but they were even more strange and vague than before. Disturbed greatest hits on vinyl? Yeah, Ill pass personally.Bed is comfortable, low to the ground (which is my preference). Not anything crazy or notable here. Our room had a little outdoor area (picture attached) that our patio door opened. It had a very easy to operate fireplace and felt protected enough to afford some privacy. Only the floor above us could see in to our patio area.WiFi was okay. Not great, but just okay. Seemed to slow down to a crawl on occasion, and simply disconnecting and reconnecting to the access point seemed to solve the issue. Small gripe, nothing to ding a star over, but might want to take a look at your wireless access points/infrastructure in the future. Always room for improvement.Having a pool, bar/lounge, and restaurant all attached on the same property is a great idea. We couldve spent all our time on the property and still had a ton of fun.Very fun place overall. Thought went into pretty much everything here. Cheers!
Our favorite place to stay & relax by the pool. Our favorite part about our stay is the 2AM closure of the pool & jacuzzi.
I came here to celebrate my birthday and was greeted to a home made birthday card and cookies in my room! Such a nice touch! The property is awesome and no matter what room you have, you are close to the pool. They have free bike rentals which I totally suggest doing (in the morning, too hot later). The Amigo room has great food and live music. Try the fish tacos, theyre killer! I will definitely stay here again.
Had a fantastic time. Staff was super friendly and helpful.Patio room was great despite it being too hot to hang outside during the day.Plenty of chairs and shade on the pool deck.Drinks were fantastic!Fairly short drive to downtown.
The property was very run down and certainly did not look like the pictures on line. Room was small, on the ground floor with barely adequate drapes, room floor was cement that was dirty looking and cracked, rug under bed was stained, and the bathroom was almost too small to close the door. The price was too high for a hotel that has seen better days.
This is by far my favorite place to stay in Palm Springs. The rooms are nice and different from the usual “hotel room look”. The drinks and food they serve never disappoint! It’s my choice place to Vacation.
Very comfortable beds. I feel relaxed and yet adventurous.
One of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. Amazing quirky and unique design, great amenities and friendly staff. Could have stayed here for weeks!!
Hotel was empty with virus issue, gym, spa etc closed however they still had the nerve to charge resort fee of $40 . Wanted to ride bikes they had for use, however nope was the answer we got from staff. Hotel room was not clean and air filter was so dirty. Above all the rudest staff especially Margaret at the front desk.
Stayed here for 2 nights for a bachelorette weekend. For the four of us, we got a double room which is actually smaller than expected which can be crowded if it’s 4 larger adults (3 under 5’5”).Room itself is clean, beds are comfortable, clean sheets, shower only has rain shower (top down, no handheld) and provides most of the necessary necessities. We went to the Feel Good Spa for massages and facials. The spa is actually pretty small with only a steam room, a shower and bathroom that is shared with the pool. The services were fine considering it’s part of a hotel. The pool area is chill though can def get crowded depending the day and time. We hired a manservant for 2 hours by the pool to make it extra memorable Location of this place is unbeatable. Walking distance to the free shuttle stops (or you can rent their bikes for free), Elmer’s for breakfast, Del Ray for a quiet bar, Kreem ice cream and the botanical garden. 10 min Uber from the airport.
Arrived on Saturday, it was full and kicking. Bit of a shock to see all the crazies but we cooked out at the second, quiet pool. Sunday was mellow and we actually missed the vibe! Food is amazing inside and out. Best place in palm springs
Awesome location in Palm Springs! Two big pools, great bar, fitness centre and nice laid-back atmosphere. The rooms and outdoor patio was perfect! Cool interior details with vinyl record player etc.
The room was cute. Bar fully stocked. Nice staff. Shower need a stronger pressure. My real issue is I was charged $100 for incidentals. Totally understandable. I was also charged another $325 for unknown reasons. My manager was told that the money would be refunded but it hasn’t been so far. So I’ve paid $425 for a free room.
Good food, cool swanky rooms, and lots of pools.
Excellent experience overall. We continuously had amazing service and were greeted with enthusiasm every time! The rooms were spacious and very clean and all the amenities were outstanding. I dont know if its just where I live the service is pretty terrible but in Palm Springs I always felt appreciated and welcomed. I would definitely stay at another Ace Hotel when I travel!
Best. Most awesome. Completely rad experience ️️️️️
Great as always. Contemporary but classic, lovely staff at the front desk. They upgraded us for free, and on a very busy weekend! Well be back.
Best ace hotel. Chilled and has good food and drinks. Good restaurants closeby but here is the best place to be during the day when it’s too hot to go out.
What am I missing? We didnt stay here because of the price but we came for breakfast and I was so relieved that we hadnt booked it. It was super far away from the main area and from the outside, the hotel just looks a bit old. Maybe the rooms are deserving of the price point but doubtful. The food had no flavor and the bloody Marys were not good either (and $13).I have heard that it is really fun at night and if you want to buy a hippie muumuu for $125, this is your place. We stayed at the Hyatt and it was wayyyy cheaper with an equally nice pool that was way less crowded. I would definitely pick that over the Ace.
We choose this hotel and it was a wonderful ideaEverything is nice rooms are really cool and the bar and restaurant is great also for a drink close the swimming pool or inside where you can have band playing musicI loved the whole experience and will go back without a doubt
So hip, so cool. Pool, hot tub, views glorious. Bar FUN. Great burgers. Fireplaces outside the hotel rooms great bonus..5 bucks gets u in a photo booth for a fab souvenir...
A truly outstanding stay. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. The food at the King Highway restaurant was excellent. I would not hesitate to comeback to the Ace the next time my schedule permits.
We came here for the Mojave Flea makers mart. Such a beautiful space. Would love to stay here one time.
Loved this hotel’s atmosphereWill come again for sure
For a weekend getaway - the Ace Hotel in Palm Springs needs to make your list of travel destinations ANY time of the year. So heres the story: The rain was a bummer. I asked myself, Whats a warm and fun place to visit this weekend?Minutes later I was online looking at places to stay and things to do in Palm Springs. I stumbled upon the Ace Hotel -- and Im so glad I did.Friendly staff. A very relaxing and chill environment -- I mean, look at that pool! Good food. Great drinks. And comfortable accommodations.Bring your friends or travel solo. You wont be disappointed to make the trek. In the morning I chased dawn across the San Juanita Mountains and at nights watched the stars from the hot tub. I took lots of pictures and got some words down in a journal I kept at the time.I went home refreshed.I ran into a photographer who has shot for brands like Saint Laurent. He and his wife shared stories, drink, and appetizers with me. I was just getting into photography at the time, and I asked if he would like to go out and shoot, sure he said.Want to relax in your room and read a book; this is the spot. Want to play in the pool or read by the pool? (I did both.) Want to explore the area, its perfectly situated. Do you crave 1960s MOD Style? Rent a bike and peddle around the neighborhoods.Thank you, Ace for a memorable weekend! Thank you, Palm Springs, for the sunshine! Is it your turn to visit the Ace Hotel? -- Sure is.
Stayed here last weekend and loved every moment. Granted it peaked at 120 degrees every day around 4pm, Ace still offered plenty of ways to stay cool. Only 40 minutes from Joshua Tree and one of the friendliest hotel staffs - I couldnt be happier.
Definitely an awesome property in PS! It feels totally authentic to the period and has a very cool laid back vibe. Kings is AWESOME for a meal, and Scooter rentals are available outside! Friendly service to boot!
Went there for the full moon drum circle. I have been to Palm Springs many times, but never to the Ace. This is a very well kept, modern hotel that could justify its place as a destination hotel. The staff was very friendly, and helpful, and made our group feel welcome, despite our event being completely free
Great boutique hotel. Friendly service. The room was clean and had a cool vintage vibe. Reasonable price. Call ahead for a room instead of using a web booking app, they will give you a discount to book direct.
The Ace has been our go-to spot in PS for years! The pool has some cool ppl and theres always great music. The service is very good and the menu includes plenty of good, fresh options. My favorite drink is the mezcal+aperol one but they also make a great mule. The blended drinks are too sweet imo. Fries are great! The rooms and the rest of the property are the perfect desert oasis en masse. Theres a guests only pool in the back that often gets rented for private events, especially on the weekends.Parking is a breeze and they even have three reserved Tesla spots around the corner of the diner/restaurant at front. Check-in rarely takes long and I think check-out is at noon so its all very accommodating. Theres a gift shop in the lobby with badass desert robes – my favorite :)If youre looking for a lively, well maintained and classic Springs hotel then The Ace is your place. Check it out with friends or get a private suite with your boo!
Really worth a visit. Vintage desert rooms with chilled pool
If you are looking for a laid back spot in Palm Springs - either with your significant other or family - this is the spot. Great setting, pool, restaurant and bar. And plenty of vibe for all . . .
Would be 5 stars but the music at the pool is truly unbearable
The staff was funny and the breakfast was good. Big portions for the price. Quick service too. Cool atmosphere as well.
What a quirky wonderful place to spend a few nights. Its an old motel that has been renovated in extremely cool way. Think hipster desert retreat with a chill vibe, tons of intimate areas to catch some privacy along with a very approachable restaurant and killer bar area that makes you not want to leave the property. Im trying to think what is the coolest part of the place... it could be the 24-hour pool that is perfect for those hot desert Summer nights... it could be the working record player along with some unbelievable selection of cool vinyl that resides within every room... it could be that cool cave like bar for happy hour and tremendously cool cocktails... It could even be little things like their stargazing deck, and the fact that some rooms have a great patio area with fireplaces that makes it for the perfect place to chill when you dont feel like doing much else... Overall the appeal is some very good service from all employees I interacted with. if youre looking for a great weekend getaway in a very non-traditional but super cool space this place tough to beat.
The worst hotel you can stay..will never book room there again
One of my favorite places. Good hangs, decent food and beverages. Chill vibes during the week. Weekends can get crowded.
A super chill hotel with great rates. On the weekends it can become super busy and filled with cool people. During the week there are kids and familys around. The hotel as with all hotels out here is out looking but has updated insides. The room are fair priced, but during high season and events the prices go up.They have a new menu which is wonderful. The food and drinks are quite delicious. The turkey club aka swim club is a huge and filling sandwich, one of my favorites.I love Micheladas and try them wherever I go. The one here is more of a Chelada as it has no Clamato or Tomato juice.
Had fun and was up to our liking, thank you ace! will do it again when time allows
Bomb brunch! The chia pudding was amazing. They have a great selection. The cocktails were also out of this world
Great place to have a party by the pool.
I loved the vintage style of the hotel with the hipster twist. The swimming pool is excellent. The bedroom was nice with a huge king size bed.
This place is great, if I could give it more than five stars I would. Theres a laid back atmosphere, the food is very good and the service is attentive. I cant wait to go back.
Long story short, we checked into the hotel and our initial room smelled horribly. Matty, the General Manager, did a great job accommodating our need to switch rooms and our stay was flawless from that point forward. Thanks for the great customer service! Side note: cool bikes. If you get a chance, take them for a spin.
Air conditioning unit blows very little hot air, room heated up after using the a/c. Dont forget to read the fine print they will charge you $41.94 per night for services that used to be included in the room fee. How about you just include these charges in the room fee instead of trying to sneak them in to the room charges after you have left?
We love to stay at the Ace when we’re in town. From the music, to the rooms, to the aesthetic, every detail counts and makes it a better experience.
Fantastic experience. Got a room upgrade with a cool little patio. Amazing pool area. Had an issue with the plumbing in our room which was handled promptly and professionally. Tasty food in the restaurant Would most certainly return!
The pool area is great, but the rooms are small for a family of 4 and incredibly loud. We were on the bottom floor and listened to a few bogstomper going on above constantly. Bed is uncomfortable. There is little parking near your room, perhaps because they don’t enforce rules about what parking is for hotel guests. No coffee machine in the room. This hotel seems really stylish, but the lack of follow through on execution of comfort leaves a lot to be desired.
Very popular hotel in Palm Springs. Great place to stay. Very relaxing. Close to downtown. Not walking distance but about 4 minute drive from downtown. Definitely recommend.
This is such a vibey place. Great people watching friendly staff and a great view of the mountains in the background. From London so ace hotel shoreditch is only point of reference. Going back to night for $5 pints night! Should be noted I have never seen so much cheese on a salad. It was more like a plate of grated cheese with some lettuce.
Great hotel, views and atmosphere. Managed to book in last minute after a visit to joshua tree. Happened to be on a night running a comedy show, great fun.
Wonderful pool, spacious room, great bar and functional gym. Cleanliness of the room could be improved.
Awful. The pool was overbooked and so there were no available chairs. Also, that night, there was an incredibly loud private event on the property and so couldn’t get any peace and quiet in my own room. Way overpriced for the experience. If you’re down for being crowded out at the pool and loud music when you’re trying to chill in your room, by all means come. But, if you’re looking for some R&R, do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else.
Beautiful decor and ambiance, the pool was open til 2am, vinyl records to listen to and guitar to play in front lobby, bikes to rent for free. The only thing is the rooms are not very sound proof.
One of my favorite day stops in PS in which you can fully enjoy as a guest (even if you don’t have a room here). The pool area is an excellent spot to grab a bite off their delicious menu (although I’m still protesting they bring back the beloved “Cauli”-flower chicken sandwich) Soak in some sun during the day, enjoy their fully stocked bar equipped with craft beers and cocktails. They have live DJs playing at the pool certain days & nights. The hotel is a boutique gem, which you have to take time to admire. One of my all time favorites in PS.
Do not drink 9 Pina Coladas back-to-back here. Otherwise, excellent pool and atmosphere!
The Ace in Palm Springs has some great decor. Our room had an odd smell but other than that, it was great.
A friend and I chose the Ace for a quick getaway to celebrate a birthday- we loved every minute of our stay. The staff was very accommodating. We ended up deciding to extend our stay an additional night- if that speaks on how much we enjoyed our experience. Definitely will return.
Very cool venue with fun crowd. Friendly staff and great food and drinks options
Looks dodgey from the outside, but its beautiful once you get inside. Staff is very nice and courteous, pool is large. I went there for a wedding, venue was great. Drinks are pricey which is to be expected. Biggest surprise was how good the food was.
Fun, clean, staff is great. Relax and enjoy the nice well kept grounds. Ace is the Hotel to visit.
Super awesome pet-friendly hotel. Never even left the hotel property during our 3 night stay
The Ace Hotel staff is absolutely amazing especially JP at the front desk! The hotel grounds and pool are perfect especially for the summer months and events. The basic rooms could use a lot of improvement as they are not very sexual they are a mix between glamping and riding in a utility elevator. This place would be five stars if they simply replaced the shower heads, increased the water heater temperature above 99 degrees, fixed the loud in room ac units, replaced the rope artwork with some colorful artwork, added in high thread count robes/towels and lastly included a full size mirror somewhere in the room. Considering that the rooms cost $275 a night I would expect a lot more from what can be found for $100 a night and just paying for the daily pool pass. The staff really is the heart of this property without such amazing staff I would have given the property two stars. I will be back in the summer months for events however will have lower expectations of the property. I hope that you guys can do these updates to bring up the value of the hotel to make it an amazing experience for guests!
