I hadnt been to the Palm Springs location in over 1 year. Now that I have I think it is 100% better than the Rancho Mirage location. The slot machines are some of the newest games out. They have a decent amount of older games. The free gift giveaway line was not through the casino 30 minutes before the giveaway time. Drink service comes more frequently and the little Cafe has a great tasting breakfast burrito.

Great place to kill some time. The food is tasty and the slots are loose. The building is so clean inside and out. Amazing staff.

The casino is absolutely beautiful! The staff isnt the nicest, and the slots could pay better. But overall its fun.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I stayed here in August for my birthday and had left my bathing suit in the room. I know for a fact that the cleaning people took my bathing suit because it was still raveled up with my romper and the romper was left in the room-nicely folded.I filed a report but they didnt seem to do much about it. They were no help.Double check your room before leaving to avoid this issue.This was probably one of the worst hospitality experiences I have been through. 0/0 wouldnt recommend. Save your money for another nice hotel in Palm springs.

Nice little casino. We went on a Saturday night and it was pretty busy. The parking structure was nice and clean but pretty tight when going from level to level. They are doing temp checks very quick with a thermal camera setup. They are also requiring masks and no smoking is allowed so thats awesome. There are signs for social distancing but the machines are enabled. The atmosphere was nice and we had a good time.

The Steak House had weird tasting vegetables and was way too expensive. Security guard harassed me from the moment I entered ordering me to wear a mask as I drank my tea.

Nice and clean but all machines tight! Truly gambling here so I bet you will lose. Casino host stopped by to offer dinner at the steakhouse which was nice. My first time here.

Great selection of slots. Cocktails are small and expensive..$8 for a drink of mostly ice...I didnt drink this time and played much better..its very clean and safe..the rooms are pricey but very lavish..food was OK but way over priced..1 star for food..overall great place to go if you dont eat or drink and just gamble and sleep. Fun atmosphere most of the time

Oh, not good at all, in part because I lost my money and some unmentionables. The machines were just way tight. Parking was awesome, very close and a lot of it. The atmosphere, well lets just say they must have let out the people that you only see at night, the ones that have been up for three nights that is. Watch anything that isnt in your pockets, Dont leave anything unattended. I had a couple of unmentionables lifted and never to be seen again. I did like the staff, kind and professional. They were on it, actually helping me look for my unmentionables, they did a good job, the best that you could expect. Also, my date (girlfriend), said her food was adequate, and the two iced coffees that we shared were really good, in fact Id have to say that was the best of the best of the night, cheers to the two iced coffees!!!

I love this casino. The valet guys ( and girls) are awesome. The employees are great too. You may not win all the time, slots can be loose but not all the time.

Appreciate a big fan of Aqua Caliente I just $7,000 in one day there one day they dont let you smoke anymore I dont like their selection of machines and theres very few of them there and the people kind of snobby there I also dont like the Spa but its okay but its small and they dont pay s***

The slot machines havent paid as well as other casinos. But its a nice place to go hangout for an hour or so. I guess if youre winning you would stay longer. Drinks are pricey, but thats typical.

The service is 5 star..they all have a smile.. I always try to tip because the ladies that work the floor work harder than anybody. They must have to walk 20 miles a night. If the slot machine has a problem and i hit the service light theyre on top of it and repaired pronto. Its the best place to play..

Of course no better time for me to post a review of this place then after I’ve won a jackpot here! Haha. What a nice feeling! Of course I’ve been coming to this casino now for several weeks and I usually don’t win but I’m not holding that against them. After all, this win more than makes up for it! Haha. But aside from that there are a great many things I like about this place. Though it is relatively small, it is clean, classy-looking, the bathrooms are maintained and nice, the staff are always friendly and attentive, all of my favorite slot machine games are here, they give decent gifts to card holders when they become members and also for regular players, there is free slot play to new members and to regular players, no smoking is allowed which is great as cigarette smoke quite literally makes me sick, and there is free plentiful parking including an attached garage which I always take advantage of when the sun is blazing out. This really is a great casino and I’m so glad that it is a local fixture in my town!

First time going there for our birthday, my close friend and I were treated by by his son,daughter at a friends house that made it pretty COOL. Just turned 65 & my friend 69. We never experienced a quarantine birthday and outing .

This is a fun casino. Small and in the heart of downtown Palm Springs. A few table games, lots of slots, a couple of bars and restaurants, and even a dance club that I think is mostly locals. Lots of fun and walking distance.from many places.

I have definitely been to better casinos, but the staff is nice and they are doing there best to make sure all the machines are cleaned after each person!!! They have a great gift shop!!

Great atmosphere! Great sports bar with 360* TV screens. You can see every sport live with clear giants screens. Awesome food, as well along with the nice service, drinks etc.

Good management, good dealers very good at covid 19 precautions. I recommend this place not just a casino also a party place.

Love going to this casino, with my players club card I get a $25 credit every month which I tend to use at the gift shop they have great stuff there. when gambling, pit bosses are nice, dealers are nice, great service even at the cashier cage. The steakhouse is also amazing and a must visit seems counterintuitive but theyve done a really good job with the steakhouse.

Smaller casino. no slot area where u can smoke with the covid. they had good spacing tho. i visit without covid maybe a 5 or 4 star

. . . pretty cool casino in the heart of Palm Springs . . . with a PHENOMENAL steakhouse . . . on par with Flemings. The service was first rate - the staff were extremely cordial, polite, responsive, and professional, and the food was cooked PERFECTLY to order . . . had an absolutely AMAZING Grass-Fed Ribeye, cooked medium-rare. It was actually slightly leaner/less fatty than traditional ribeyes, but still FULL of flavor and melted in my mouth . . . not an inexpensive meal, though. I will DEFINITELY be back on special occasions!

I loved it finally new games cant wait for the new aguascalientes Cathedral its 3mins away where I live at u should have classic games like the lion fish fortune cookie ect...we need old school machines or caveman and so forth .....

Its not the biggest casino Ive ever been to. There was a line to play at the roulette table that never seemed to move. We stood there for an hour and still never got any closer. The bar is centrally located and the bartenders were quick and friendly as was the rest of the staff. Since everything else is closed due to Covid-19 it was really busy.

For some reason I just could not win in this place let me dry. Not one but several times. I like the location and it is a decent-sized I know but it is still one of my least favorite casinos that I visited.

We had fun and from there headed to rancho mirage resort we stay 2 nights complimentary we really appreciate we were welcome very nice, beautiful cozy room, great view we loved it and enjoy there give away gift plus the gift shop available with our ace club, food was delicious we thank you again and hope to go back again

Surprise, Surprise ... it was Smoke-Free, $3 BJ paid even money, $10 BJ pays 3:2, slots seemed tight ... until I finally found a lucky machine. Overall, I enjoyed the Casino and its a couple blocks from DownTown.

This was my go to spot while vacationing in Palm Springs. There is another, larger, sister casiino 20 minutes away. Either one is great. Definitely the go to spot in Palm Springs I would say.

I haven’t really been to casinos before, so this was the first time I actually gambled. The main room of the casino is pretty huge and nicely laid out, with a ton of slot machines and a few tables for card games and other games. The drinks are cheap and the wine isn’t great, but it’s fine. There’s a separate room to the side for card games with a nicer more quaint ambiance. I had a fun time, I would say the employees were not all consistent in terms of service, some were very pleasant, others a little less.

The people I met there were cool to be around and I had a great day

Band for a year cause I was honest enough to take what I thought was a real 20 to cashier to check so they called it trying to fraud them if I was would I have gone up there and didnt take off running common sense people my son handed it to me when I cashed my ticket in I would never try and fraud anyone I loved that place

I came here to spend my New Years Eve and it was pretty great they had a lot of things to smack on in drinks the fireworks show was pretty awesome and went on for good 30 minutes we had a great time I did not visit the casino so I can tell you about that I wouldnt mind coming back to do it all over thank you and it was a very good deal
