Our family did the Bank Heist escape room this past Tuesday evening. Red did an AMAZING job setting up our room and our entire family had a blast! This is one of THE BEST escape rooms Ive been to. Very well thought out puzzles integrated with technology, audio, and fog and laser queues. Id love to go back again to try out other rooms!

My kids (2Os) & I did the Jack the Ripper escape room and we ABSOLUTELY loved it! Red and Dalton were very friendly and offered a hint when requested. The rooms are private, no one else comes in other than your own group, and you are given gloves to wear and you must wear masks so it was all very safe. The puzzles were fun and quite challenging and it was great to really work together as a team, and yes, we solved the puzzle with 10 minutes left! This was our first escape room, now we are hooked!

This was such an amazing experience. My friend and I chose the bank heist game. The puzzles were definitely challenging, but we had a great time. Reece, our game master, was very helpful. Shes also super nice and was able to answer our questions before we got started. We would definitely be coming back here and trying out the other rooms that are offered! 10/10 experience.

This was my third time and the Escape Room continues to entertain and challenge. We were able to find the key to the room with only seconds to spare. Angell was patient and helpful despite my pestering him with questions. I love this place! Youve got to grab your loved ones and friends and go.

We had a great time at this escape room. We did the Bank Heist and was definitely challenged but we really enjoyed it. The staff was so helpful and friendly! Dalton was amazing and really helped us along the way!!

The puzzles for the vampire room were challenging but tons of fun! Perfectly paced 2 people came complete in one hour. Will definitely come back again.

This escape room was really fun! The puzzles were great and worked with the theme of the room really well. Our game master Reece was really friendly and helpful and took the time to chat with us and give us recommendations on the other rooms that they offered. 10/10 would recommend!

I loved how easy the process was from booking, to getting there, to checking in and out. Staff were very nice. Red was super sweet, despite our constant asking for clues (lol), but gotta admit the Merlin’s room was a bit tough for only 2 people. The place was sanitized and ventilated well. My sister asked Red for gloves, and even though the place was completely sanitized, she was happy to offer it to her. Bathrooms were available after to wash our hands. So happy with my purchase, will definitely be back.

Awesome experience. I have been fortunate to partake in many escape rooms but this one is definitely towards the top. It is no wonder why Vampires Lair has been recognized and awarded. Went with a group of friends and it was unique, challenging and fun! K2 was excellent on her storytelling and assistance and of course Dominique was eloquent and wonderful. Truly fun team-building experience and I cannot wait to do another room here soon!

Went to celebrate my birthday and completed the Bank Heist escape room; had a great time, the challenges were super creative and fun. The hostess was wonderful, I loved her energy and personality, and she was super helpful and fun. 11/10 would recommend and do again.

Came with some friends- completed the Vampire Lair- great experience! Reece was our game master who was great keeping us on task and at the ready to lend help. Had an awesome experience!

This was my first time doing an escape room. And I loved it needed something to do while in town for Halloween weekend and it was perfect. Our house “crispy” (I think that’s a Shia name was great !!!!

The bank heist room was among the best escape rooms Ive visited. Reece was outstanding, will certainly return to try the other rooms!

Just finished the Bank Heist room after they re-opened from COVID. They did a very good job of maintaining safe protocols. Brandi was out game master and was extremely pleasant and helpful! Would highly recommend!

Had such a wonderful time with my granddaughters, ages 8 and 11. You do have to use your brain and we even made a game out of that. Will definitely go again!!!

Fun hour in the Merlin school room. The place is clean, well organised and very welcoming. The room was challenging yet doable and the gamemaster, Dalton was amazing. I will definitely be going back.

Enjoyed the Titanic game. Eddie was our gamemaster. Weve done three rooms here. Jack the ripper and vampire was harder than Titanic.

This was suuuuper fun! I came all the way from utah to try their room! Guys come to party up!Reese was one fantastic dungeon master also! Sometimes I wish we’d push the button to just say hi! Guys come on over near or far and take an hour to be taken as hostage I mean as a dinner guest

We had a party of 13 split into two rooms. Both teams escaped the Titanic room. Fun brain exercise and enhanced group cohesion. Would visit again.

This place is great! KC and Kareem had great attitudes and were thorough in their directions! We managed to ESCAPE! Lol!Difficulty-wise: there were four of us and we happened to be in the “locker room” and the clues we found in the room led us to the right spots that we needed to go. There were many times where we overthought the clues, but the “ask for clues” was really helpful. We maybe asked 3-4 helpful hints, and we managed to get out with literally one second to spare!

Red was an amazing game master really helped out with clues and very well put into character and set the mood for the room. Overall very fun experience.

My 15 year old son and two of his friends did the “Jack the Ripper “ room. They had a blast and Red was the best Game Master/hostess. We booked another room “Vampires’s Lair” for the day after next.

Literally best place the staff was so nice and we had so much fun it was incredible. We came from Irvine and the prices there for an escape room per person is so so expensive the price here is very reasonable.

This was a really fun thing to do. Once you get into its just get better and better. Would definitely recommend this.

First off, what an amazing place! For our third room we played Locker Room and Cody was our game master. What a blast, we are hooked! The puzzles were dark in a really fun way, and the whole room was clever and interactive. Cody was great and made the experience so fun! He gave different kinds of clues when we needed them and really helped us enjoy the whole game that much more. We will definitely be coming back!

Cody was our puzzle master and he was the absolute best!! We enjoyed our time, although covid made a little sad. No pics and face mask made it hard to speak with one another. But overall, we had a blast!

We were in town and decided to try out one of their escape rooms. The booking was easy and affordable. The escape room was fun, we all had a great time, however you do have to wear gloves and a mask during the whole time and that gets very uncomfortable..

One of my favorite places to come with friends and have a good time. I’ve done a few escape rooms here at have had a blast. Not insanely easy but not brutally impossible either. Went for a team building outing and it was a great time for small and large groups.Reece was an amazing game host!Make sure to pay them a visit the next time you’re in the area!

IT WAS AMAZING!!!!!!! My party and I love it and could not stop talking about all day! Our guide, Katelyn, was so sweet and made our time very enjoyable. Katelyn also played along with the theme and made our first time amazing! Definitely recommend this for anyone and everyone, all ages! Definitely coming again!

My friends and I have traveled several places and done many Escape Rooms (even on a cruise ship!). These were by far my favorite ever! We visited one weekend and did 5 of the 6! Wow! Everything was well thought out, and the creativity is better than most Ive seen. I highly recommend you trying these out. Vampire and Merlin were my favorite rooms. K2 and KC were fantastic game masters. Everyone provided great service, and Dom (the owner) was such a gem to work with. I brought a very large group here, and she was MORE than accommodating.

We came across Escape Room Palm Springs on our morning walk one day. We looked it up, and it looked so fun we decided to do a room. Best discovery ever!! They all looked amazing so it was hard to chose, but we went with Merlin’s, and were lucky enough to have Reece as our game master. Oh my goodness! It was without a doubt the most fun we’ve had in a long time. The room was carefully decorated and really set the tone for a wonderful game. The game was absolutely great! It was challenging but not overwhelming, and so engaging it made us feel excited the whole time. Reece was incredible, from her cadence in giving clues to her enthusiasm and patience for our repeated questions. It was such a fun time we decided to do another room!

I went to Escape Room with my family while on vacation at Palm Springs. We decided to go to Bank Heist since it seemed adventurous and fun. When we were outside we were a bit skeptical since it looks small from the outside. As soon as we walk inside, we are greeted by lovely employees, one of them being Big Bill, in a room with a long hallway. Bill and the others were all so sweet and kind from the beginning. We put our personal belongings in a complementary secure locker and signed a paper before going in our private room. We get to the end of the hallway where our room was and entered the “lobby”. Big Bill was our helper and I don’t want to spoil it, but let me tell you, the room was so fun and and I was so happy with having Bill as our helper. He made it way more interesting then it already was and when we needed hints, he gave us the hints in a cool way. I couldn’t be more happier with our helper. If it wasn’t for Bill, we wouldn’t have had the best experience ever!

What a great experience. Kudos to Dayton, our host for Jack the Ripper, Josh, Merlins Magic School, and K2, The Bank Heist. You guys made these activities so much fun. We had two grandchildren, ages 8 and 10, with us and they were an active part of solving the rooms. A special thank you to Dominique for putting a great business together for us to enjoy.

Absolutely outstanding Escape Rooms! The rooms have amazing detail and the puzzles, clues, and riddles are well thought out. We have done them all and wouldn’t choose one over another! Definitely make your way here to have a fun night of escapes and laughs! The staff are spectacular and make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. A+++.

Such a great thing to do for date night! Conveniently located off the 111 downtown palm springs. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It was my fiances first attempt at an escape room and he thoroughly enjoyed himself. We will definitely be going back.

Couldn’t say one bad thing about our experience. Just delightful and exciting! Our game manager, Reese, was so kind. She gave us the perfect clues and made sure we weren’t wandering aimlessly for too long. And she even confirmed our safe numbers were correct so we weren’t barking up the wrong tree completely on our final clue - so helpful! I loved that there was more to each room than met the eye. I am totally doing one of these again. What a ball!

We had a great time last night in the Bank Vault room. The hour went by so fast. The puzzles were challenging, but not too hard. Great for families. Reece, our host was great. She was there to help if needed, but never in the way. I highly recommend for a fun family outing.

During a girlfriends trip to Palm Desert this week we went to the Escape Room. It was a fabulous experience! Our guide, Red, couldn’t have been better- she was thorough with her instructions while witty and funny. She made the experience with our eclectic group excellent. We all (ages 45-78) would highly recommend this experience!

Fantastic, fun experience! The rooms are creative and just the right level of challenge. Our guide, Reece, was sharp and made the whole game a hoot. We’ve done dozens of these games around the country and this site is one of the best!

Was here about two years ago, so this review is a little late but here is where I had my first Escape Room experience. This was incredibly fun and I would highly recommend to everyone.

We did the vampire room. (Dont worry, its not scary). It was fun and interesting. Reese was super !! Gave us helpful clues when we asked, instead of just giving us the answers (thanks Reese!!)The room is well kept, everything works fine and looks new. Its not an easy room, but its not too hard. (We finished in about 55 min).The theme and decor are nice, with a nice spin on the classic story.The price is reasonable and its a private game (so we can play without strangers observing us goofing up...)Button line:If youre in Palm springs, be sure to pay them a visit and play !!!

We had a great time it was very fun and in the moment. Our get a way driver Kelcy was very helpful and and made the experience that much better.

Our family had so much fun visiting Escape Room Palm Springs for a birthday. It really gives you something different to do and we laughed about it for hours afterward! We will definitely be back to try the other Escape experiences. Very well run.

We did the Vampire’s Lair Room, and we had a great time! It was just two of us, and we solved it with time to spare (we are experienced escape roomers). There were several creative puzzles I hadn’t seen. Red was our game master, and she did a fabulous job! We will be returning to do more rooms here.

Had a great time at the escape room. Went there to do Jack the Ripper but a previous group broke something so we switched rooms to the Locker Room. Emily was very accommodating and apologetic for having to switch our room and comped our next visit. Would recommend this place to any one looking for a night out of fun.

This has been one of our top favorite escape rooms. Have done around 15 or more from L.A, Anaheim, and Palm Springs area, and by far this is one of the best. I would highly recommend going to this location. Our game master was OG and she was amazing. Gave us subtle hints when we got stuck, but still made it a challenge for us. Was a ton of fun. Can’t wait to do the rest of the rooms at this location!

We chose to do the bank heist. Reese was our getaway driver/look out. My family had such an amazing time! Without Reeses help we would have never gotten all the money! Reese was such a great look out for us, she was so helpful but still challenged us to get through the obstacles ourselves. Thank you so much we will definitely come back when we are in town

An absolutely entertaining group activity! We chose the Vampire room and made it with a few minutes to spare! Well thought out, great props and thank heavens for the clues! (which are optional for those of us who really need em!)

We did the Titanic rooms with our high school/college “kids.” Adults v. Kids, and the Adults earned bragging rights - faster time and fewer clues! Great, fun activity. Cody was excellent and gave the right amount of instruction and motivation.

My family of grown children and I went here to do The Locker Room. Had never done an Escape Room and chose Palm Springs because the 23 year old from Colorado came in to P.S. Never knew what to expect, Brandi our Host was AWESOME. Sadly as clever as we thought we were..........we needed clues to survive. Highly recommend P.S. Escape Room, it is worthy of 10 stars. Exceeded our expectations. Look forward to the Bank Heist and Jack the Ripper room.Thanks for challenging us, cannot wait to do it again !!!!!!! ☆

I recently experienced the Bank Heist at the Escape Room Palm Springs. Our assistant (aka get away driver) was Alyssa. She was knowledgeable, helpful and personable. With her professional guidance we received much needed clues which helped us solve the riddles and escape from the rooms (4 rooms total) with 8 minutes to spare. It was so enjoyable to participate in a fun yet challenging activity with other CTAs (Certified Tourism Ambassadors). Thank you to the entire staff and owner, who are always there to help and inform. Great experience!

My BFF and I did the Merlin room by ourselves as seasoned escape artists. This was a totally unique puzzle and was pretty challenging for us, we werent sure that we could keep up our perfect escape record but we made it with 4 minutes to spare. The staff was super fun and helpful, KC was awesome and let my friend wear her magnificent wizard cape. 5/5 this place seems like a very well-run escape room.

My husband and I were escape room virgins. I had been wanting to go for months and he was not interested however since we were on vacation he agreed to go with me. It was so much fun! He even enjoyed it. We did the bank vault one. I was disappointed that we didnt finish but apparently being only a team of 2 we did really well considering we had only 2 brains to sort out all the clues. There was alot more thinking than I had anticipated. It was harder than I thought but fun and would definitely recommend and go again. Staff were great!

My whole family went and did this escape room, and it was awesome!! We had so much fun!! Our guide was Kaycee and she was great!! I would recommend this escape room to anyone!! And Im sure well go back and do another room!!!

This place is so much fun!! I wanted to take my husband somewhere different for his birthday so I thought of taking him to an escape room since it has been on our bucket list for a while.Staff was so so nice and so ready to help you with any questions you had. They did an amazing job at playing the theme of your room since you walked in the door. Throughout the game, the team was so helpful when we asked for clues. It was just great! The rooms were very organized and the puzzles were so creative! We had a blast! Defiantly recommend it if you are looking for a different date night or even just for a fun night!

This was our first time doing an escape room and couldnt have picked a better place. The staff, Kaitlyn, are very friendly and really get you into the game. We did the vampire room and was very challenging in the best way. We completed the puzzle with 10 minutes to spare. We will definitely be returning to try all the different puzzles they have.

This place was fun, amazing, clean and everything. I did this with my family to bond and what not, we went to Merlin’s escape room thing. I was not as interested in their one minute video at the beginning, although it does give a nice story. The room was hard, and exciting. This was our first time going here. We made it in 57 minutes 02 seconds. It was amazing, the rush of succeeding with just us 5 on our first time. They also have a safe space to store your phones and other things, this way you may focus on the puzzles, and bond.

We went for my birthday party! Everyone had a great time! The manager Dominique was outstanding in helping me setup the time. Morgan was a great look out guy and inside man! Brandi had the patience of a saint dealing with our all over the place payment!If you are in Palm Springs and looking to have a great time with friends, family or just team building... The Escape Room in Palm Springs is where you should go!!

We had SO much fun here! We came for a 3 day stay, just my husband and I, for a much needed getaway from the kiddos. It was a bit pricey for my personal liking, but was definitely worth it. Its a must try. Couples or groups!

Awesome experience! It was our first time and we choose Jack the Ripper not realizing it was the hardest room. My daughter and I play the game online so we were confident. My husband was skeptical not ever playing the game, and he had no idea what to expect. It was better than we could have imagined, so much fun, very challenging. We needed a few clues to keep going and K-Money was a great help but to our delight not too much. We can’t wait to try another room! Another shout out to K-Money. She was fun and entertaining.

We did Titanic with Reece and Vampire Lair with Red. Both rooms were perfect mix of difficulty and extreme well thought out and made. The room transitions were really awesome. Will definitely be back to try more!

Dalton was our guide and he was great. He helped when asked and he got us through the room with 1:31 to spare. He was polite and had a great attitude! We booked another room today!

This place is awesome! We did Titanic and Merlin’s Magic School and we all had a blast. Puzzles were intuitive and clever, and the hints were helpful yet didn’t solve it for you. Cody and Angel were our game masters and they did a great job! Super friendly and welcoming staff, great set design, couldn’t recommend this place more. Speaking as someone that works at an escape room, this is a place that other companies should strive to be. Thanks so much everyone!

Brandi was awesome! So helpful and supportive. My girlfriend and I did the Bank Heist and with two people it’s challenging and requires a lot of teamwork. The puzzles are unique, clever and feature different types of thinking from pattern recognition to physical puzzles. One highlight was connecting numbers and colors by feeling your way through intertwined tangles of rope.Highly recommended

A friend and I were visiting for his birthday weekend and stopped by to do the Bank Heist for some fun. The folks definitely did not disappoint! The staff were amazing! Shout out to Morgan! We were told he was fairly new, but he was an absolute doll and worked wonderfully within the room as our inside man. Keep up the great work! You made our experience special!

We did the room Merlins Magic School with our family (2 adults and 2 kids aged 8 and 11) and all had a good time. Our host Big Bill was fantastic and helpful. We did not leave disappointed even though we did not finish it in time.

I really enjoyed this place. I went with my husband and adult children. There was 6 of us all together. We all had something to contribute, collaborate, and communicate. It was so much fun! I would definitely do it again. Brandi was our game master and she was excellent, providing clues, without spoilers. She even took our pictures at the end and gave us quaint souvenir keys. The escape room we chose was, Jack The Ripper. My husband wants to come back next month for his birthday.

We experienced the Bank Heist escape room, wonderful challenging puzzles, excellent room support employee Reece, who when we occasionally needed clue hints, she provided appropriately subtle but effective suggestions to help the more challenging puzzles. What fun, couldnt of asked for more fun!

A party of 4, we had a blast. Once our brief and expectations were concluded; our 60 min began. Awesome escape room, we managed to run out with the loot in the bank heist with 4min 30sec to spare and low hint count...Thank you escape room Palm Springs... until our next visit.

This place was so fun! First time going and our whole family loved it. Caitlyn was an awesome game master and was super helpful. I would definitely recommend this place for some family fun. We found the key to the last lifeboat on the Titanic!

Wow! This place was amazing, first, our wizard master was Alyssa. She was very helpful getting us set up, explaining everything and helping us with clues when we got stuck (and shes easy on the eyes). We did Merlins magic school, which was awesome, the way everything worked out was actually awesome. This was my first time doing an escape room and I didnt know what to expect. We made it with only 10 seconds left. I definitely want to try all the rooms!! I highly recommend this place. Also book in advance so you for sure get the time you want. I actually came around 4pm and had to come back at 9:30pm because they were booked. But they also may be open later than the hours say which was cool! I cant wait to come back!

So much fun! Bank Heist is a new a spin on the escape room experience. It made the whole experience more intriguing and less stressful. Having our scouter Big Bill leading our way throughout the game and staying in game to give us hints IF we needed them (no max on hints this game) was wonderfully freeing! He was great and we made him laugh a few times. We only needed a few hints on this one cuz we were pretty organized. We got all the bling outta that bank! Take that corporate America! ... We have done quite a few of these now and Ill give u a pro tip. Assign 1 person before the start in the group to delegate tasks, keep the peace (split frustrated pairs), keep track of all current puzzles (call them out every once in a while so ppl know what they are looking to solve), and also designation of current and used (off to the side) puzzle items ... that person doesnt get to caught up in solving as much as keeping everyone and everything straight! Things will flow 1000 times smoother!

So much fun to do and we killed it.
