I’ve been a customer for a few years, and I’m not the slightest bit embarrassed to say so....Penny runs her boutique with class, discretion, and professionalism.....nothing seedy or dirty about this place. I had a problem with a recent purchase, and she took care of me and made it right....that meant the world to me! Intimate desires only has its fantastic reputation because of Penny and her little Kids very helpful if need takes time with customers instead of trying to sell, just crazy polite, not easy to find, Penny keep up the great work.

I just bought a few items at Intimate Desires and I would like to say thank you to the woman, I believe it was the owner, who spent quite a bit of time with me and helped me with sizing and a couple of other questions. I did not think that level of service existed anymore but it does. I was really impressed by the way you spoke with the other customer about his relationship and you knew about this mans life and that things were going very well for him in his dating life. I was struck by the way he spoke to you about the details of his life; if I close my eyes I would have thought he was speaking we had best friend or his brother. How often do you go to a store where they know about your life and care about how things are going for you? I will put it this way, the conversation we had means that I felt completely comfortable and at ease. Its remarkable to say the least because I have never met you and do not discuss that topic with many people let alone someone Ive met for the first time. Providing your customers with that type of service s a brilliant business plan because how on Earth can I go to another store after an experience like that. Ladies and gentlemen you have got to go check this place out. If you have to drive a little bit to get there it is worth it, I am telling you.6 stars!

Ive been to this store twice so far and I am extremely impressed. It is very classy, clean and just beautiful. Its an upscale boutique but the prices are reasonable and the selection is amazing. There is something for everyone. The customer service is fantastic. I loved it so much that I started telling my girlfriends about it and found out everyone already goes and loves it too. Im so happy to find this little gem in Palm Harbor.

We went in for the first time today and wow where me and my wife impressed and pleased not only by the class of the store but the wonderful good quality products. We must have spent a good 30 min with the owner what a stand up classy person shes great. Both me and my wife have never been more comfortable and pleased with a couples store that is truly a couples store not a trashy run down creepy dump. I am a 44 year old male, who has NEVER visited a purely adult oriented establishment with more CLASS than this one. From the moment I walked in the door (yes I was very nervous and I was in my work uniform). The owner approached me in a very comforting calming manner. Which in return reduced my anxiety and nervousness. I explained to her in a somewhat nervous tone my situation and what my wife and I were looking for and were curious about. She explained in the utmost professional manner, not only the products, but the safest and most pleasurable ways to use those products. I was so impressed by her demeanor and professionalism that by the time I left this most elegant establishment I was much more comfortable with myself and my sexual desires. And I also must admit I purchased approximately $200.00 worth of merchandise. And yes it was all worth it. I was excited to go into a woman owned and run store. The only employee in the store was on the phone taking a personal call for a good five to ten minutes while my boyfriend and I were looking around. I was looking at their babydolls at the front of the store. Their 3X/4X runs small, and while I did not try it on, I put it around my chest and waist. I wear a 2X/3X up top. It didnt even go halfway around me. The employee paused her phone conversation to tell me there was a fitting room. (As if a lingerie store wouldnt have one.) I abandoned the lingerie to check out the back (where the sex toys are), and as soon as we got back there, the employee finally got off the phone to mention the fitting room again. I told her I knew it wouldnt fit just by looking at it. Ive been clothes and lingerie shopping before -- I know when Id waste my time and energy trying things on. I have a disability and cant waste energy trying on clothes that I KNOW wont fit. Her response was a snippy, Women bigger than you fit into my clothes just fine, as if I had never worn clothes or lingerie in my life and was too stupid to figure out when something wont go over my head. I was too shocked by her rude response and simply left. I would never set foot inside this store again with how I was treated. Plus, $60-70 for a babydoll was too much. Didnt catch the other prices. Not a fat or disability friendly store, and I didnt see much in the way of trans inclusivity (packers, binders, etc.), either.
