Cool place to hang out though a bit dirty inside. The Chuck E. Cheese is fast and staff are helpful.

My grandson has so much fun especially in the thing you climb in. The only thing is having to put time on the card cause we put 45 min and he played a couple of games then played in the tunnels when he was ready to play the games again I had to go add more time. So you have to make sure when you get your cards they play for the amount of time thats on the card then go play in the tunnels & Dance with Chuckie Cheese

Smaller than others, but still makes the kids happy. A lot of machines are always broken, it is always overly crowded, 2 beer limit which is lame, and the ticket machines are always broken. It definitely needs some serious ownership attention. This one is clearly a money machine that is surviving solely on no competition.

Stopped by for my sons fundraising event. My son had a great time,staff was friendly. Salad bar and wings were delicious. My son enjoyed his pizza.

Well it was a busy Tuesday and there was an issue with getting our food on time however this great guy Angel I’m not sure if he was a manager or what but he saved the day by offering to keep us happy by reloading my kids play cards. Now that is customer service. I was very happy on my birthday.

Ya know, you really cant complain about the value. Came in for about 1 hour of just midway/arcade playtime... spent $12 which gave us just enough credits to fill this time, plus some time on the climbing structure and a visit with Chuck E. himself. So, no complaints there.On the flipside, there were a few games not working properly, but not tagged/labeled Out of Service, so wasted some credits on them. Staff indifferent when we complainedFacilities were generally clean, safe and well-maintained. Based on this experience, would recommend and return.

I took my future TK Grandsons and my Granddaughter to Chuck E. Cheese last night for a Fundraiser for Carter Elementary School. My great Grandtwins were so excited!!!!! We arrived about 6:30 PM. There were a lot of people there. I was even excited. We waited in a small line with our stickers on and coupons in our hands. There was one cashier and we were moving very slowly. I was told to show my school ID for a free salad or personal pizza and the Manager said, “What do I need to see that for, what is it?” This man needs to lighten up and be appreciative that he has a job. He was very cold and grumpy looking. The managers face and attitude was so angry and it was like he hated his job and everyone he had to serve! The staff were all young and some were pleasant. Our pizza took approximately. 1hr 1/2 to get and my babies were hungry and it was very greasy when it came. There was hardly anything on the salad bar at 7:30 PM. There was just scraps of what was once cheese or croutons. Then at closing they were just turning off the lights and made no announcements of their closing. If it wasn’t a fundraiser for such a wonderful school, I wouldn’t have went if I would have known it was going to be like that. Things need to sparkle and shine, glitz and glamor, and smiles and love need to poor out of the people who work with kids in a daily business!!!

The staff here is very kind. Also I feel like the pizza has gotten better in the last year. Its the only chuck e. Cheese in the desert so it is always busy. Parking is t terrible either.

We had a good time, and enjoyed the pizza! And the kids liked the ice cream. Nice experience for all. It was fun to watch them have a great time.

Only one person was on duty and was extremely rude. Food too 30+ mins to arrive and when it did it was all cold. Games were fun though

Fun place for kids around 3 and over once they can actually be able to play.. brought my 2 yr old he had a good time couldnt play everything though.. I reccomend getting time vs. points(tokens) also eating before coming because everything is a bit pricey ..

Its a good place but my card just finished so fast and the play ground was dirty.

Its like Blockbuster used to be. Glad its here, but cant wait till it is gone. We will all reminisce about when they used to sell more than 2 beers, had a real play place, and could actually get enough tickets to buy something other then a tootsie roll.

Love couple hours from this place. It’s the only one even that close to us. Food is good but there’s always bunch of games not working. So often they don’t give tickets from the machines and you could literally wAste your whole time on your care waiting for them to get around to help you with the machine. They’re always under staffed it seems. Doesn’t seem like a la k of effort from the employees just maybe overall management isn’t keeping up with the needs of the place.

How can you not take a child to this place? Pizza is fine as was the salad bar. Staff seemed friendly enough and the restroom was clean. Recommend? Yes

Hi, so I used to bring my 4 year old here during the weekdays for their lunch buffet and it was perfect because she ate one piece of garlic bread and that was it so it wasn’t a large amount of food or money that would be wasted. Also if you purchase there souvenir cup, you can bring it back with you for free drinks! So we were coming like 2-3 times a week( just to get my little one out of the house and in air conditioned).Well now that they got rid of their buffet and I haven’t come back for a couple months because I’m that stubborn;), but I’m here now and grabbed a salad bar ..... oh my gosh there was a long black hair in it. So this happens time to time as much as I eat out but this place was already on thin ice with me. I feel bad for some of the staff writing this because there are some really nice people working here, but I can’t ignore this either.They are providing us with a complimentary cookie pizza for the inconvenience which is nice however will I be able to ever eat the salad bar again!?To be continued.....

Bad management. One of my little ones lost her card the person in the front that charged me for the cards pretended that she wasn’t the original employee that charged me and the manager was even worst,Very bad attitude.

WE TOOK OUR FAMILY THERE TO CELEBRATE MY YOUNGEST SON’S BIRTHDAY AND SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE, THE ONE THAT LOOKED LIKE SHE WAS THE MANAGER WOULD BE SCREAMING AT THE EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS (ALSO SHE LOOK LIKE SHE WAS AT HOME, NO UNIFORM, NO NICE HAIR OR MAKE UP AT ALL) THE PEOPLE HERE SEEMS LIKE THEY DONT LIKE WORKING WITH KIDS SO I DONT EVEN KNOW WHY THEY EVEN WORK HERE. FOOD WAS EXPENSIVE AND TOOK OVER 30 MINS TO GET TO THE TABLE. NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN. THE ONLY GOOD THING THEY HAD WAS THE SECURITY FOR THE KIDS AND THE GAMES. OTHER THAN THAT THE SERVICE AND STAFF ARE WAY OFF FOR THE PLACE.

Shared my nephew and nieces birthday with Chuck E. and it was the cutest celebration. The kids were so excited and Chuck E and the staff were helpful and friendly. The best thing was seeing the kids excitement and smiles the whole place brought to their faces.

AWFULL! WE WERE WAITING TO REDEEM OUR TICKETS, AND WE WERE LEFT WITH NO ONE TO HELP US BECAUSE THE WORKER HAD ENDED HER SHIFT. SHE LEFT IN A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL MATTER. I UNDERSTAND THE SHIFT WAS OVER, BUT SHE SHOULDVE HAD SOMEONE ELSE TAKE OVER, INSTEAD WE WAITED FOR 15 MIN WITH NO HELP.

While I am not a fan of Chuck e cheeses, my little family is. Weve been here many times and havent had any issues. Game machines dont work sometimes but theyre quick to fix it. The food has always been good when we do eat there. Fun times had by all!

Placed order with them online said it would be ready at 7:45 go to the location to pick it up after my card was charged to find out the store says theyre open till 8 I go to their to pick up at 7:45 doors are locked and nobody answers The phone dont waste our time during these hard times

Had plenty of fun with my family. Mostly everything was clean, if a machine wasnt working, someone was on the job quickly, and the pizza was pretty tasty.

They reuse the pizza from previous old pizza left on the tables. Yuck that place is disgusting. But the playground is a fun place for little kids.

Went on a Thursday, just at opening and we were the only ones there for at least an hour. Employee asked me if we wanted to see Chuck E Cheese since we were alone. I said yes and she obliged which was really cool. They could have said forget it with only one kid present but they didnt. Other staff interacted with her during our visit, really nice. One of the cleanest ones weve been to as well.

Great place for the kids. Live Shows every 30 minutes. Pizza was much better than it was before.

We attended our friends sons birthday party, ideal for young children, our daughter had a blast as did all the children. I hadnt been since I was a young boy, well over 20 years ago, brought back memories.

Chuck E. Cheeses is an air conditioned, indoor playground with revolting food and outdated amenities, but my toddler loves it. I did too before my heightened state of self-awareness.I am grateful they exist for kids and appreciate the stamp policy to verify the children I leave with are my own.The chain needs to improve the quality of food and introduce Daiya or another vegan cheese. (I usually take my kids to Pieology for pizza).They will tell you there are no outlets to charge your phone. That is a lie: one is by the Dippin Dots cart in the front and the other is by the High Five game next to the jungle gym.Chuck E. came out in full costume only to go to the back room and then back stage despite the group of children collecting, excited to see him dance or perform or interact in some way. He disappeared for another 2 hours.I would appreciate more comfortable seating and a coffee bar, not to mention a charging station... because I am a parent.I am grateful they are around, but they need a serious update. Otherwise, they will lose business to places like the Kids Clubhouse at the River (whose floor plan for November and much appreciated coffee bar will blow them out of the water, making it all the more obvious Chuck E. Cheese is a relic of the past).

We had an absolutely amazing experience for our little ones 3rd birthday! The staff was absolutely wonderful and the manager Jose went above and beyond to accommodate our last minute reservation. I have been to many of these restaurants around socal and this is by far the cleanest and best one yet! All the kids in our party had the best time and our little one Leilah adored Chuck! Cant say more positive things about this experience, all of the employees were awesome! Thank you Chuck E Cheese Palm Desert!!!

Held my daughters 5th birthday here. Had a problem with the online reservation and when I got there they said i didnt have one at all. However they very quickly set us up and let us choose everything we wanted. It turned out really well. Very friendly staff, great management. I gave 4 stars because it could have been cleaner. My daughter and her friends said it was pretty dirty in the tubes.

I Dont Mind Going To This Establishment. What I Do Mind Is The Stinch You Get Walk Up To The Establishment. Also As You Walk In There Is A Stinch, That Would Not Bole So Bothersome If The Place Was Better Staffed With People Who Care For Their Job And Kids While Making Customers Happy. Customer Service Is What Should Bring Me Back, Instead There Is Nothing Else Close By For My Children To Do So We Have To Settle For This Establishment. At Some Point You Would Think A Remodeling We Be Needed With Upgrades.

5 months ago I had the worse experience ever here. Today we decided to give this place another chance and celebrate my daughters bday here. All I can say is thank you Jose for making me and my family feel welcomed! Jose and his staff were very kind always made sure we were well taken care of!
