Lots of Dogg poop stinks but nice looking property. They try hard to make u feel comfortable and it helps.

A favorite when I shop at El Paseo...they have a chopped salad that is delicious.

The doctors took their time trying to find out what was going on in my body and didnt make me feel like they were slapping a band Ade on me and pushing me out the door.

Theyre really great here, in all honesty. Chuck is an awesome guy. and the ladies are wonderful to work with. Im rating 4 stars only because the neighbors are A-holes who cant seem to mind their surroundings and love to blare music from their cars at all hours of the night.

Awesome condom! Be careful at the swimming pool with your belongings someone stole my purse with everything on it . I.D, money, debit card, etc. No video because No cam in that area. They should have cameras.

Have a huge issue with large roaches coming up through the drains. The best they will do for you, is tell you to buy bleach and pour it down the drains. The only pool always clean is the large pool by the main office. The others are nearly always filled with leaves and bugs. They are raising the rent, wouldnt recommend to anyone

I have lived at the regent for 3+ years. Its one of the most mismanaged apartment complexes i have ever lived in. They constantly raise rent and screw up the most simple aspects of property managment. I would avoid this place if you can. It looks nice on the outside but isnt so sweet once you have signed the contract.

Very unfriendly and ignorant staff. Lived there for 4 years and each year the place became more filthy with inflating prices. Avoid this place at all costs as management fails to live up to their word
