Michaels

Aisles are too narrow, theres so much to look at, its really very difficult to shop socially distant. I did find some great Christmas stuff on sale though.!

If you like Art and craft this is your place and everything is at good price and if you want more saving you can use a coupon no only for the store but Joans and Hobby lobby Michael have stuff different for Joans store and Hobby lobby

Staff was very nice it was very busy and everyone was working efficiently and made everything go smoothly.

Great in stock condition. Wonderful service from Vanessa at the checkout

Superb help from Staff. You gotta search around stuff is spread all over. Same prices as Hobby Lobby maybe a few items are less expensive

Always a coupon, either in the store or on your phone. Im not that crafty, but when I am, I love to go to Michaels for my crafts needs.

Im temporary disabled and they dont have any electric shopping car. Or special shopping car.

Great place for arts & crafts or anything needed for the office or home decor. Highly recommended for anyone looking for decor

Staff went overboard to make my customer service positive after a small snafu in the drive-by pick-up.

Wow have their prices gone up!!!!! It used to be you could do crafts and make things cheaper than you can buy them ready made. Not if youre shopping here

They have a great selection of craft and art supplies. I often buy too much in here!

Cool place but some staff ignore you

Best store ever

Friendly customer service, answered all my questions and informed me of sales on items I was interested in. Very polite as well. I will definitely go back to shop there again and recommend it to others.

Decent selection of picture frames.

Excellent customer service and well kept.

I took a class to learn how to knit. Rose was an amazing teacher. Fun class, 15 dollars and in less than 3 hours i know how to knit. I will go back.

Its what youd expect from a Michaels. Decent place to get craft supplies

Man they have alot of rows. Found 1 item on row 11 and a 2nd item on row 82.

Good selections of all kinds

Its Michaels, a craft store. Not much different from any other Michaels except in their staff. Their staff here is always helpful and courteous, even if theyre not sure of the area you are asking about. The best staff member that we have dealt with was Anne in framing. If you have questions about framing she is awesome! Shell help you decide what looks best and give you a look at the options yourself on her monitor. I highly recommend this Michaels for their great staff! Keep it up guys!

Selection of glowers could be better.

Great Customer service

One of my favorite stores

This place has everything! This was the place to go for yarn. However, now they switched over to fabric for quilting and sewing projects

They have thousands of fun and creative projects...

Has a great selection of frames at a reasonable price

Love going to Michaels for my crochet projects. A super yarn selection and always great deals.

I love it! This store is very navigational, the employees are great and they have some decent sales on this year especially on yarn.

The staff is always helpful whenever Im having a hard time finding something.

Can always find something here! Almost always what I am looking for.

I liked the selection of craft items but a little higher priced than other places.

Michaels good prizes a lot of good stuff for everybody

Especially love the sales... LOL! Great place to shop for craft supplies of all kinds. My daughters favorite store.

They always have everything we need! Love this place.

I can always find what I need. Great Customer Service

I love that they price match!

More or less a go to for all crafts Ive needed. They are always in stock as most times Ive gone I have rarely seen anything out of stock. The people there are friendly and ready to help all those in need. With great customer service and a wide variety it defiantly a place to check out!

Its been awhile since I have been in Michaels. Its a good store for crafts. I was at Trader joes instead of Michaels. They are in the same shopping center.

Found what we wanted for a gift basket and it will add to it nicely.

If you are a crafty person this store is definitely for you. They have anything you would need and more.

Emilio was great, unfortunately another customer kept interrupting him while he was assisting me with framing. Some people are just pushy and rude. Obviously thought I was invisible.

Clean and had what were looking for. Polite staff as well.

Was looking for helmet display cases found them for a great price & ordered online for pick up ty Michaels

Some of the employees are helpful and knowledgable of their products and some of their employees seem to be vacant and not even mentally present. It just depends on who you get. I will continue to enjoy shopping there. I will simply avoid taxing the vacant with any question more complicated than, where is the exit ?

Items are generally easy to find using signs posted in store but if you cant find something the staff is usually easy to find and is always willing to help you find it. Bargains are always available, whether weekly specials or with coupons. My favourite is a group of 12 x 12 inch paper pads that can be had for under $7 instead of the usual $20. The paper in some of them is fabulous!

This is one of my favorite stores. I love arts and crafts. I get all my art supplies here. Staff is always nice and friendly. Everything is organized.

Good place to buy craft, friendly staff.

Enjoy the discount coupons. Everything we purchased was on sale. Saved a lot.

Love this store. I never leave without a purchase. Great coupons and magic down every isle.

Being an artist Im like a bull in a Chinaaa uumm no. I really like it. Someday Ill buy something. Im basically a hobo right now

Properly equipped store, had Damir varnish which is harder to find now.. most of all Ann was very helpful and extremely courteous.. Great store and service...

Great choice in yarn. But scrapbooking paper was limited

Great store! They always have what I want.

Love to shop Michaels clearance

I love this store, and I always connect with the staff here, this place is rich with humanity and lovely crafts. I adore this place

A bit overprice d but great store for crafts

I went to the one in Palm Desert it is a big store very well lit. Customer service is great they tell you about all the sales and when they start they even give you coupons for future sales.Every now and then they have 50% discount on everything and their floral arrangements are magnificient

Good service and products! Thank you!

Great food. Wish they were open for dinner.

Best store for my DIY projects

OPEN for curbside pickup. Order online.

Great store for crafts. They always have tons of online coupons that save you a lot of money. Great customer service as well.

Great store for crafts and decor. Very busy, narrow aisles, impossible to fit two carts down one aisle (people passing from opposite ends) otherwise great. Sales are bodly displayed.

Great products and prices

Girl at the register, shorter, a little pudgy and a mean face.Extremely, extremely rude. Learn good customer service etiquette.. your not in high school anymore.. the your better than attitude is very ugly.Perhaps work in the back away from people

I love all the art stuff they have had me very inspired

Very clean store. Extremely helpful and checked out quickly. I highly recommend this location.

Ive seen so many items that could be bought at my local dollar store here, the prices are outrageous. The only reason I went was because I had a coupon. It was semi organized, but the clearance section had a lot of broken ceramic and glass in it. It was hard to find help because the store setup was really tight and hard to maneuver through, also they were mostly in the front of the store. Would I go back?, Yes only if i had a coupon.

Expensive...Always Drop My Paycheck When I Walk in I NEED EVERYTHING

Wonderful craft and decorative store. Lots of selection. Fun place to shop.

I like hobby lobby as a company but they are a home store more than a hobby store.

This is a great store with a huge variety of items for creative people from cake decorators to florists to painters. Huge selections to choose from. Great variety of holiday items too.

Ana was extremely helpful and friendly. We had a great shopping experience. I cant wait to go back and shop somemore.

I always find what I need for my crafts and I very much appreciate the discounts I get on the app.

I choose Michaels over Hobby Lobby any day. I never get followed around at Michaels, they are friendly and helpful and dont look at me like they wish Id go somewhere else.

Normally dont shop here but I got invited to a surprise dance with my daughter and needed a quick corsage. Thank you Michaels.

We have a painting that needed new glass but they wanted $40 for an 18x 18 piece of glass. Way too much.

Wow so many Crafty things to explore. Go here not the new place. Live love craft more.

Nice, spacious store with just about everything you could possibly want for arts and crafts. Now that Aaron Brothers has moved inside the store, Ill be sure to go there a lot more.

Lots of inventory. Should have just about any craft item you need

So many amazing Christmas decorations. Friendly employees and didnt have to wait long to pay.

Lots of crafting supplies

Michaels is a great place to shop if you need art and craft supplies. They also do custom framing which is cool. They have several aisles of faux flowers and decorations. They also carry specialty baking goods.

So much good stuff and at good prices

Framing section was great and they were knowledgeable and efficient.

Michaels is the best craft store ever.

I found the paint color that I had had trouble finding, then found the beads I wanted. Good shopping day.

Store attendant in paint section wasnt helpful but all other attendants were friendly and very helpful! Store was well organized with great selection and good prices.

The store had everythingI needed for my project. I really like the fact you can find material for all kinds of projects.

Great variety of merchandise!

Typical Michaels. The store has everything you could want for hobbies, crafts, or a thousand other needs. I needed glass etching gel to get non-glare coaring off my plastic eyeglass lenses. BOOM! There it was. This place is the physical Amazon of crafts stores. Good, helpful workers. I ran across one looking for my etching gel, and she was smiling. As I was in Palm Desert I was instantly fearful. I hadnt seen a smile in PD for 8 years. Tricorder showed no signs of disease or insanity. I realized she was HAPPY. In PALM DESERT. So were all the other employees. WOW.Go there. Good stock. Happy workers.

I like Michaels for the specialty items we need. However I will say there never seems to be enough cashiers. We wait in a long line Everytime. I wish the prices were competitive as well. But allas I can get the same thing usually at a cheaper price elsewhere.I put a 3 because when you need that specialty item they are reliable that way.

Nice place. But I always have a hard time finding someone to ask a question too. I think I would spend more time there if someone could point me in the right direction.

One star! You have to give at least a one star rating for it to be registered...so heres the one star. The staff was rude. The customers were whiney. The store was clean and organized but when coupled with the other factors...I will not be revisiting this store. Extremely disappointed being a visitor from elsewhere in the U.S.

Great store! The help/stock personnel were rude beyond what youd expect from this store. I was really surprised. Cashier help was great. I had to ask several times where to find something. Woman I spoke with was so rude, I left the store without my items.

Great sales

All your crafting needs.

Always have the materials I need for my small business in stock.. and offer to call other stores if I ever need more supplies than in hand! Customer service is great

Always good sales. Fun craft store.
