Get Air Trampoline Park

Was having fun. But they have someone areas closed because of covid .

This is a nice clean location. We have been to a few different Get Air locations in SoCal and this one is the nicest by far. There are all kinds of fun activities to do. The trampoline slam dunk, the dodge ball court, the regular long running trampolines, the twisting ladder, the foam pits, the ninja course, and of course the coin op massage chairs for the adults while the kids play. They have a birthday area for parties, and vending machines with drinks in them along with a hurricane machine and an ice cream machine similar to Dip n Dots. The kids always have a good time here and the Sams club right around the corner sells 2 $25 gift cards for $37.50 so the gift cards paired with whatever discount they have going that day can equal a really good value compared to regular price.

Kids had a great time. Stayed for 2 hours. It was limited areas open but they still had a blast. Workers were nice. We will return again n again

This experience was next level crazy!! The air time you get off one of these trampolines is very exhilarating! 5 stars.

My kids and I had a great time! The trampoline facility is amazing. The staff are very friendly and also professional. We had so much fun the first time that we went back again!

Ive been here about 6 times with my nephews that range from ages of 7-14 and it is always so much fun. Due to COVID, they do have most of the attractions shut down so the only thing to do is jump. No obstacle course, dodgeball, foam pit, swing, surfboard, or basketball. Therefore I would suggest the 1 hour pass vs the 2 or 3 hours during these times. My nephews were bored about 40 minutes in without the extra attractions. Nonetheless, it is still a great place and I will be coming back. Parents are allowed to sit on the side and watch their kids or they can jump. They also have toddler time which is specifically for the little ones where no big kids can jump. Plus the staff is so friendly everytime we come in.

Would of been nice if their website made mention of the fact you have to have reservations, so after driving 40 miles and bringing my 3yr old in was turned away to have to pack him back in the car with a broken heart and drive 40 miles back home. I wish I could say what Im going to do to this place for making my son cry, but I cant.

No seating by trampoline areas for non-participants to watch others in the group. Young mother with a newborn had to sit on the floor. Hand sanitizers were empty. Diaper changer in mens bathroom has been broken and previously reported months ago but owners dont care. Overall dirty appearance.

Overpriced! Especially considering the fact that only 25% of the facility is open. My daughter was bored after 10 minuets and I couldnt get a refunds. ($40)If social distance is key why prison everyone to 1 corner?!Wouldnt recommend it.

Only the trampolines in center of building are open, every other attraction is non op and closed off

This is one of the funniest places around. I got the chance to take my grand kids and they had a blast. The prices where ok and it seems as if 2 hours isnt long enough it is..lol I didnt make it the entire 2 hours. Its so much fun and if you get to tired they have message chairs for the adults kind of a fun funny feature but hey I used 1. Just by your own non-stip socks. They make u buy them if you dont have them.

The service was awesome! (We were here for my sisters bday party) and the lady helping us was really quick and delivered our pizza and stuff fast. I cant wait to come again!!

We had my sons 8th birthday party here yesterday. Everything was amazing. We had a blast! I highly recommend requesting Mya to be your party host. She was very attentive and extremely kind and high spirited. Thank you Get Air for an amazing party . The kids all had a great. From ice cream melts to party favors Get Air has it ALL!

Line to pay moved quickly. Ample shoe cubbies. Lots of different areas with different things. Definitely returning!

Kids had fun for a bit, but they dont have balls at the basketball courts so kids are taking the balls from dodge ball play area to the basketball court and then getting in trouble for it. The floors were really dirty, went the next day for another event and they hadnt moped or clean from the day before. The staff is constantly on you about everything my son (1 year old) couldnt climb out of the foam pit I went in enough to reach him and pull him out whistle was blown and a staff member yelled at me to get out of the foam pit, geez sorry just trying to fish my son out. Vending machines are sold out of drinks, but they do have a water fountain.

Very nice place I love going there but when you go in the foam pits make sure you don’t wear rings phone on you and stuff you can lose in there someone has lost there ring but they got it back very quick!Prices are a bit expensive but good range of time hours.I recommend this place!!!So fun !!!!!!!!

Polite and helpful staff and a great trampoline park! Very fun and great prices. Facility includes a free jumping area, a ninja agility course, 2 basketball jump hoops, a small children area, a dodgeball arena, some balance beams and a few foam pits. The foam pits include a swing, horizontal rope ladder, slacklines and a surfboard. The facility includes areas for resting and for parents to watch, as well as massage chairs. There are many cubbies to store belongings. There are also private areas to rent for parties or gatherings.

Super cool place! Loved the foam pits. A great place to take the family and get out some energy! You will leave exhausted!

Kids liked it. Staff was very attentive to the surrounding areas and ensured the right kids and in the right areas. Played good music and my kids keep asking whens the next time we are going back.

Did my sons birthday party there and was disappointed. We did the party up stairs, where my family would have some privacy. We did have the privacy, but the room was so muggy and humid with everyones body heat that it melted my sons butter cream frosted 2 layer cake. Got our ten 2-liter sodas about an hour and a half to two hours after the party started. The kids were disappointed there was no ice cream even though that was a part of the Big Bounce Party package that I paid for..

Took my grandchildren (5 & 7) for 2 hours. They had a great time.

GREAT place to bring the kids... And even fun for adults! The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the assistant manager Brianna. I have been there 3 times now and it has been great every time. There are four massage chairs for adults to relax in while the kids play, which has felt like heaven everytime.

Extremely slow admittance for an extremely packed line of children and parents in a very small foyer. The required waivers for all people is very unclear on the business website. The confusion causes customers being removed from the line to then fill out waivers resulting in a last place in the terribly slow line yet again. Prepayment does not speed up the process. Facility appears safe but lacks appropriate viewing areas for adult chaperones. Replacing the few massaging recliners with truly adequate seating is a must needed addition.

We were out here visiting and found this place the people we so kind and helpfull with getting our tickets and helping our boys stay safe we went back 3 times! (Great way to tire out kids before going back to the hotel)

Its a wonderful place for kids to play..took my 12 yr old daughter there with her 2 friends..had so much fun went bk again..the next weekend..my 6 yr old had so much fun..even though he has a sensitivity to sound he had a wonderful time..the reception area told me that they have a time where we can bring him in the morning where they turn down or off the music and the lights so that children with Special Needs can come and enjoy themselves....Thank u staff for being so nice and helpful..

Great place for the kids to burn energy, but beware of the ninja course. The foam blocks were removed (apparently corporate said they had to take them out) and there is virtually NO padding in the landing area. My daughter fell from the rings and it really really hurt. Luckily she didn’t break anything.

This is a must visit place for families or even to have some fun with friends! I took my son for his birthday along with family members and some of us adults decided to jump too it was so much fun and a great bonding moment for all the family!!

My grandson loves this place. Drove 50 minutes to get there website said that they were open. But when we arrived they were booked by a private group. When I asked they said very nonchalant oh yah we didnt change the website.

They say they dont charge for kids under 1..or no charge for kids that dont walk..yet my son is 1 n is barely taking 3 steps here fall..4 or 5 steps Max..fall....n they charged me ha.. customer service just sucked..the foam blocks looked all dirty..if u have a 6 year old n up..I can c coming back.. otherwise..stay home..this place is not worth the germs

Nice place to have kids birthday parties.

I love Get Air. It is the best place to jump around and have fun. The other day I went because it was my friends birthday. I jumped around, did the obstacle course, and played dodgeball. I recommend this place if you wanna have fun and a good time. But make sure to always bring water bottles. You will get tired.

Love it here, my kids love it. But, But the wanna be referees are super zelous, way, way overbearing. I understand that they have to keep kids of various ages in certain areas but they go overboard. Made me not want to come back.One of the young female referees way trying to go after my son (that 4 years old)like he was a criminal just because he was in the wrong section. Get over it let kids be kids.

This place is always a great time for the kids. They have an awesome party package. You really cant go wrong with all of the promotions and special sales they have constantly.

It was good but all the works are just in a group talking like there were so many fights and arguments at the dodge ball area it could have all been avoided if one just ONE came over and regulated thing but overall good experience

You really have to keep an eye on your stuff here...we had our phone get stolen by a group of thugs that apparently liked to jump and steal. I couldnt prove which one of the thugs took it...so I just took the loss. Be safe...keep an eye on your stuff...or lock it in your trunk BEFORE you go into this place.

The best place for kids to have fun and it is near some food places so wean you are hungry after jumping there are places near by.

Upon arrival my family and I had a not so great experience. We walked in and saw (4 female staff) behind the counter but 3 of them were just sitting down looking down on their cell phones and letting the other girl do all the work. Because of this I got irritated. I had to go back 3 times to the front desk because either a family member didnt get a bracelet or didnt sign a waiver. That was very frustrating. And thats what happens when you have 1 girl doing all the work and 3 lazy girls who only care about getting paid standing around. This was yesterday (Saturday) between 11:50am-12:40pm. I dont recall exactly what time. Staff at the front counter NEEDS TO GIVE CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS AND GET OFF THEIR PHONES. YOURE AT WORK!!!!

Great place to take anyone, they have designated times tuesdays and Thursdays for toddlers then open jump starts at noon. Friendly staff and socks purchase is only $3. The socks do not come included in admission, however you can purchase deals on their website.

Was so much fun! A little pricey but it was a gift so we enjoyed the day!

Great air conditioned exercise that is really fun and wears the kids out

So dumb that during thanksgiving week Tuesday (Toddler time 10-12pm) they had no Toddler time. Older kids which were only 3kids at that time were not using the older kids area; older kids were using the area where Toddlers were allowed employee stated this toddler area was a shared area. Park was full of toddlers, but could not use the main trampolines or dodge ball area. Toddler area was full which may be a greater risk of getting hurt because there were so many toddlers and only 3 older kids! Kind of stupid for restricking the area that was less congested. Very upsetting because my kids have school during the week and this was the only Tuesday they could have enjoyed the entire park!

I took my son to Get Air Palm Desert and he had so much fun! He loved the foam pit and the trampolines. Staff was very nice and welcoming. I noticed that they also have an area for partys. I believe I paid $13 for him to play for one hour. Well worth the money. This means Liam had one less hour on the iPad.Busy Bugs Window Cleaning

Kind of lame you cant sit at the only tables unless you have paid to have a party there. where do you sit,???

Friday nights is great time to go after 8:30 they have a DJ and black lights on that the kids love.

I took my grandson who is 6 years old and he had a time. Its nice and clean. You will have to buy a pair of, trampoline socks for $3. You can use them the next time you go. I think the next time Im going to try the trampolines too.

Great prices and a lot of fun for kids and adults. There is plenty of space to sit and watch the little ones which I really liked. The kids stayed active and had fun the entire time we were there. Good staff as well.

What an amazing find this place is! Its a huge venue - tons of fun with all variety of different obstacles and areas to explore !A great way to spend some energy and have a blast!

Fun place but could be better. Prices should be lower for the little kids who can only use small areas. The signs for those areas need to be more visible so the bigger kids stay out of those areas.

Park is great, employees like to single out people to enforce rules and let others get away with it . Payed for two hours and was made to leave after an hour or pay more money. Buying your own trampoline would be easier and less headache of dealing with children employees

I love this place! It always seems to be busy. They have a structured way of getting you into the trampoline park while at the same time keeping your children safe while inside the park.They sell time by the hour and have colored wristbands to denote when youre time is up.They have different sections within the trampoline park. In general jumping section, a little kid section, several foam pits, even a obstacle course of sorts.I take my kids here whenever I can.

One of the cooler bounce parks Ive been to, my 17 year old baby had a blast. Huge tramps, obstacle course. Good time for young and athletic.

Ive taken my daughters to many trampoline parks in So. Cal and this is one of the better ones. Lots of options, its never been so crowded that you cant have a good time and its close to home, which means no more driving all the way to Ontario to SkyHigh.Highly recommend for a couple hours of lots of fun.

Great fun for young energetic kids! Be warned however they make you sign that disclaimer for a reason. I have seen 2 serious injuries in the several times I have been there (both to adults, BTW).

Absolutely loved this placed... One hour for the kids might not be enough but at 38 years old it’s plenty for me! The trampoline into ball pits was great and the wife and I tried to destroy each other at dodgeball... she won!

What a fun place to go as a family or just let the kids play.

This was a waste of money and time for my sons birthday. They said on the website that there was an area just for kids but no where did it say that kids cant go in the other areas. My son was stuck with 2 plain trampolines and a foam pit.The website said rooms for the party but there was NO rooms just tables.....The Pizza they order from dominos and I was suppose to serve pizza at noon. The Pizza didnt arrive and on the table until 12:30.... there was very little staff.They reuse the plates, napkins and forks that the parties dont use (which is disgusting. How do they know what touched those)Then when I went to go pay they tried to tell me they couldnt split the cost (different cards and cash) which in the end they ended up doing just that.When I asked to speak to the manager they wouldnt let me and refused to give me the name and phone # of the manager and district manager. Finally the boy at the front desk gave me a business card with the name and email of the manager. They are hearing from me.Over all absolutely horrible place for a kids birthday party..... fun for all ages no no it is not.This is a go for a hour and not worry about the technical aspects of a party.I will NOT be back to attend a party here every again $329 down the drain on a HORRIBLE experience.
