Beautiful room and views, but disappointing amateurish afternoon tea, as the most crucial and important element, to be served with the scones, is missing. Yes, you guessed it: the clotted cream !!!Whats the point to have afternoon tea without clotted cream? Really!!!Also, the acoustic of the room is not prone to a single bad quality speaker, seating randomly on one side, playing distorted opera music. That was totally unnecessary and hurtful to everybodys ears...

Had an amazing high tea service on NYE. Wasnt crowded and it was a nice setting, the closest thing Ive found to afternoon tea in England!
