Nice pool and spa areas! Customer server did not appear to be a priority, as they appear to be leaning on their name and event history to refill their pockets. Room was very aged and had ceiling falling down in spots. Housekeeping was not avail during 4day, 3 night stay, without prior day scheduling, and then they still did not show up for a refresh. Renovations are on going and are much needed, but until completed would not recommend. Even then service and customer focus could be improved for off season customers.

We are absolutely thrilled with the level of service we received at the Spa. Clean facilities, Covid safe, and relaxing environment. Cecilia, Wendy, Jeff, Sylvia, Nancy and Alex made us feel so welcomed. Sylvia provided the best massage I have ever had! Highly recommended!

This place is so beautiful. The halls are quiet so if your having a party keep it down because you will get a noise complaint. We stayed on the side with a balcony but you may want to ask for a pool side balcony view, because our view was of the parking lot.Pool- is currently opened on our stay 8/22, they have a kiddie pool and jacuzzi closed at 6pm but the outside area can still be enjoyedRoom- was nice and clean refrigerator but no microwave, they have a microwave in the lobbyFood- all the restaurants have limited hoursParking- they have Valet parking or be prepared for a good walk from the parking lot up a little hill.Golf course- is very nice

Our family needed a little getaway. And they fulfilled our needs. Very clean. Sanitized the pool area at least 3 times a day. The pool was perfect... Close to the mall and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Was here for a golf event. Not only did I see guests but I saw multiple employees not wearing masks during my stay. Social distancing was nonexistent, there’s people indoors all over without masks. Employees and staff was not enforcing this at all which is great concern to me considering the fact that people from all over the world come to this resort. I called the counties hotline for businesses that were violating their Covid rules, hopefully something will be done about this. I can’t imagine it’s been better but I can only know that it’s going to get worse.

I often stay at PGA National I’ve never been disappointed. This is the first. The room and resort was very clean and maintained. The staff was not friendly, helpful nor did they even smile. I had to walk in the rain after I parked my car and let me say the parking lot is not close....as I walked by with my belongs soaked....not a word from anyone. Same thing when I left. This is not the PGA National I’ve known in the past. Not at all. Unless it’s because I’m Asian and they’re on the bandwagon that all Asians caused the coronavirus, I don’t know.

Pga National Resort provide excellent customer service, Specially General Manager. All Stuff are nice.We highly recommended this place for play Golf and spend time with family.Pga National Resort use us last few years and hope we will in future.We wish best of luck with new face of PGA National Resort.

Totally totally LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!! My team and I attend a conference here and boy am I glad we did! The Med Spa Growth & Profitability Conference was very informative and if you’re in the Spa business you should definitely reach out they can help.The employees of PGA National Resort & Spa were THE BEST PART!! They are so kind, attentive and caring. Aaron, Doug & Ms Lorna to name a few were amazing!!! There were so many amazing people I couldn’t keep up with the names. The customer service and classy feel of this place entices me to return soon for a weekend to relax. Each meals presentation and taste were perfect! I really enjoyed myself and look forward to returning on a personal level to enjoy the amenities.Last but certainly not least there’s the bar beautiful live music in the evening and bartenders and servers were ready and skilled! See you guys soon....I forgot to take my pick in front of the Bear so I’ll definitely be back!

My review is limited to the Honda Classic event that is being held here every year. The golf grounds, as expected, were kept in immaculate shape. The holes are well marked and easy to follow. Despite being the last day of the tournament, there was enough space for the crowds to move about following their favorite golfers. It was a perfect day for golf.

Golf course is in good shape but sandy greens due to maintenance. Disappointed no score cards or coolers used due to virus. But you can use the touch screen to keep your score. How is that better than score card use?!

The hotel is extremely nice. During this pandemic stay in any hotel is going to be less than ideal. My room and the hotel in general was very clean when I arrived, but because of the pandemic rooms werent being cleaned on a daily basis. I will try another stay following the pandemic.

The property was clean and beautiful. There were some kinks as this was the first week they opened from shutting down from covid. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. My only complain was our refrigerator didn’t work the whole time we were there, (I did report it) and in the evenings when their one cafe was closed, there was no way to get any snacks or drinks for my children. But overall, good experience, my husband loved playing golf!

I do not know why you did not have any food service available as you have outside seating which works with the Covid issues. Only 1 person on the front desk and when I tried to call twice, no one answered. The only thing for food that was open was the small carry-out station which we did not want to eat at.

Went here for a one night staycation with the husband and it made us feel like paradise in the mist of all this horrible day to day crazy. We felt like we were some where else. Staff helped us and were very nice from moment we arrived, very clean and kept CDC guidelines! Wish I was there right now

We went to the spa for massages and to enjoy the water pools. The staff was very professional, showing us to our respective changing rooms. We had several different massages, all were excellent. The pools were very enjoyable but the Dead Sea pool tended to attract small flies. This wasnt the case at the Salies De Bearn France or the chlorine pools. I made a stupid mistake and left my swim suit in the locker room. I called the next morning and got voice mail, leaving a call back number and never recieved a call back. I would expect better from the PGA National Spa.

Normally this pga tour course lives up to its name, but this year with covid, they structured plans and contingencies but rain really hurt those when everyone was FORCED back to breakfast room where we sat cozily and waited. No room service, no pool servers, lobby bar closed.

A dump. Dont play golf there, particularly the Palmer course - only holes 6-14 are open and there in terrible shape, yet they dont tell you that and still charge fullprice. Rooms are worn out and social distancing / masks are scarce.

Fazio course is in poor condition.Hotel rooms are large but very dimly lit bathrooms. Would not visit again.

Weve stayed here a couple of weekends including PGA Honda Classic and Golf Channel Amateur Tour Seniors National. Our experiences were wonderful and received room upgrade both times. Beautiful but challenging golf courses and friendly staff, they have a bar near the lobby and large pool for lounging around after a hard day at golf. Spa packages are a tad high if compared with nearby services but you pay for conveniences. Nearby restaurants are also great.

Best experience of my life! Went on Dec 3rd (and still thinking about it) for a massage, pedi, & keratin treatment. WOW what a day! The pool and steam room were incredible in between services! Wish I didnt have to leave! Also grabbed 2 pairs of earrings on my way out from the gift shop- Ill be back ASAP! Thanks guys

This is a great hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. The reason for my review is that they have an awesome pool, that you can’t use. You have to make a 2 hour reservation slot and when we checked in at 5:00 (Check in is at 4:00) we were told all the reaervations for 12:00-2:00 and 2:00 - 4:00 were taken. The whole poi t of our trip was to do a staycation and relax by the pool. Also, no real breakfast serves at any of the restaurants.

This was my first time here with my kids and we absolutely LOVED IT!!!!! My kids didnt want to leave. It was super clean, very attentive and followed all guidelines for covid. We will be back.

The place is beautiful, the attention is awful! The front desk staff are lost in the world. With the Covid regulations they don’t tell you anything what’s going on, pool has restricted hours, restaurant closed, spa closed, 85% of the facility is CLOSED. We were having a good time on the pool and they just suddenly closed. Expensive hotel but very bad service . First time and LAST time on this hotel. Thanks

Went here for the Honda Classic, which is a great venue...I hope they dont change this. The grounds are well kept and the event was well managed and went well. Parking and transportation was excellent and ran smooth and quickly. Security was good, but not too crazy. There were plenty of seats and refreshment stops all around. The sponsors and vendors were good, and provided extra fun for everyone. The layout of this course is spectacular and there are adequate trees, providing shade for weary spectators. It was a great golf event, I got to see some of my favorite players up close and made more amazing by this wonderful venue. The weather was excellent too... most enjoyable for this time of year.

Room was not ready . Couch had tear in it. Employees never speak to you. Horrible experience and I use to love this place.

Nice place clean restrooms. Nice paper hand towels. Very spacious conference rooms. Went for a conference there . Could not stay as they were full. The conference food was tasty and nice but the information lacked details of ingredients used to prepare each food item. Especially if you are a vegetarian then ingredients used gets to be very important.

Overall great property! We were passing through town and choose to stay 1 night. Clean and nice facilities.

Hotel is beautiful and the staff was top notch! Especially the guys at valet they were the best! Staff alone would get 10 stars!!!I gave it 4 stars because the regular rooms were nothing special for the price, but the pool etc was worth it I guess. Also the mens locker room is significantly nicer than the ladies :(But for a party venue this place is AMAZING!

Beautiful Resort with very friendly staff. Great Golf Courses and pool area. Big Spa area. Restaurants are good and have beautiful terrace to sit outside. Definitely a very nice place for holidays.

The massage was excellent. The staff was very nice. The sauna and steam both were hot and clean. The locket room, showers and other amenities seemed dated and worn. Also seeing mold on the ceiling gave me the creeps.

Positive: The location was perfect and the pool area was beautiful. Negative: Unfortunately due to COVID-19 the pool area was limited to Reservations for a two hour limit. I really wish we would have known prior to booking it as it was the major reason we booked this hotel. A notification on the website would have been nice.

I have seeing better in NJ. PGA National Resort and spa is all about who is member there. The employees are not friendly. They talk too much, will not answer your question, nor do what they must to serve you on the best of their abilities. My dentist office has free water. This very high end club you must pay for one, really? This place doesnt come close Montclair or Essex Fells Golf Country club in NJ.

Very disappointed in the room. When we arrived the toilet would not flush, we called down to the front desk and they said they would send engineering up. They never showed up, so my husband had to go downstairs that night to use the restroom. The bed had a huge dip in the middle of it. They offered us to switch rooms, but only gave us a $100 credit for our inconvenience. The bar was out of the top liquor that my husband drinks. We were very disappointed about the stay. I completed a survey right after the stay and have yet to hear from anyone about it. I just dont feel that the value for what we spent was there. We could have went to an all inclusive and spent the same and had way better service.

Ive had the opportunity to play 4 of the courses on site and they are always in good shape. The squire seems to hold water a bit more than the others so after a big rain it stays pretty wet. While the hotel is nice and clean, the rooms arent exactly 5 star. The bar area and pool are great with friendly and helpful staff. If you are going for a golf trip then youre definitely at the right place.

NOT a good start off to our honeymoon! Stayed for one night with expectations to do again for an anniversary trip; NEVER! Quality of the rooms are NOT worth the money. Old sunken in beds and couches. Broken mini-fridges. Asked to look at other rooms that we could stay in instead and they were much smaller with just as bad quality; they were apparently “complimentary upgrades”. They charged $15 to use a microwave to heat up our leftovers from the wedding. Bath robes were really itchy and stiff (one had a rip in the side where the belt loop was missing). The drain stopper to the bathtub broken and could not drain the water out. We called the front desk a month in advanced to ask questions about the use of the mineral pool at night (when we were arriving) and was told it was a private pool that we can step out to from the balcony and it was open all night (lie- balcony looked out to a wall and pool was closed by the time we arrived). We wanted an in-room spa session in the morning and was told to book it when we got there (remind you, we arrived at night); we couldn’t schedule the spa when we got there because it was too late, accidentally booked it for the day after when we would be gone because their website was terrible, could not get a $300 (couples) massage canceled and get a refund without the confirmation number that we were never given!

Played the Championship course, those were probably the best greens Ive ever putted. Considering it was late November and had days of tournament players in front of us, they were amazing. Highly recommend playing it if youre in the area.

Reasonable rates, nice room, beautiful grounds that show some signs of being dated. As far as activities, there were only three fairly beat up bikes (the chain kept coming off mine). One of the classes was rescheduled. Other than that, all great.

A regular at the spa for many years. The continuity of the staff with Alex in the mens club, George at the pool and Michelle working the drinks it makes me feel comfortable and relaxed but The spa facilities need an update. I hope the new management can bring the hotel back to its former glory.

What a beautiful venue for a 5 star wedding! I had the honor of being in the bridal suite downstairs & it was incredible! Every amenity a bride could expect was readily available. The ballroom was meticulously decorated, service was over the top! Highly recommend PGA National for any event, if you have a decent sized budget! Worth every dime!

The outside entertainment areas like the pool are a cut above other places, however the rooms arent all that special. Vacation club places tend to give a better room with more space. I would stay here again in any case. Golf near by is a good attraction despite not having super close access to the beach which you would need to drive to. Shopping is in within reach with Garden Mall close by.

The service was great and the food was amazing. I will be returning back with the family next time. It was just my Huband and I and Our grown children have to come and experience this wonderful food.

Great place to spend a day at the spa. Fantastic amenities. I opted for the Moor mud body scrub/massage. Basically, you get covered in mud then wrapped up in reflective sheets to get you to sweat. It’s supposed to have detoxifying effects. Afterward, spent some time at the pool relaxing. Be sure to check out the Dead Sea pool.

Massage service was good however the property didn’t look cared for. The hotel building needs a good pressure washing, lots of mud on the walkways. Loud conversations in the spa made for an unpleasant experience leading up to my massage. There’s really nothing here that makes me want to come back.

The staff was super helpful, I needed to print some papers and an envelope for some papers.. the the front desk was able to make that happen! The grounds are amazing, clean and beautifully manicured.

Due to the on going rain and weather conditions we were not able to enjoy the facilities at all. The Game Room Should’ve been open, the same For the golf simulator, The ping-pong tables, all board games, a live bingo game. There Were no indoor Offerings at all (luckily the fitness center was opened). The use of the computer and microwave should be more than one available for use.It would’ve Been nice If there were Options for Food and Beverage (besides Pronto) since everyone was stuck inside their rooms- no one could Use the outdoors.

I’m really in love with this place. It’s my second time going in a month and I feel like I can write a proper review. Both ladies who have done my massages were incredible. The last massage I had (Angela) was probably the best massage I have ever had in my life. The amenities are fantastic! If you book any spa service, you get access to their pools, saunas, steam room etc. for the whole day. If it’s raining and you can’t use the pool, they will give you a rain check to come back during the week to use them. There is poolside service for food and drinks, and George will make you feel so comfortable by the pool by setting up all the towels and getting you sunscreen and water. I heard that the facilities were going to be closed down next year for remodel and I’m so bummed because I actually like the way they look now (some things could be updated, but seriously the place feels so relaxing the way it is!) The one thing I wish is that they could give me a better idea on what a membership for the Spa is versus having to call the PGA Membership services because I just want a membership for the spa and that’s it.I can’t wait to go back and be pampered again. The entire staff is friendly and helpful!

I was here for a professional conference. The place is very nice. The food was delicious, tasty and nice. The place is very clean. The bathrooms are clean and the paper hand towels are of great quality. Could not stay here as they were fully booked at the conference rate. The air conditioning was working very well. They have a very nice bar and restaurant.

I visited the spa today having stayed at the resort and visited the spa numerous times over the last couple of decades. My massage with Nanci was outstanding. The Waters of the World is still lovely and my salad was fresh & delicious.So heres the tough part - This is no longer a world-class Spa. I understand a renovation is planned for the near future, but that will only fix a couple of the issues.While relaxing and waiting for my friend to finish her treatment. A technician yelled for a guest no less than three times. This missing person was clearly not in the lounge area as there were only four of us. But each time I nearly jumped out of my skin cuz she really did YELL the name.And Im wondering what happened to the selection of fresh fruit that was presented for decades??? The cucumber or lemon water and the nice selection of teas were also missing. No magazines either. Run of the mill teas & a couple thermoses of coffee. Is this a business conference at Holiday Inn? No healthy snacks except a beautiful bowl of apples that i noticed guests picked up then promptly put down. Not exactly sanitary nor enticing.The rates have increased significantly and the ambiance has declined. Special shout out to Manny at the pool - exceptional, friendly service. Please raise the bar PGA Spa. Your gift cards have been a sure go-to for my husband.

Love a Day at PGA!! A great Spa relaxation area, salt water pools from the Dead Sea & Provence adjacent to a regular circular pool & hot tub, surrounded by beautiful palm trees.The small outdoor lunch Bistro offers fresh salads, sandwiches fruits & cocktails. To make our day complete we scheduled massages & facials. I met the lovely, Belle. Belle, provided me one of the best neck massages, a facial & a light peel. I left PGA feeling like a new woman. I cant wait to get back there. Its worth the ride from Port St Lucie.

I have been a member at PGA for several years now and recently left because the club has really gone down hill. The head golf professional at PGA National is Randy Raimondi, who takes himself way too seriously. Instead of speaking to members like members, he talks to you like youre a kid. He cancels tee times without first notifying the member, he doesnt return phone calls, and emails take him over a week to respond. Brookfield Asset Management recently purchased the club and the service coming out of the golf department is terrible. Randy needs to be fired immediately. I know of two other members that left because of the way they were treated from Randy. Im sure Randy doesnt care and he will just sign up new members, but the reputation of the club is spreading quickly. The club culture spreads from the top down and Randy needs to learn how to treat people. I actually think he has a Napoleon complex.

You like golf this is the place to be for sure. Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. When at the location checkout the restaurants on property. Food is terrific. The lobby area bar is a great spot to take in at night after dinner or for watching games. I’m not golfer by any means but this is very good place to bring the family for things outside of golf. Sorry for not a lot of photos, I was hear on business.

I decided to give this place a stay because I drove down to the West Palm area to buy my wife a vehicle. The overall ambiance of the hotel is very nice & upscale. The spa is nice & the services I had there were great! Ask for Silvia if youre planning on getting any massage therapy! However the spa is extremely outdated & Im use to the more elaborate Vegas/NYC style spas. So I wasnt impressed with how outdated the spa was. This along with a few other reasons Ill list is why I opted for a 4 star rating. Honestly, I was considering giving this place a 3 star rating. But the staff has been nice. The maids dont seem to bother you if your Do Not Disturb door tag is visible. The rooms are clean. The balcony is a cool addition. The bathrooms have a shower & bathtub. The pools are super cool. They have a special Israeli salt pool & a French spring water pool back by the spa! The general pool is beautiful. However the food sucks! Im an east coaster & from Pittsburgh so I eat some really gourmet stuff. The food I ordered for room service which as a lobster roll & a few other items tasted extremely bad. I wouldnt recommend wasting your money on overpriced garbage food here. Instead use Grubhub or Doordash & grab some good eats from some locally owned & highly rated restaurants that will deliver right to your door! This broken plug plate bothered me too. So all in all. Im standing firm at 4 stars. Overall its a good value for your money!

Haven’t even been able to make a reservation until my questions are answered. I called and was transferred to the front desk, kept getting sent back to the operator because they weren’t answering. This happened for about 10 minutes. I’ve tried calling the last 3 days and still haven’t been able to get in contact with anyone. I guess I’ll take my business elsewhere.

The amenities were amazing, but service left a little to be desired. We had a great dinner experience at I-Bar, and the bed and room was very comfortable. Guest services staff was extremely informal and in my opinion a little bit too familiar.The live band at the I-Bar was very entertaining. The music poolside seemed to be a mix of 70’s and 80’s House-party mix.Overall we had a pleasant experience, and will return.

If I could I would give a zero!!! Terrible customer service! I’ve stayed at this resort multiple times and was also a member. I brought my family and friends on Christmas to stay in a certain room...paid for in advance. When I arrived they told me they didn’t have my room I booked! It was a large suite that I needed to accommodate the people that i had coming! They didn’t even try to compensate in anyway!! This was not the first bad experience either. I will not be coming back here ever again!

I was here for a staff retreat and meetings. Gorgeous grounds. Spacious room with balcony and view of pool. Staff were very accommodating. Meeting space has large windows overlooking ther pool. Food was delicious and served hot and fresh. About a 15 minute drive to public beach.

Beautiful resort enjoyed 4 days, 3 nights with lots of family lots of rooms. Had a catered dinner one night, food was exquisite, as was the cocktail party we had. Service was incredible. We also spent an incredible night in the lobby with awesome entertainment, full house drawing a tremendously large audience. All was great, orderly, people everywhere having grand time, singing, dancing etc. The hotel provided extra security which kept everyone orderly. The music was Motown review. Awesome.definitely recommend this place.♡

This spa is really a treat. The sauna and steam room are wonderful. They have little towels in a basin with ice for when you get out of the steam room/sauna. It’s wonderful! The pools are beautiful and generally well-kept. They offer a lot of toiletries to use and the atmosphere is very clean and serene. My only complaints are that the prices have gotten arbitrarily worse with time despite no significant upgrade in services and the food at the cafe is mediocre at best. I’d still go back. It’s always a lovely day there!

If you like cold A/C then dont stay here...you wont get it. They save $ by having the A/C cut off when you leave the room. It works on a motion sensor. It takes forever to cool down (an hour to get it down 3 degrees). We switched rooms and they didnt even tell us that the A/C worked this way. Left to go to dinner and it was 81 degrees when we got back.

We love this place. We’ve stayed twice with family in town. The pool side food is better than many sit down restaurants. The setting is gorgeous and the service top notch. Our new favorite location for a staycation!

The Fazio course was very challenging and our caddie was exceptionally helpful and courteous. They need to work on the quality of the tee boxes, though, as many were sparsely covered in full grass. The excellent conditions of the greens helped make up for it but this area needs work

Had a minor issue, not only did they make me feel secure and comfortable after this issue. They have sent something in the mail for my loses. Something i could not prove, they did not fight me over. Instead made me feel at home and at peace. Not only will we be back. This truly is our favorite destination and resort all the way from the mineral pool at the spa, to the Fazio, Palmer, and of course the Championship. Clean room and great Air conditioning. Decided to propose here if that tells you how much we admire this place. The perfect getaway

Ended up only staying one of the two nights I was scheduled, was stuffed in a basement, the lighting was terrible, bathroom was the worst I’ve encountered at a “resort”. The spa was nice as was the lobby bar and terrace, but definitely would not return back.

Friendly service. Volunteers were helpful. TVs monitors in Champions Club had too much glare, could not see. Also could not see leaderboard.

First of all I’m annoyed at the treatment received at this hotel. My husband and I were in town for a wedding. Couple hours into arrival security was knocking on all the doors because they “smelled smoke”. Mind you there are signs that say 250$ cleaning fee. No person in their right mind would want that headache. We paid security deposit 200 upon arrival we were told we had to pay 168 upon check out. When we were leaving, we paid the 168. Only to find out they already charged 68 dollars to my husbands card because “they didn’t know what we were doing.” First of all, we aren’t going to leave and not pay, either way there’s a credit card on file so that makes no sense. The experience was disgusting and the racial profiling was insane. I did not see anyone getting harassed by security except our group. The only thing good at this place was the bar, service and live entertainment. Otherwise, if your a minority I don’t recommend staying here unless your Tiger Woods or JR smith .

Probably stayed here at the wrong time. The hotel is a nice hotel, BUT the people roomed next to me- partied loudly and all night. I literally heard all of their conversations clearly and they had their music blaring to all hours of the night. I asked the hotel to please move my room, they declined. I asked for a refund, they declined. Multiple people were at the front desk asking for help to remedy the situation and they continued to decline and provide help other then saying they would send security (which never happened).I realize people stay at hotels in groups and want to have a good time, I am a reasonable person, but this was extreme! I am disappointed in the hotel’s response to help solve this problem, for not only me, but other guests.

Great customer experience clean and comfortable- somewhat dated but well maintained. This is my 4th time here and the experience is consistent.

Great place to play and watch golf.
