Michales is my number one, I go there probably once a day. I get everything there. The only thing I may not agree to is that their receipts are too much paper, they should offer o line ones. Also they sometimes accept double couponing and sometimes they don’t, they should always allow to do it because it only makes us have to go once more a day and spend more gas money receipts, in other words bigger carbon print. Regardless I love the place.

I had such a nice experience today. My mother and I don’t speak English very well and the associate who helped us was surprisingly patient and helpful. Details like this are the reason I will come back.

Its quite a convenient location for me but they seem to be out of stock on popular items. The help is good but they cant help you when something is out of stock. For the most part, its still very organized and clean.

I called before I came to this location and was told they have an item in stock. After they confirmed they had the item I drove twenty minutes to get to the store. I told the male on the phone it was a drive for me. I looked around for 30 minutes and could not find it or a staff member to help. After finally finding someone she told me the item was not in stock. She tried to help but could not. There was absolutely no reason for me to waste my time coming to the store. That was the whole point of calling ahead. I will not be coming back to this location and really resent that so much of my time was wasted. This whole thing could have been avoided.

I just went to Michaels today, I havent been out much since the pandemic started but its my mothers birthday and I needed some supplies. It was a horrible experience!!!!!! Though most people were wearing a mask (they dont enforce wearing them in the store FYI), it was chaos with employees crowding everywhere and customers. Im sorry I dont need 10+ people around me right now, I will not go back, at least until its safe. They arent protecting anyone, at ALL.

Does anyone work here??? Went in to buy 19 wood ornaments for my daughters class, needed help picking out paint, walked the floor for 30 minutes and could not find one employee. Not to mention the long line at check out with one person working....Its 10:30am. Complete waste of my time as I just ended up walking out. Headed to hobby lobby.

Awesome store. The staff are always helpful and courteous. This is one of my favorite craft stores in the area.

I really like Michaels stores. I have four children and find that we often need craft products especially for projects that might be due the next day. There is a pretty enormous selection here and the prices seem pretty competitive. The only quibble that I have is that it is very difficult to find any employees to ask questions if you cannot find something. However, the other customers are generally very helpful so it all works out.

Mid day and mid week.. not too busy .. associates very nice. Cant say anything nice about some of the other customers.

There is a decent variety of craft items but the quality of things like beads and related supplies was not as good as I hoped. The items werent professional enough to be used for my business but I suspect online suppliers would be cheaper anyway. The framing center was rather extensive and has both a professional and do it yourself tools. As always, the staff was really friendly and there is plenty of parking out front.

Get what you need and out fast, hobbies are boundless when you walk in and look around...Go have fun...

I went to the Legacy Place location and Zoe helped me with an important project Im working on. I explained to her what I was doing and she put her whole heart and soul into helping me! I want to preserve a butterfly I raised and she helped me come up with the perfect was to display him. My project became her #1 priority and she showed me so many ways I could make a display for my butterfly! She went above and beyond for me and I really appreciate it! She was very knowledgeable and was willing to walk back and fourth from section to section until we put together the perfect piece! Zoe is amazing!

Love this place but was a little disappointed by the valentines decorations. There definitely wasnt as much variety as some of the other holidays Ive seen. But they still have every else that I need.

Great store with great prices. It has everything you need for all occasions. The employees are polite and helpful in spite of many customers looking for something specific. Their coupons help the wallet too.

Had an odd size piece of glass that broke and they were able to cut a piece. Home Depot and Lowes just sells precut pieces and wont cut them down. It was low priced and done the next day. If I tried it myself, I would probably broken a few pieces and not had an exact fit so its worth it to have them do it. They also do custom framing. People in front of me had a nice frame custom made for some artwork and the price to have it done was half of what custom frame shops charge. Also they have a huge selection of custom made frames to choose from as well as standard ones that are on the shelves.

Nice place but I went to buy some poster frames and was appalled at the prices. $30-70 for very poor quality frames. A few were already broken. Yes, they were on sale for Bogo, however, they were set at that price before the sale. Aside from that the store is nice.

Unlike the horrible website, this location is pretty decent. Often dont have selections I want, or coupons and sales dont always apply the way you think they would, but its my go to craft store. I hate the Michaels website, but I like to order for pick up at this location. Do wish it was less expensive, but crafts arent always cheap. This location is decent. I have no major complaints.

Nice and clean but one thing I have to mention is the lack of employees there seems to be every time I come here. Im not really someone who shops at Michaels very much, so I almost always look for someone as soon as I walk in. I mean, why search the store randomly guessing where the merch is located when I can just ask and be directed right to where I need to go? I might as well do just that though, when the odds of me finding the merch are almost the same as the odds of me finding someone who can help me out. Like I said, I dont go often so its only fair to mention that maybe Ive had bad luck whenever I did visit this store.

This store has largest selection of crafts that Ive ever seen short of Hobby Lobby. The Palm Beach Garden store that this is here in Legacy Place seems to be much better stocked than the one on Okeechobee Boulevard. We have had always a good experience with Michaels crafts and I would recommend it if you have one in your area

The store is so neat and organized! Great selection for the upcoming Holidays. Also, much is on sale to help ease the budget burden this time of the year. I have always loved this store. Every Michaels team member greeted, asked if I needed help and wished me a good evening! Customer service is so important and is always a deciding factor of where I shop.

Its always pleasant to shop here. I wish there were associates walking around to help people. We were looking for craft 2 part epoxy and it took a long time to find it ourselves. I never see anyone except the framing guy or cashiers. However, its kept clean and neat so things are usually easy to spot, especially if you have time to browse. The checkout experiences depend on the time of year.

After walking around looking for something I was only able to find one salesperson. Considering the amount of inventory offered I would have expected more sales help on the floor. What generally takes me 5 mins at Jerrys ART-A-RAMA took me 25 mins at Michaels...

Its a great store to buy everything. I go there to buy gifts for kids and teens, to buy Halloween decorations, even just a frame for my picture! They have a great assortment of things from knitting to painting to jewelry making. Theres a little for everyone to enjoy.Sometimes the help Ive received hasnt been the best but I end up finding what I need anyway and thats all I care about. The place is always clean, organized, and offers a wide variety of products. What more could you want from a craft store?

Michaels is a great store for arts and crafts of all sorts. I would never shop there without a coupon, as their mark-up is ridiculous. They give out 40% entire purchase coupons all the time. That includes sale items. Not even Amazon can beat those prices.
