Going to jump as a customer is fine, but as someone planning a party, I wouldnt recommend it. Planning a party seemed fairly easy, but I was very disappointed with the lack of communication amongst the staff. Their decorations are plain with no logos (i.e. black dollar tree plates and table cloth). I wanted time to decorate the room with a theme and called several times during the week to make sure I would have time to do so, only to get there and be told that I had 15min vs the hour I was promised because they had a last minute party in there. Party guests also should have been singled out to be set apart from regular customers, as they have a limited time to play, but they were in line for at least 15 minutes waiting to get socks and their bands. They also left us one pizza short and had to refund us the money we paid for it. Luckily we had additional food for the adults. I wasnt able to relax and enjoy my sons party as I had hoped.

It was fun but not for me because I was out of breath and out of shape, it was a lot energy and moving, it was a little too much for me, hopefully soon when Im in better shape I can do it better.

Visited this place while vacationing in Florida and the kids had a blast! Definitely worth the 20 minute drive to let the kids get out some energy from a long car ride from Texas!! The staff was very friendly and very thorough in going over the dos and donts of the air park. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area.

The service is horrible, ex-employee or costumer they don’t do anything. They don’t “daily clean” like they should. They don’t fix anything the breaks, they use tape tape. They RARELY clean the trampolines and I mean the part that everyone’s feet, face, hands etc that touches them. The managers don’t care for the employees, they have horrible favoritism. If there’s only one to three flight crew members working you will get constantly left alone to watch the kids because none of the employees actually like watching the kids.shall I go on?

Great but way too many little kids running through my legs mid-flip. Parents and workers need to keep a better eye on the little ones so I dont come out of a flip and land on one.

We are homeschool family and were always looking for stuff to do during the school day. P3 which is now owned by defy, offers a homeschool day pass on a monthly basis. We pay $13 a month for an unlimited day pass during the week, And that is a really great deal. During the school day, its not busy, theres lots of room, and they Even offer one of the party rooms as a room for you to eat lunch and do work in. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They do not require masks for the kids that are jumping, thankfully. And they do a great job of cleaning too. be aware that the drinking fountains are currently shut off because of covid so make sure to bring some bottled water or money for the vending machines.

Decent place at best. The reason I can’t give more stars is the lack of rule enforcement by the staff on the jump floor. The staff is friendly but they let the older kids (their friends) run wild and do what they want. They don’t manage the posted signs that non regulars obey, and as a result the regulars do as they please. I understand it may be difficult to tell your friends no, but that’s your job. As a result of the favoritism and free for all so to speak, I can’t recommend that people come here. The extra drive to sky zone is worth it in my opinion.

My daughters love this place. Been coming here since it opened and they usually have pass deals etc. She loves it so much were doing her birthday here as well!

Took kids for first time and have to say it was a awesome experience. Nice staff and just overall awesome place to take kids to get them off the phones or games systems for a few hours of healthy fun for the whole family.. Thanks P3 be seeing yall again real soon and Ill be jumping next time lol

I went for my nephew seventh birthday. The website is incorrect about the mask requirements. My 2 nephews my sister and I wore our mask. I had a great time and more importantly he had a great time. The staff was friendly and the place seemed clean. They had temperature checks.

Clean and open facility with friendly staff doing what they can to mitigate Covid19 spread. Lots of floor trampolines, plenty for all comers. My 11-year gymnast daughter had a blast (drove up from St Lucie County to get here, and would again.)

Fun for both kids and adults. And you get free jumping socks when you first sign up! I loved the bright colors and the place itself was pretty clean. $2 locker rental/for 2 hrs was a plus also.

An awesome place. The layout is wide open making it easy to watch (great for keeping an eye on multiple kids). The equipment looks new and well cared for. The staff were all friendly. And there are lots of options for places to jump.Its a tad loud but not awful. I noticed at some point a group of older kids showed up and were doing more advanced tricks that took up more space. They were respectful and careful but it still made me nervous.We will definitely be coming back in the future!

Its a great place for kids to run around and have fun. So much to do and many games to play. Some major complaints are the there isnt enough safety control in place. I didnt see any of the employees walking around making sure every one was safely doing the activities. The other complaint is the party rooms are very small for the price.you can bare fit the table with kids in the room. Over all it was fun place to take the kids and burn energy.

My kids loved the trapeze bar and of course all the trampolines. I love how they have it set up where you can pretty much see your children from all sitting areas.

Everyone was very friendly and they took good precautions by checking everyones temperature as they entered. It seems the workers really want the jumpers to feel safe along with having a fun time.

Had an amazing time at planet 3 today! The kids absolutely loved the park and the attractions are super fun. I got to relax in one of the massage chairs and speak to one of the workers, she even encouraged one of my boys to try a front flip!! I caught her name towards the end of my jump time and I believe she said it was Alexis. I definitely would recommend going to planet 3!!

Very fun, friendly for all ages. If you have little kids its better to go on the weekdays afternoons and evenings so there are less big Kids to worry about but anytime is still fun! Both my 15 year old and 4 year old love it! We do a monthly pass and cane basically go anytime we want for 25$ otherwise individual visits get expensive. Its a great experience for all, plenty of places for parents to sit or follow their child around. Definitely worth a try!

My 9 year old son loves this place. The music is a bit loud, but he got used to it quickly. It is kinda expensive, but I swear he didnt stop moving for the entire hour. I recommend going to the website and doing the waiver before you get there. Lots places for parents to sit on the side lines.

Sean and zae are always so friendly and ready to help! They make visiting planet 3 a pleasure for my kids and me. It’s such a nice change to go somewhere so welcoming, kid friendly, and consistently fun. They convinced me to do the membership and it’s probably the best purchase I’ve made in this area. I will continue to recommend everyone here when I’m asked for ideas on places to go in Brevard/Palm Bay.

We had a rather large birthday party here today. They made my life very easy. There was a storm that knocked out the computers, but they managed to get all guests registered and bouncing quickly. Delaney, our hostess, organized gifts (2 birthday kids) and set up the party room before I even set foot inside. She handled the busy room of guests with ease and a positive attitude, and jumped right in to help out as needed. All staff was friendly and accommodating. The dodgeball room seemed to get a little out of hand, so we just encouraged guests to choose another activity. Overall, I would highly recommend this venue for a birthday party.

A bunch of us went after a VPK graduation and the kids could not have had more fun. The manager Rob was super nice along with the rest of the staff. I felt they were super accommodating and they really watched out for the kids. Samantha was wonderful too! We were greeted with wonderful friendly smiles and really felt welcomed. Thank you guys we will be back!!

I had a migraine and sacked it twice on the slack line but besides the pain id say its an over all fun time (side note foam pits are kinda hard to get out of)

Its a nice clean facility and is a good spot to let the kids play, however its very expensive for what it is. Example - with two kids it cost $32 (incl socks) to jump for one hour. I wish they had a happy hour or similar to reduce the cost. You can expect the staff to be strict with their rules.... which is good and bad.

This place is exceptional for people of all ages. Dont jump on the, extreme bounce, professional, trampolines set apart in the back unless you want a broken leg. This place is amazing for my kids and I to go. Even I am teaching myself how to do a backflip. 6 stars over all.

Kids had a blast, they had the whole place to themselves at one point, but there is a noticable foul odor starting to develop with some items like the silk fabric swings and even in some high traffic foam block areas. Hair and discoloration (dirt) could be seen on quite a few blocks. Its time for a cleaning I think.

Such a fun place for a great price, brought my 7 kids to jump. Cashier at the from Samantha was helpful and knowledgeable. All the employees wearing referee shirts where the trampolines are carefully keep an eye on all the kids to make sure everyone is being safe which I was very pleased with cause having 7 young ones and only 2 eyes makes me need some help sometimes. Definitely recommend bringing your kids!

An amazing place to feel free, use your energy, strengthen and improve your acrobatic abilities. Very safe for kids and they show you an instructional video for safety at the first time you arrive. I wished to be a kid or a teenager to play there. Im not sure if they have a spot for adults over there.

We visited on $5/hour Tuesday. The park is clean and very well organized. The staff are friendly There are several really fun activities to do at this park.We have been to several of the indoor trampoline parks in FL and other states and my one main concern with this park is the amount of supervision given in each area.This location has a long tumble track trampoline. Its ideal for kids wanting to tumble or try new skills. Its located right next to several smaller trampolines. However, when one kid is on it, due to the length of the trampoline, other kids will get on it. I saw several very near SERIOUS collisions while sitting there. I also saw several kids forming a line to take a turn on this tumble track, but due to this tracks proximity to the smaller trampolines and the lack of supervision, the line never moved because kids would just get on it without paying attention to what other kids were doing. This specific attraction needs a monitor. Its only a matter of time before a very serious collision occurs.

Place is clean and the staff is friendly. Great place to go and let the kids use up all their energy. Another bonus... they always have good deals for multiple jumps. Ive been to multiple parties here and it has always been an excellent experience.

Don’t go here unless you want your shoes stolen! I was there for about two hours on a Saturday night and when I went to leave, my shoes were gone. I reported it to a staff member and they admitted that this is something that happens on a daily basis, and that they are “working on” getting lockers to resolve the issue. They said they would have a manager check their cameras. I gave them all my information and they said they would be calling me the next day after camera review. 4 days later I still hadn’t heard back so I called myself. Was informed by a manager that they had the camera footage but all they can do is help the police if I file a police report. Unfortunately, I live an hour away so driving to the police station and back will pretty much be the entire cost of my shoes that were stolen, and filing a police report will not get my shoes or my money back. They do have a sign above the shelves saying that they are not responsible for lost/stolen property, but that does not protect a business against negligence. If they are aware that this is happening frequently there are many things they could do to resolve the issue, such as lockers, more supervision of the area, or having a place behind the staff desk to keep the shoes. They do not provide a safe place to store your belongings. What makes matters worse is that they did not do anything to try to resolve the situation. I would’ve been totally satisfied if they just apologized and at least refunded me for the price of my admission.

This place is great for kids....adults just have to deal with everyone elses children being rude and disrespectful. And the refs and their whistles, they see it is annoying and they do it on purpose and laugh looking right at you.

Youre not given a briefing of how things operate at this facility. If I had not gone to another jump facility, I wouldnt have known about the need to fill out the waiver. Other than that, I had to figure things out on my own or ask other parents around me. When purchasing admission, a small briefing could have been given. Such as, this is where the bathrooms and water fountains are located. Or, adults not jumping but in the jump area still need to take off their shoes and place them in cubbies. Etc, etc, etc.

Great place to play with the kids. We usually do an hour jump right before nap time. Works like a charm. They jump out the last of their energy and take them home to nap usually at least one is asleep before we get home.

I purchased passes for my kids through Groupon went to redeem them. Although the passes I purchased were good for any day of the week I could only pick up passes for M-F and was told they would be good for the weekend but we will see! While there it looked like a great place for all ages. As a former gymnast and cheerleader I wanted to start jumping right away...but my body is too broken for these types of places and felt it would best to let the kids have fun!I dropped my daughter (16) and her friend (17) off Tuesday afternoon around 2:30pm. The plan was for them to stay and jump for 2 hours but with how busy it was they decided to do an hour at a time, which was a good thing. Neither one of them felt they could really jump safely with how many people were there, especially with how many younger jumpers were there so they called and asked me to pick them up after about 20 minutes. They are going to try again at a later date and possibly a later time when the little ones arent there.Although it is a place for all ages they said the younger jumpers were all over the place and they were really worried that while they were jumping a little one might run or bounce in front of them. So they will try again another time and Ill update the review at that time!

We like this way better than skyzone! The layout is more open so you can keep a better eye on your kid. & They have more stuff for my toddler. Their ninja course my 6 yr. Old can actually complete and is more their size than Sky Zone. Their wall for climbing is pretty cool because its transparent and they can race someone on the other side.

So much fun has the best time there. The workers were amazing and made sure we had the best time. Would suggest visiting sometime soon.

We took the kids for toddler hour from 10 to 11 and had a good time. The kids have fun with the various activities, not only the trampolines. There are foam pits to jump into, balls to play with, obstacle courses, and other activities that the kids have fun with. It also helps the parents to get involved and get some cardio.
