I signed my daughter up for classes in early March before the COVID19 Pandemic was widespread. She attended one class, and I withdrew her due to the Pandemic. I was told by staff in Palm Bay my banking information would be removed from the system and I wouldnt be charged the year registration fee. I told the staff to let me know of the cost of the one class, and they never got back to me. Now its almost June and they charged my account info they were supposed to delete for the whole year. I was directed by Palm bay staff to speak to Mike in St. Cloud. When I told him what the staff had told me about not being charged the $48 registration fee, he got nasty with me and accused me of not wanting to pay for Services. Save yourself the headache and do not send your kids here. Terrible communication, and Mike is rude with a lack of professionalism.
