If you buy from this dealer, dont expect any after sales service. Our hot water heater would not work. The ignighter was bad.. After two months of run around we contacted the main distributor and in two days we were called to bring the trailer in and it would be fixed... I do not recommend this dealership...we love the trailer...

My husband and I bought a brand new travel trailer 3 months ago. We camped in it the day we drove it off the lot. The fresh water tank has a leak. We were told they could order a new tank and replace the leaky one no problem. We have been told for 3 months that the new tank is on on the truck and should be here next week. And the worst part is they NEVER call us. We have repeatedly had to call them to find out what the status is. HORRIBLE customer service. SO frustrated and disappointed. We love the trailer, but not Country Roads.
