I have never gotten a drink or pastry from Etcetera that wasnt great. The staff is always friendly and they usually have great recommendations when you cant decide what you are in the mood for. With the current health mandates in place, you pull up from the back (5th street) and they have a large menu board under a tent. The staff cone out to great uou and take your order and then you pull up to the front of the building. When your order is ready they either bring it out to you or put in on the table out front for you to grab yourself. I think it depends on the weather maybe?Anyhow, I would recommend Etcetera to anyone looking for pastries, coffee or tea beverages, and smoothies!

Our new favorite coffee shop! Better than Starbucks! Absolutely love the Frozen Caramel Latte! Made with ice cream, kind of like a milkshake and add a shot of espresso! They have two different shops, one down town and the other on N. 6th St, Paducah. Both very excellent shops! Great people, great service from both places! Very cool art to admire too! Wish they had an extra large cup because we both ordered two 16 oz. coffee for ourselves, lol. Need to go back or learn the recipe, their coffee is a necessity! Cant wait to go back!

Iced chai was delicious! Mocha latte was very good as well. The staff I interacted with were polite, patient, helpful, and efficient. They wore masks, and required anyone ordering to wear them as well. Nice shaded outdoor seating available and overall a really cute and comfortable atmosphere! Wish we had this place where Im from lol Id love to have tried more of their menu.

Dang good coffee but 11$ for a lb is a not cheap at all. Had to go back to mcdonalds in the can.

Very friendly, got me some ice for my wasp sting. Milkshakes were also very good, just dont have one after youve been outside all day and slightly dehydrated :)

Good coffee shop. They have a La Marzocco espresso machine and the espresso is pretty good. Coffee is blended but tastes good for a blend. Great atmosphere and helpful staff.

They had set up a drive through, and worked hard to provide great coffe .

Down home feel, and an incredible selection of drinks. I love that each barista has a custom drink to choose from. Got coffee here 3 times in 2 days. Its that good.

Had the quiche. It was delicious!!! You have to get there early and get a token to assure you get a piece of it but its worth the wait. Im not a coffee drinker so I got the strawberry banana smoothie. I loved everything about this place. The people were all super cool and friendly as well. My daughter loved their Spanish latte.

What a good coffee shop! We stop on our way through Paducah and Im so glad we did.As other reviewers have said, the staff was very helpful in selecting a drink from their large menu...We got a recommended iced coffee, their rocket fuel with cream added, which was very smooth and not acidic at all.We also got a boba tea with raspberry and mango. Were not boba tea drinkers but now we have been converted! Drinks were priced very reasonably...Also impressed with their safety/sanitary measures. Ordering is in the back, drink pick up is in the front. Both staff members we saw had masks on the whole time. Im glad they were able to be open for business during this time, when we were in time to stop by.

Local coffee shop in the Lowertown Arts District showcasing local artists. Etcetera has great coffeeshop standards plus unique employee picks, bubble tea, and snacks. Try the quiche if you can catch it. Theres lovely outdoor spaces for when the weather is nice.

I actually changed my rating down to a two. Ive been going here for years. There is a growing lack of good customer service. In fact, staff doesnt seem to be friendly at all. A special order is typically met with no! As it was when my daughter asked if she could have her frozen drink made with ice instead of ice cream. Service should be better and the way to make your customer feel welcome right away is to greet them and smile.

Hot or Cold the drinks are amazing and the snacks are great. Get yourself a hot chocolate or a bubble tea and relax.

Very cute little indie coffee shop with locally sourced and organic ingredient options and a nice study area inside and a cute patio outside. Coffee was some of the best Ive ever had. Will definitely visit again if Im ever in the area in the future!

Great staff! They are super helpful in navigating a dense menu. So much selection can leave you a little flustered, but the baristas are super patient and eager to help you find the perfect item for your coffee house chill or your grab and dash caffeine refill.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing time at Etcetera! The staff are so friendly and hospitable! There food is delicious and their coffee selection is great!

The drinks are great, and the staff was amazing in helping me deal with a few customer who made me uncomfortable. The baristas kept me safe and checked in me my whole time I was there. The back patio is gorgeous.

Fantastic coffeehouse! Try everything, it is all good! I have been here twice recently. They have a wide selection of drinks including milk teas and smoothies. I am especially impressed by their delicious, fresh-made baked goods! They had fresh friendship-bread! It looked so good, I happily ate the end of the loaf because it was the only piece left, but then they brought out MORE and I was able to get a second piece for the road. It was heaven!

I came to KY to visit my father in law, who lives directly across the street and for my entire stay every morning I woke up and got myself a coffee! It was nice, comfortable, artistic, and playful. They had board games on the shelf, and it was decorated with sketches and burlap coffee sacks. There was a childrens table with JUST BOOKS for kids. It was very artistic and nice and it had garden seating. Even the tables were painted and then laminated. Had an autistic friendly quiet room.

This is one of our favorite places to stop. My wife studies here several days a week and when we ride the Greenway with the kids its always a nice reward. #shoplocal

Im always a fan of coffee houses that feel loved, and Etcetera certainly has that in spades. I love the space, the people are fun and the coffee is good! Also, they have some good bakeshop items including an couple inventive options.Now if Im putting on my coffee snob hat, Id give them an above average rating on the latte - better than Starbucks on most days.

This is a great coffee shop, we had the Americano, perfect portion, smooth, really nice cup. We sat on the shaded back courtyard, comfortable and relaxing. ( enjoyed the company of the resident rooster ) Huge comfortable inside seating also available.

The good:  chocolate pecan zucchini bread that was amazing,  good drip coffee that was hot despite being in self-serve dispensers,  a section with kid-sized chairs and lots of books...  the bad:  the familiar tip-jar-but-no- actual-service-offered phenomenon,  specifically  (after i tipped about 20 percent) they clarified that they would not bring the fruit and yogurt bowl i ordered for my 2 year old to us at the table,  but instead Id need to leave the kid at the table in the other room to come back and get my bowl,  or else carry kiddo back or just wait by the counter.  It gets worse.  After we got our food back to the table,  an employee came and began spraying ammonia window cleaner about 3 feet from us (and our food and drinks); he offered an apology as he started.  This was mid afternoon on a Sunday, just to be clear that this wasnt closing time.  I actually had to ask him if he could do that later,  which he obliged.   Im not a native of this area,  and really wanted to like this place.  Hence the feedback.  Ill probably give Etcetera another try.  Maybe someone will notice this and step up the level of consideration.

They have the best cold brew there is. Great atmosphere and the garden seating is so relaxing.

The place is situated in a charming narrow street, just for that reason itself you should come. You have to get in line and order your food, they will SCREAM when your food is ready - not my kind of relaxing place for breakfast, brunch or lunch but it is what it is... Expect to satisfy your hunger with a good sandwich and that is all. The experience is just good if you dont mind the screaming of the orders being ready and you are in need of nourishment.

It was a cute n cozy place to have a special drink n use your laptop, or tablet. They have some WILD tastes, that arent for me! But Im sure everyone else will love it, as long as you have wild taste buds, you are good to go here!

A great local coffee shop with everything to start your day! It definitely had a Cheers vibe in that all the regulars seemed to know each other, and the staff was warm and welcoming. They have a quiet side room filled with local art as well as outdoor seating. Highly recommend!

Great place to hang out and meet new people. Open Mic night on Fridays is a nice artistic outlet, and makes for interesting entertainment. The drinks here, from what Ive had, are usually great. The whole place is very nice and inviting.

Awesome place to get a reasonably priced cuppa with actual flavor (rather than burnt mermaid swill). Laid back staff that are friendly. Inside and outside places to chill. Open mic night is a hoot. Come down and get a mighty fine beverage and a tasty snack to boot.

So, they were using artificial yogurt from Kroger in my smoothie. I thought they were supposed to be a more natural and organic place. Some staff are nice but quality goes down when they are busy. I like the atmosphere but smoothies are overrated and overpriced. I could also swear they go to Sams club and buy muffins and brownies and charge almost $4 for them. They should try to buy from a food service place. It might be cheaper. I dont eat artificial foods much and it really bothers me because I want to know about the ingredients in my food and drinks. Also, people have allergies and food sensitivities that need to be considered.
